Installers Chris, Jared & Sam were on time and polite. Did great job quickly and followed our instructions on adjustments exactly. Clearly explained how to operate the awning. Very happy with the entire process and result. Strongly recommend!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

5 starsChis and Jared installed our Sunesta awning on Saturday, June 22nd 2024. They were very prompt and professional which made us feel very confident in their ability to install our awning. When they were done they did a very nice job of showing us how the awning works. They answered all our questions and demonstrated the awning to be sure we knew how it worked.

5 starsVery positive experience. Jon K did a nice job of explaining all options, giving recommendations and providing a very patient, no pressure sales presentation. Awning arrived on date provided and they were able to provide an install date convenient to our schedule. Chris and Jared did a great job on install, explaining all aspects of operation and putting everything back as it was when they arrived. We’ve used the awning a couple times and it has been a welcomed addition to our entertainment space!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest
