Sheloq financial or however you spell it called me three different times leaving no message when I called back. They said that I owed for two services in regards to ****** hospital on two separate dates 1/19/2021 for $20 ans 2/15/2023 for $30 I told him that that must be wrong because I dont have any outstanding balance, they said that they would inquire with the hospital and look into it and they would mail me back a letter stating if I still owed the balance or not. So I took it upon myself to call. I called the physicians billing and I also called the hospital billing for ****** hospital,****** urgent care, and my physician. I talked to five different people, and all of them say that I DO NOT have any outstanding balance, and that nothing was ever sent to collections And they would be able to tell on their end if it was. I called the Sherlock financial back and told them that there is no outstanding balance. My bills were never sent to collections and I wanted it to be noted in my file that I do not owe any money and that is ridiculous that theyre calling me trying to make me pay for something that I dont owe. So they said well we still need to make sure and we have to do it on our end and I said thats fine but Im not paying you s*** five different people telling me that I dont owe you anything and I dont owe the hospital and I dont owe a physician and I dont owe anybody any money. These people dont know what theyre talking about. I want my name taken off of their files. I want my name removed from them being able to contact me except for by mail to say they are wrong!!When I asked them if they had any sort of thing that states that ********************* gave them my information they said no were not required to have that which Im pretty sure they are if they get my personal information so thats a bunch of c*** This better not affect my credit score or anything else when they are in the wrong!!!!
