      My name is *******.******** I am part of a civil suit against *** For a defective timing chain oil pump module I found all the paperwork that was necessary on time of the courts came to a decision on February the 16th of 2021 and I have been waiting for my reimbursement check for over a year from Rust Consulting I've sent several emails no one has responded back I just need to get my money all of my paperwork was correct and filed on time if you could help me in this matter it would be greatly appreciated thank you

Rust specializes in the administration of class action settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers,claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the settlement as established by the parties and to answer class membersquestions.

      The complainants claim had a number of deficiencies,and because we did not receive a response to our request for more information necessary to cure the claim, it has been denied. In response to this complaint, we have reached out directly to the complainant to summarize the issues with the claim and the reasons for the denial in more detail. All time-sensitive information has been communicated to the complainant in a timely manner.

      During April 2022 I received a postcard from Rust Consulting, Inc. informing me I would be receiving a $260.00 restitution check from the Navient Settlement (Attorneys General vs. Navient). I have not received this check, to-date.

Rust specializes in the administration of class action settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers, claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the settlement as established by the attorneys general and to answer borrowers questions.

      Payments in this matter,including the complainants payment, distributed on July 29, 2022. Our records indicate the payment was made via Zelle at the complainants request, but was not completed successfully. A reissue check in the amount of $450 is scheduled to mail on September ***************************** the complaint.

      Date of transactions are from July 2020 - July 2021. $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 was lost by multiple scammers with Digital Income System. **** consulting supposedly couldn't return the money that I lost due to insufficient funds from the class A settlement. I am seeking monetary relief from **** consulting.

      Rust Consulting is in receipt of complaint #********, which relates to the settlement of Federal **************** v. ******* Income System, No.20-cv-24721 (S.D. Fla.). Rust specializes in the administration of settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers, claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral, third-party administrator engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the *** v. ******* Income System settlement and does not have the authority to act outside of its terms.

      Refund amounts in any *** settlement depend on the specifics of that particular case, as determined by the **** with the money typically distributed on a pro rata basis, meaning that each recipient receives an equal percentage of his or her total loss. The *** required the defendants in this case to turn over their assets and collected as much money from them as possible. Because this sum was not enough to fully reimburse all eligible consumers, each eligible consumer ultimately received just over 17% of their loss amount.

      If there is any money left in the settlement fund after the first distribution, the *** may send a second round of payments. In addition, the *** does not require recipients to forfeit any legal rights they may have under federal or state law to pursue their refunds directly from the defendants.

      Rust was not involved in these decisions. We are a third *********** to act in accordance with the terms of the settlements we administer and the terms of our client engagements.

      I have sent numerous emails with regard to this matter. I was contacted in 2020 about this settlement. We are heading into 2023 and theyre are no updates. I paid for the timing chain replacement. It has been nearly 3 years with no real updates. I consistent get emails that state 45 day. I just need and want my check. I am struggling financially and the check would be beneficial. I have sent more than 50 emails in the past 2 years and I would like my check sent before the month is over and I would like to know the amount. It had been more than enough time to process this matter. I had a settlement with Navient and I received my check within 2 months. I was inconvenienced when I had to pay for the timing chains out of pocket. I just want my check please!

      Rust has received the complainants claim and it has been approved. We currently anticipate that her check will mail towards the end of September or beginning of October, 2022, pending our receipt of the funds from ***. We will reach out to the complainant directly via email to confirm the payment amount.

      Additional updates regarding the timing of the distribution in Gelis ** *** (along with any other available updates regarding the settlement) will be posted online at www.timingchainmodulesettlement.com. All time-sensitive information has been communicated to the complainant in a timely manner.

      We would also note that **** also administered the Navient settlement referenced by the complainant. This is an example of how each settlement flows differently: Navient was not a claims-made settlement,and as such, Rust was able to distribute on a much shorter timetable than required in Gelis ** ***. Rust adheres to the requirements of each individual matter that we administer, which vary widely based on numerous factors.
