1 starSharper Image sold me a digital calendar clock Item on 12/03/2023 that had no outlet to "plug into any AC outlet" as they advertised. No battery compartment. Didn't work. They promised to send it "free shippping" but charged me $16.95 to ship it to me. Then they promised "free return shipping" but they deducted $16.95 from my refund when I returned it to them on 12/04/2023. They owe me $33.90. They charged me $125.18 but only refunded $91.28 on 12/11/23.Sharper Image

1 starI ordered a massager from this company. They did not send the charger that goes with this massager. I called them the same day I received the massager. They said they would send a charger. I never received the charger only the cord that plugs into the charger. I called them again and told them I wanted to return the product and I wanted my money refunded back to my card. They sent the label, but I noticed in small print it said for a gift card. I called them again and told them I needed another label for a refund to my card that I had already told them I did not want a gift card. They sent another label with over ***** dollars less than what I paid to be refunded to me. I called them again and told them I wanted my full money refunded. The label was never sent. I have called and called them. I contacted my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!I would give them zero if I could.Sharper Image

Hello and thank you for your time. We apologize for any confusion as the item purchased will only come with the *** cord. It does not have a wall plug so when you reached out advising you did not get the charger a new *** charger was sent. You can use your own wall plug to connect to the *** charger if you prefer to charge the unit via a wall plug. At this time your reason for return would fall under *****'s remorse and with this the original shipping fee is not refunded and there is a return shipping fee that is taken from the refund amount directly. I apologize for any frustration this may have caused and as a one time courtesy we will have your return shipping fee refunded. Please know we cannot issue refunded until the item is returned. 1 starAtrocious! Placed an order on 12/20 and paid a ridiculous $60 shipping fee to make sure items were recieved by 12/24. Shipping label wasn't even created until 12/22. The items were supposed to arrive 12/21. They are now scheduled to arrive the day after Christmas. No way to contact customer service on weekends or after 6pm EST on week day. Paid 320 for three gifts to make sure I had presents by Christmas eve and will now show up empty handed and 320 dollars poorer. I'm so disgusted and stressed. 1 starWas surprised to find out that the @free shipping and discount of 20% if you order now you donot get immediate discount . $ apples towards a coupon on your next order !!!!And I didnt get my free items with my purchase I did have a live chat with a rep who will refer to their customer service department to get my free items. ******* explained everything and was nice about it . 1 starOrdered a product that was not what I thought and the quality was lacking. This is disappointing because I always thought they had quality products. Not only do they overcharge for shipping but when I went to return it, they wanted to charge me more to return it and only refund less than $20 on a $50 product. 1 starSharper Image is a very bad company that deceived me and I was lied to and ripped off by this company I cant believe that a company is able to stay in business with all the bad BBB reviews. Story after story on the BBB website mirrors exactly what happened to me. Paid $33.98 to return an Item I need to return for a $55.00 item. I too called 3 minutes after I ordered and was told the item was already shipped. After numerous calls and emails, the customer service person said they would cover my shipping costs.A BIG LIE they charged me shipping 2 times. Please stop this company, it is so sad to see all the people that were treated with the disregard and disregard by this company. Down right disgusting company!Sharper Image

1 starThey have a site offering sales prices. I was buying a new item (wall mounted CD AM/FM radio) showing sales price of $104 and page advertising free shipping on orders over $75. Cart shows sales price & $17.95 shipping subtracted so our sales taxes here are 10% so my total after putting in my credit card info should have been about $124 ish. Luckily I notice but had to look for they were going to charge my credit card $132! I called them and the run around answer was the sales price offered reflected the free shipping in it! 1 starI purchased an item from Sharper Image and cancelled it within the hour. I was sent a message 24 hours later that it was too late to cancel the item because it was already being processed. This order, that was already being processed, took 9 days to receive. I highly doubt it was being processed! I was told to accept the shipment and to return it. I received the item and returned it the same day requesting the refund to be put on my credit card. I noticed on the bill that I didnt receive the 20% off. I sent an email and was given 20% off the item that I cancelled. I was also charged $17.95 for them to ship the cancelled item. I was told I would receive a rebate for the $17.95 which didnt happen. I wasnt expecting the $17.95 as I had cancelled the item. When Sharper Image received the item that I shipped back to them, they sent me a gift certificate for $20 less than the original payment amount. First, I expected a full refund as I had cancelled the item. Second, why do I want a gift certificate for a company that I am not going to buy from again? I contacted customer service, and the wait time was over 10 minutes. I opted for them to return my call when a customer service agent is available. Still waiting for that call?? I just want to get a full refund for an item I cancelled within the hour of ordering it!!Sharper Image
