      The sales rep who came to my house to set up the service and talk through the products was very personable. When he wasn't sure of an answer to one of my questions, he called his manager right away and got the answer, which I appreciated. He made me feel comfortable in my choice to go with Hansons.The installation team could've been a bit more prepared. They had to borrow gas from me for their blower to clean up their mess. They did show me pictures of their finished work from the roof view, which was nice.Everyone has been very pleasant.

      I can only attest to the sales representative who was very nice and informative. I contracted for windows but no work has started. Thus, the three stars. Cant give more until the job is completed.

      We had a new roof installed yesterday. The crew was courteous and answered our questions. Today we had some concerns and they were all addressed. They are even sending a team out to make ******************. We are very pleased.

      As soon as I called someone came out and quoted a bathroom remodel for tub and shower. The price was a little high but the work was good. Everyone from scheduling, sales, and service were super friendly and amazing. My only issue was I had to do some touch up painting but that's not a big deal. 100% would recommend them.

      I met with 1-800 Hansons sales representative ******************* today.I needed to purchase window replacements and gutters with gutter-guards.**** arrived around 5 minutes early, no waiting on this guy, he has his act together. He was very informative, and I felt he gives his very best and honest opinion when recommending products to provide a solution to my requests and needs.**** was very pleasant and easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable about the products he sells.I especially appreciate the fact he was not a high pressure salesman, he was very easy going and very informative, and allowed plenty of time for questions and made sure I understood everything, and I felt he welcomed questions.I do believe 1-800 Hansons offers a quality product and was quoted in the ball park of about what I was expecting to pay, it was a little more expensive than I thought, but with the cost of everything going up since covid, it wasn't too bad of a sticker shock.So far, from requesting a visit online and speaking with a confirmation representative to the visit with ****, I am very pleased so far!Again, a big Thank-you to **** for coming out today!

      *** was honest answering all my questions about the windows in my house. I decided to work on some other more pressing plans before I need to replace the windows. I meant a lot to me not to be pressured in making my decisions.

      I am so happy with the job that Hansons did on my roof. Its absolutely beautiful! Everyone from the crew to customer service were very friendly. They answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

      Payment schedule was confusing and difficult. I was to meet the rep but he did not show up. Next time he was late. I am sure they have a good reputation but I was not happy with their service.
