I ordered 2 engines from Accurate engines April 12, 2023.I was not informed at any point by Accurate Engines that the timing covers and gaskets for both engines were not available when the engine order was being placed. If they had honestly disclosed that critical engine parts were not available then I would not have placed the order.Accurate Engines has had my money since mid April 2023 but they have not provided the complete set of parts required for the mechanic to install the engines in my boat. The result has been that I was not able to use my boat for the entire 2023 boating season.I had multiple conversations with ***** the owner of Accurate Engines and was told the parts would be provided. One Timing Cover was eventually shipped on August 17th, 2023. The corresponding gasket was not shipped. The second timing cover and gasket have not been shipped as of November 9, 2023.I paid Accurate Engines $8,490 for the engines and to date still do not have the parts required to have the mechanic put the engines in the boat. The attached email from the Accurate Engines sales person does not disclose that the timing cover and gasket were not available.I believe that Accurate Engines is in violation of the ***** VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR ACT Act 300 of 1974.Specific sections noted - 257.1302a, ******** Prohibited Conduct (c), (d) and (e), ********a Prohibited conduct - Sec. 7a., ********c Prohibited conduct. I bought an engine from Accurate Engines on Oct. 5th 2023. Once installed there was an oil pressure issue. I took the truck into a ***** dealer and they told me the oil pump Accurate Engines installed was faulty. I tried to file a claim under their warranty, but no one answers the phone and it takes over a week to get an answer on email. I just want this warranty claim honored without having to hire a lawyer. I'm having Chevrolet fix my truck, because I need a vehicle. I expect Accurate Engines to pay for the work due to their company's negligence with parts and customer service. I attached the parts list chevrolet ****** I need.

On 10/05/2022 I sent a $2900 deposit to Accurate Engines as a down payment on a new remanufactured engine, installation, and transport services for my 2012 ****************** 3.6L. On 1/13/2023 my car was delivered, I paid the balance of my total of $6,553 invoice, and my new engine started malfunctioning immediately, (engine light flashing, shaking, no acceleration). On 1/24/2023 Accurate Engines picked up my car. I was informed via text that all my problems were due to low transmission fluid, so they filled it up. On 2/14/2023 I picked up my car and drove it to Belle Tire for inspection. Upon inspection, a Belle Tire rep called me into the bay where my car was on a lift. They showed me a lose oil pan bolt and the entire undercarriage of my car was covered in transmission fluid. I then took my car to *** Auto Repair where they identified the cause of the leak to be blown seals from over filling a sealed transmission. I was informed that I needed a transmission rebuild or a certified replacement transmission. I paid $6,483.17 to *** and they replaced the transmission that Accurate Engines over filled. After months of engine issues involving overheating, and the same engine alarm codes, I contacted Accurate Engines and spoke with ***** who agreed to pick up my car again on 8/14/2023. I got my car back on 10/14/2023 and noticed by comparing milage to my records, it had not even been driven and all of my original issues from 9 months ago were still present. As of today (10/24/2023), I have called Accurate Engines every day, twice a day, and nobody answers. I get routed to a voicemail system that says its full. Communications with ***** will be provided as evidence to the court in the form of text message screen shots and verbal conversation recordings. Im demanding that either Accurate Engines reimburse me $13,036.17 or repair my engine properly and reimburse me $6,483.17 for the transmission.

I bought and engine from Accurate engines on 8/10/2023.I received the engine 8/21/2023. No problem there. However, per their policy, they give a $500 Engine core credit when you send your broken engine back.I shipped my engine back, 10/5/2023.I called 10/17/2023 to see if they had received my shipped engine and they said they had not received it.My shipped tracking shows that the engine was delivered and received 10/10/2023.I have tried to call and get my refund over 30 times, and I have talked to one person who told me that my engine was not received, but clearly it was received and delivered a week ago.No one will answer the phone number I was given.

