      I placed an order for 10 items to deliver to my home. They where to be delivered by 1:00 & 1 item came. I called customer service & spoke to at least 5 people from Target, They told me they never got my order, yet 1 item came.
      No explanation was given. I was on the phone for 5 hours. I needed these items asap. All of the custom service people spoke Spanish & it has hard for me to understand. They kept asking me to send cart number, which I did & still no items. I also reordered my items & got nothing. So frustrated with Target & they don't care.

      Can never print return labels anymore. This is a widespread problem. Labels just come up blank. When you try to call it takes 30 min to get a solution.

      In the early hours on 9/19/2025, I put in an order online for some electronic devices totaling roughly around $278.00 for same day delivery, which was supposed to be between 9-11 am that day. On my account, I had the option to edit my order all the way up until 8 am on 9/19/2025 without any problems. I upgraded one device, which was a tablet and added a couple of more items. When I did that, the device that was swapped out was listed at the bottom of my order as cancelled and it was clearly written in red. All of my contact information on my account was also updated as well. Roughly at 9:25 AM, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled even though the delivery person sent me a text saying that they were about to deliver my order. Target claimed that they had to cancel my order due to a "processing error" and tried to blame it on me and my bank. Then they told me that my contact information was outdated even though the delivery driver had already sent me a text with the updated contact information. My bank also told me that someone tried to charge an additional amount on my card, but it was declined because the card had been cancelled after successfully processing my order prior to it being cancelled by my bank. The bank representative also told me that my order will still be processed regardless of the card being closed out because the order was made prior and it was already pending.
      When I called the store that had the items to be delivered several times throughout the morning, they refused to answer the phone. I literally called at least 20 times, but they would not answer the phone. When I called the customer service number, they kept routing my call to Thailand or China. This went on for 2-3 hours. When I finally spoke with a supervisor form the US, they then tried to blame me although I have the email saying that "we didn't get it right the first time." This is the actual quote from the email from Target. I had to file a police report.

      Target is a complete joke.
      I ordered three household items. Double checked there was no restricted shipping for items to a PO Box. Ordered.
      FedEx (the shipper Target chose) contacted me. They states the that they don’t deliver to a PO Box.
      I reluctantly gave my physical address (which doesn’t have its own address as it is a casita on my landlord’s property). I gave very specific instructions on where we are because of that to FedEx.
      They delivered it to the wrong address. Not even to my landlord. Some other stranger entirely.
      Target has run me around in circles. I still have no product. No refund. And apparently they charged me for a promotional gift card for my purchase on top of that?!
      The reps were all really rude. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. I tried contacting them on social media. They were still rude.
      They’re not only taking out fraudulent charges but they do not deliver what they say they did, nor do they attempt to fix anything.

      Every time I walk into a target, no matter where I am, I am always shocked by how hostile a shopping environment it is. Everything caged up, 5 security gaurds but understaffed in every other way. I’ve never encountered a business that hates their customers more than

      I recently ordered an RTIC cooler from Target.com. When I received the order it was missing the middle divider. I went online and Target told me that I would have to return the cooler to a Target store before sending me another one. I went to the customer service desk at North Spokane Target store and Evan told they could not help me because I did not have the email about the return. When I asked to speak to someone who could help me they gave me an 800 number to call and then told me I could not wait in the store while I called the 800 number even though I was not interfering with any of their customers. I will no longer set foot in a Target store again.

      My Target account was hacked without my authorization. Someone logged into my account late at night and used my Target Gift Card balance to place several unauthorized orders.
      I immediately contacted Target customer service multiple times by phone and chat. Unfortunately, they refused to resolve the issue or help me recover my stolen Gift Card balance.
      This is extremely unfair because I did not make these purchases and I took immediate action to report the fraud. Target’s refusal to assist me has left me with financial loss.
      I am requesting Target to:
      Investigate the unauthorized access to my account.
      Cancel any remaining fraudulent orders.
      Restore my Gift Card balance or issue replacement Gift Cards for the stolen amount.
      I believe this is a reasonable resolution and request BBB’s assistance in holding Target accountable.

      I sent two items back to return and it was delivered to the return facility. The tracking number says it was delivered and signed by them and yet they said they haven’t received it and they won’t process the refund. They lost a loyal customer!!!

      I tried to return a defective outdoor rug slightly past the return window and they would not accept it. The rug is color bleeding and transferring color onto feet and shoes and it's being tracked throughout the house. Target employee was nice but couldn't do anything for a return and said I would have to call customer service. Customer service refused to do anything to return the rug since it was past the 90-day return window. A $150 rug purchased in April hasn't even lasted me once season of use. Target lost a loyal customer today.
