      DO NOT BUY FROM ************************!!!! They are scammers! I'm not sure if this has always been the case, but if you accidentally make the unfortunate mistake of purchasing something from them, you cannot cancel the order, and you will have to wait until you receive the package to return the item. And the shipping cost (which is horrendous) will not be refunded. So you end up paying for at least part of the order anyway... Probably about how much the actual item is to make, in fact. ******** company and truly useless customer service.

We do try to ship orders as quickly as possible so past a certain point we are unable to cancel the order. Unfortunately this was the case with your order at the time of your cancellation request. Please know we never want our customers to pay for a mistake when placing an order with us and I do see noted to your order that a full refund will be issued to your method of payment upon receipt of the return. Please reach out to us directly when your order is delivered to you and we will ensure a pre-paid shipping label is sent to you so you are not charged for the return and upon receipt of the return to our warehouse we will issue a full refund to your method of payment.

      Placed an order on 7/5/25 for an am/fm radio that was supposed to be IN STOCK. Was told it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days.7/20/25 customer service says it will be shipped "the week of the 28th". They were not helpful at all.This company used to have a good reputation for mail order, but obviously that is no longer the case.

      I purchased a calm *** heat*** sauna back in March and now it's not work*** and I cannot reach anybody in customer service or the website to get some help this company is awful. I would never buy another product from your company again

      ******* ordered a messager from Sharper Image. It didn't include the the comfort pads as stated should have been enclosed. Called Sharper Image (SI) and after 30 minutes of explaining the issue, trying to explain they needed my phone email and address, she finally said they would send them. Today I got an email that said the comfort pads were on the way for my heated gloves! Called the company again, and was told my ***** that he couldn't help me, asked for a supervisor, he says he's the best person to help me, told him again I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he said none were available. He gave me what I knew was a bogus number to call and it was. Called back again and they said they could send what was missing. SI customer service is terrible!

      These people are thieves. They like to advertise without telling you what company makes the item so that you cannot compare it online. They charged three times as much as Amazon for the exact same ice pack plus they charged $16 for very slow shipping which took a long time to get here while Amazon was free shipping and took 2 days. Also Amazon had a 30-day return policy with free returns and Sharper Image charged another $16 for return. After many complaints, they returned a small portion of what they owed me, leaving me with an overpayment of $36.71.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear you feel this way! Please know it is not our intention to make any of our customers feel we are them deceive. For majority of our items we do provide manuals on the website that will indicate who the manufacturer of the item is as we do try to be as transparent about the items as possible. Shipping fees are computer calculated based on where the order is being shipped as well as what is being purchased. We do not operate with the same contracts as ****** so our shipping will differ from theirs. Your feedback has been escalated to management for review of changes we can make to ensure a better customer experience overall.

      I ordered my husband the arthritis vibrating gloves, he used them two times and the left glove stopped working. I paid $139 for these and they won't refund because they're a 'personal item'??? Overpriced, non-refundable junk is what this company is selling. Buyer BEWARE!!!

      I ordered three products next day delivery which cost $45.00 to no avail from Sharper Image, the items never arrived, they also charged my credit card what a scam, I reached out to customer service and they informed me that I cant get reimbursed only store credit, personally I think it's hilarious why do I want store credit when I didnt get my previous order, unbelievable. Extremely exhausting debating over reimbursement Im entitled to from Sharper Image, eventually customer service agreed to credit my account within 3/5 business days. Dont do business with Sharper Image they outsource customer service to countries rather than the *** so they can bypass your legal rights

Please know this is certainly not the experience we want for you. I have reviewed your order further and I can assure you it was not our intention to make you feel that we were denying your refund. I show you reached out to cancel the order after shipment and we are, unfortunately, not able to cancel orders after they ship so we are unable to issue a refund for the order until that is returned to us. I show the delivery was made yesterday and we are happy to assist you with returning the order if you'd like. Please know we did go ahead and refunded you for the shipping of $45.95 as well for the late arrival. Please know it may take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect depending on your financial institution.