Issue started with first engine. Once received and installed, problems arose. Day 2 post install, my 15' ***** Equinox would not start, slow acceleration, and would putter in idle. Took the vehicle back to mechanics where it was inspected and coolant was found in the engine. Communication between Accurate Engines is terrible. Voicemail box is full, no one returns calls, etc. Finally able to get ahold of their sales rep who gets someone to call back. They want tons of proof, which was given, their response was they would send a new engine. Days go by and finally they just send a "new" engine. Install goes smooth, but same problems occur post install. Metal shavings found in oil filter, and down in the block. Zero communication for days, and when there finally is a response they want it brought down so Accurate can figure out what the problem is. they have it for 2 weeks, say the engine is fixed and driving well. After scrambling to get to GR from Cadillac they say they replaced a coolant bypass because it was leaking but never called to ask or provide update, though it is stated that someone from "Parts" would contact, should any additional parts be necessary for completion. They expected payment on the spot though. Proceed to drive off the lot and car barely starts, is still misfiring, drive back to accurate where they try everything they can all day to make it not an issue with the engine. They find intake is cracked, and a huge scratch in the left passenger door is found. Intake replaced, problems still exist state must have been a build up in the exhaust. Drive the car back to Cadillac, AGAIN Cylinder 1 is misfiring, code is thrown now for fuel pump, metal shavings in the engine, poor communication! This started June 15, 2023 it is Sept. 28,2023. Problem has not been resolved, money is lost, and vehicle has not been operational for 3 months due to neglect of this company.

Purchased a 6.0L **** Powerstroke rebuilt engine in November of 2022. Item was promised in two weeks. Engine was supposed to be completed by December and installed by Christmas. After myriad of excuses, motor was supposed to be sent in February of 2023. Item never shipped. I have never received any contact from the company with respect to solving this situation, nor has anyone ever reached out to me to give a status update. I have initiated all contact and all of it has been negative. All of the parts suppliers that were used for this engine were contacted by me to confirm in stock and available status throughout the build process. Everything was available and had not changed in price since the original order. I have several texts, email, and phone calls with these companies to show that I was being given the run around. The mechanic's shop was charging storage fees since December since it was not their fault the engine was not delivered. As a disabled Veteran who lives in the desert of *******, not having this truck has caused severe hardship and financial loss. My entire ranch has suffered because the truck has been unavailable for over 8 months through no fault of mine. I expect a full refund by check of the total price paid PLUS 30% to go towards the fees assessed by the shop for these inexcusable delays. I have had to tow the truck back to my house as I can no longer afford to pay the storage fees and I still have no idea when this engine would be completed. My estimate and estimate email are included to show the TWO WEEK build time #****-3087 My invoice number is ***** and the *** is included I need this resolved as soon as possible so I can get my vehicle repaired and get to and from work.Refund required - $9685 (7450+30%)

My truck broke down I had it towed to Accurate engines they said they could replace it with one of their remanufactured engine and guarantee it for 3 years ******* miles they said it would take two weeks to start on it and two weeks to complete it well it's been 3 months they called and said the vehicle was done but not running properly and I would have to have it towed out when I asked them questions they couldn't answer later they had an inspected by an outside shop who found a different issue meanwhile my truck has been there all this time I've never been able to pick it up they've never been able to get it to run properly they don't answer phone calls or emails if they can't repair it I will pay a portion of the bill and move it to another shop if they can fix the vehicle and call me that would be wonderful at this point I've lost confidence in the shop I don't know if they're going to close the doors and I'll never see my truck again there's no communication no explanation of what they're doing and when I drove by I didn't see my truck on the lot or in the shop

My engine was shipped back to accurate engine under warranty in September of 2022. Was told in November that it was going to ship which didnt happen. Contacted the attorney general office and they stated it would be shipped the week of April 10th and it still hasnt shipped. I call and cant reach anyone on the phone. I leave messages and no one returns my call.. My invoice # is *****. Attorney *************** complaint #is 2023-0370148-A. The dealership that has my car informed me that with my car sitting so long it will probably need additional repairs because of sitting in the elements. Could you please help me find out why this company is avoiding this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:
When my engine was shipped to accurate engine they promised a quick turnaround. Because they had my engine for ******************************************************************************* that my car suffered further damage. Brakes due to rusting, battery and tires due to sitting. I feel that accurate engine should compensate me for the damages acquired for the length of time they had my engine.

I purchased an engine from them and received it May 26th 2022. Have had it in shop more than I have drove it. Was told the engine needs to be sent back because its not getting oil through the top. So my service department wont pull engine until they get paid from the warranty work they have already done. I sent invoice to them March 24, 2023 and was told check will be sent out April 8th. I never received it and nobody will return messages to me or answer the phone calls. I need this engine fixed and running as I need this vehicle.
