      On 6/26/25 went to target to purchase items. I had a gift card I wanted to use instead the cashier said she did not know what to do. Instead she charge my debit card. I talked to Jacob at Buford target to get this resolved. I paid 85.44 with the gift card. He did a post void for the transaction that processed to the target red debit card. On 7/07/25 I was charged again 81.84. Today 07/29/2025 I was charged again for 81.84. According to the customer service rep I owe them the $81.84 because they sent the credit to my bank. Essentially im paying them double. They sent me to collections for 81.84 plus the nsf fees. I responded to the nsf fees and they cleared them. The customer service agent said since they credited the account they never received that amount back from the bank. As of today, collections said I do not owe them anything. No effort from target debit card itself I still owe the $81.84. Previously I called the card department on several occasions to get this resolved. My account is in the negatives of how many times they processed the transaction. I called my bank and they said they see the credit from them.
      I did not authorize the employee to charge the target red card. The gift card covered the entire transaction.

      I had fraud committed on my Target credit card on in July. They notified me of the fraud charges and told me that they would remove the charges from the account. I filled out the proper paper work.
      3 weeks later the charges are still on my account and my month payment has spiked more interest is being charged to me due to the $4000 dollars that were fraudulently charged to my account.
      I'm being punished twice for a person charging me card fraudulently

      TARGET IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!! I purchased these Bose headphone on Target. The six screenshot pdf's that I attached to this complaint show the information shown to a customer during the purchasing process. No where on the main page without additional clicks does it inform customers that these headphones have a brand specific policy. As seen in the screenshoots, nowhere during the check out process does it inform customers that there is a brand specific return policy as well. I purchased these headphones and have had bluetooth connectivity issues scratchy static like sounds, and other issues. When I went to return the headphones in store the supervisor was very kind and attempted to process the return. She was confused as to why it didn't process and informed me that she didn't even know Bose has a 30 brand specific return policy (she thought it was 90 days). Bose has not taken accountability for firstly, intentionally misleading customers about brand specific return policies during the purchasing process. If a customer does not select the drop down option of "shipping and returns" he or she would never know. There is no way a huge company isn't aware of this. Secondly, they stated that even if the item is defective they cant return it. I have already purchased a new pair of headphones and have been stuck with these taking up space as I open multiple Paypal cases and try to get this resolved. They are basically trying to rob me out of $468.15 instead of taking accountability by changing how brand specific return policies are shown on Targets' website and apologizing for the defective item!

      Great customer service my issues was easily handled and resolved by chat agent Emma unfortunately the chat accidentally got closed prior to my being able to thank her. Assuming she may not be the only customer service chat agent named Emma If by chance any member of target leadership happens to read this and is about to know the Emma whom helped me out resolving the issue of the oranges I purchased being bad, please know she was very kind and helpful. So please be sure to thank her. I feel bad I wish I could reconnect with her to talk her personally.

      I ordered a PlayStation 5 from farther.com, was said to be delivered Friday 7/18/25. I received command strips and a sanding pad. I talked to several customers service representatives and all said the same thing. I have to return the product (ps5) in store all ignored the fact I NEVER RECEIVED THE PS5. I finally spoke to some one by the name of Jamie who started to understand that i recieved 20 dollar worth of product for a 500 dollar game system. Packing said it was to be 11 pounds the box was smaller then the ps5 controller.

      regards to a promotion that ran the week 7/6/2025-7/12/2025. Spend $120, earn $15 reward.
      Per your terms and conditions, “ The purchase value is calculated before other offers, discounts (other than sale prices) and taxes are applied. Purchases that are returned, reversed or cancelled reduce the purchase value and may result in the Target Circle Bonus reward being removed from your Target Circle Earnings reward. “
      So to my understanding it does not say that the total had to meet $120 after promotions/offers. I spent $128, but after other offers, non sale items, my total then became less than $120. So I did not get the $15 reward. I contacted your online chat team on 7/9/25 who H. answered. She copied and pasted your terms over and over. Implying I would need to spend more although I met it the first time, per your terms. I also asked which items did not apply, she said all of them did. So I suggested that she reads what she’s pasting. As an “exception”, she will honor the reward but I will have to reach back out again. I advised I already contacted, she should follow up. She then transferred me to someone else, J. He said the same thing about my total being lower. I said the same thing to him. He said he will issue it as an “exception “ on the 13th and update me over email after the promotion ends. 13th came, no email, no $15 rewards. I waited, gave it a whole Sunday, nothing. Next day I chatted again, A. answered, said she has issued the reward, it would take 4-24 hours. Over 72 hours, nothing, no communication. No intent of issuing the reward as told.
      To contact again for the third time, would be another slap in my face. No sense of taking care of a customer, just arguing because the title said this and that. And no sense of honesty.

      I was charged twice for an online order. I called to try to get it resolved. When she couldn’t follow my description of what happened, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a man and after a while, he realized he didn’t know how to help me. Suddenly his mic started to cut in and out, and then he hung up on me. What I think is happening is I’m ordering things online and they double charged me. I had to return the item so I did get a credit, but I was initially double charged so they still owe me that money. I can’t seem to get a resolution.

      As much money as I spend with them, the customer service was beyond disrespectful today. Refused to cancel and refund my order, yet they charged my card quickly as can be. The representative over the phone told me “ you need to listen to me “ .. excuse me? Will be switching back to HEB after this.

      I called prior to ordering a couch with their company that the price I was seeing was a legit sale being offered by their company and not a scam. They confirmed it was a real promotion so I purchased said couch and for FOUR days had called to confirm it was still being delivered and had email confirmation it was on its way.. on the 4th day I discarded my old couch in preparation for the new one but later that night was informed my order was canceled due to item being out of stock. When I called to speak to someone about just waiting for order to be sent when it was restocked they said it was gonna be $1000 more dollars than what I originally purchased the item for. So they were leaving me in a bad situation of having no couch, no resolution, and just said “we’re washing our hands clean of this situation” because it was apparently an “online pricing error” even after I informed them they had originally confirmed with me that it was not an error. So one agent/email is telling me it’s due to item out of stock and another stating it’s an error. They didn’t even care that I told them I was only a week away from delivering my baby and was having intense stress over this situation and being left with no furniture. Couldn’t even offer a $50 gift card or gratitude/apology for their “error or misunderstanding. This company that I once respected so much, has left an unpleasant experience and feeling so close to my due date and has no remorse or heart to even care about an internal problem they caused.

      When doing a preorder for an item you expect to to get the item day of maybe the next day. Target put my delivery day 7 days from release and when I chatted it and asked how to resolve it. I was told to buy another one and cancle the order. I wasn't happy with the provided solution but I have no choice but to wait. Leaving review cause I don't want someone to run into the same issue I am. Especially if it's something they need.
