      I was advised that I would receive a settlement from Navient. I made sure my information was correct. However, I never received a payment. I contacted **** and was told a check was mailed in July. However I never received it. I contacted **** again in September and was told the check was mailed to a old address. And that it was resent to the correct address. I still have yet to receive it. And I can't get a straight answer. I've reached out via email and phone.

      Rust Consulting is in receipt of complaint #********, which relates to the Navient Multi-State Settlement. Rust specializes in the administration of class action settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers, claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the settlement as established by the attorneys general and to answer borrowers questions.

      The complainants check has been voided and the address updated to match the address in the complaint. It will be included in the next reissue cycle, which is scheduled to mail within the next 3-5 weeks.

      I received a letter in the mail stating that I could be apart of the Gelis vs. *** class action lawsuit. After several updates and submitting all my documents in a timely manner, I was informed by email on August 1, 2022 that my claim has been preliminary approved for reimbursement. Exactly when will payments be issued? The email also stated that they will be finalizing reimbursement amounts within 45 days. It has been well over 45 days. I saw online where some people for received their reimbursements. What exactly is the delay at this point? Their responses also seem to be very generic which is also concerning.

Rust specializes in the administration of class action settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers,claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the settlement as established by the parties and to answer class membersquestions.

      Rust has informed the complainant via email that their check will mail by the end of this month. They were also informed that, due to the high volume of emails we receive, we use standard language in our replies, but our replies are claim-specific, not generic.

      If the complainant has not received the check by mid-November, they should follow up with Rust directly at *************************************************
