He lied straight to my face told me nothing was wrong with car and if anything was the warranty would cover it a couple days later Im having problems I need oil pan 2 control arms and struts brakes ******************************************************************************** answering phone I would not recommend this place for anybody bring it to a shop if you do go dont take his word

Minnesota Auto Sales sells used cars and are not mechanics. We rely on inspections to ensure vehicles are in sellable condition and also offer extended warranties. Customers are given a Buyers Guide that they sign off on advising that the vehilce is purchased 'As-Is' with no warranty included and they have the right to an independent inspection before purchase.In particular to Derricks purchase and claim. We went over and beyond to help him purchase this vehicle with a difficult financing situation. He seemed very unappreciative of our extra help but it's our job. ******* contacted us after purchase saying the vehicle was making a noise and asked to return it. We covered his options with him and he responded with vulgar language, threats and hung up. We tried contacting him two times again with no prevail. 8 days later we received a text from him apologizing and he stated he had the car inspected and there was nothing wrong. 10 days after this we received another text from him with vulgar language saying there were things wrong and to cancel his warranty. We advised our warranty company and they said they would reach out to him as the items he submitted for warranty did not match the items he sent to us. As far as us 'ghosting' him, we have always responded to him. I have record of 24 texts and 13 connected calls (this is highly unusual to have this much contact with a customer), plus a connected call to the warranty company on his behalf, so this is simply not true. We felt something was off with the customer and this entire transaction. During financing things weren't clear on his employment, he went from getting a pay raise to saying he was going to quit. After the transaction he said the vehicle had a problem, to it was inspected and fine, to it has a problem all over a 3 week period. We find this behavior very odd and confusing to what we have seen over our long career. Either way, we were very clear about his Buyers Guide, he currently has a warranty in place to assist if there are problems with covered items and he has the right to cancel warranty if no claims have been made. He has all the warranty information and that will be his point of contact moving forward. If the warranty company needs anything from us they will contact us directly.

I never threatened nobody I said I wanna return the car Im contacting bbb I never made no threats it was not difficult at all to get me financesdt credit was good dont even lie like that you lied to me said you got the car inspected but never did I sent you receipts with everything wrong with it and you ignored me it has a oil leak and altogether **** in damages the warranty doesnt cover none of it you got over on me dont trust this guy
