    Name is ****** automotive we purchased a 6.7 Ford in December of 2024 we received the engine due to being busywe got it in drove it down the street and heard a pop sound engine stole brought it back in the shop spun as if it had no compression cam gear was left loose encouraged to send it back we would have a replacement in 5 weeks here it is July of 2025 we cannot get through to them they have 7,500 $of our money and can't get a return call they said they would get it in the building room and get back with us that is the last we have heard I'm out 7,500$and no response to date considering litigation I would not purchase an engine from these people in any way shape of your own they have a terrible lack of communication and consistently tell un truth we documented they asked us to tear the engine down we documented the video and pictures the girl Brittany is the office manager she is very unprofessional and a liar thank you

    My friend dropped his van off to have a brand new engine installed, seemed like a bargain at first with a warranty and all. accurate engines removed the engine from their van then informed them that it was an extra 2000 dollars for the warranty plus they had to buy all new components and sensors for the warranty plus labor to install them on the new engine. they picked up the van and their was a huge scratch down the side of it that obviously was nobodies fault. on the way home the transmission was acting up, so they brought it back and was told that the torque converter was going out and they needed to replace the transmission (i suspect it wasn't seated right when they reinstalled the engine). so another 4000 dollars for a new transmission from a different shop and the van is back home. the next day the engine light comes on and they bring it back the van was throwing a code for the thermostat, so they replaced it and claimed it wasn't covered under the warranty and charged them for it. while there somebody shut the hood on something and bent the hinge, but they refused responsibility for that just like the scratch. the next day, the same code popped up so they brought it back again, so without any approval they changed the thermostat for a third time and the water pump and charged them another 700 dollars for it, even though they had to have the thermostat and water pump replaced when the engine was new yet again was not covered under the 2000 dollar warranty. Same code popped up again so they called the shop and were told its an electrical problem and not to bring it back to them, they wont fix it. They called me and i went to look at it, we confirmed that it needed a coolant temp sensor. While there they told me it was having a hard time starting sometimes, to which we discovered that they never synced the throttle body after installing it. over 10k into a van that the quote started out at ** with a warranty that apparently covers nothing, they are a joke.

    Ordered and picked up motor October 2024 took it home to find out it was not the correct motor ( and I gave them the VIN ) took it back and they took parts off my old motor and installed them on my new motor went and picked it up again and took it home installed it to find it had low compression on 2 cylinders.Took it back a second time and left it again and they sent it to me and I installed the motor .sent in 1 invoice for pulling and reinstalling the motor in May 2025 ( because they say it has a Warranty ) but to date no payment and I am sure I will not receive any payments from here forward because of this Review but want people to to know not to do business with this company biggest $3000 mistake I ever made

    Took my car in for warranty work. They kept my car 2 full days, never looked at it. When I called to ask about the status, no one answered the phone and voicemails were full. When I finally got through to a supervisor, he was very derogatory and condescending. He called me a b**** and hung up on me. Very unprofessional staff. Did not honor the supposed ******* mile warranty. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

    urchase an engine on 7/2/2024. Delivery was accepted on the 7/17/2024. Installed on 8/11/2024. After firing the engine got a P0016 and P0341 code. Cam/Crank Correlation and CMP sensor performance. Had the issue diagnose by a local shop. The shop stated engine might possibly be out of time so further tear down time necessary. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. No call back and no response to my concerns. So it would seem I'm left with a 3,793.00 boat anchor. Invoice # 62212.

    They won't answer their phone they won't solve my complaint I paid money for this engine they sent the wrong one we sent it back they have yet to send me another motor it's been 5 months

    Set original engine into this company to be rebuilt they return the engine we Had it installed Buy a reputable company in ******** about 1000 miles after the rebuild started leaking coolant into cylinders blowing white smoke return. The engine was told it was covered and they were shipping it out in the next couple weeks six weeks later they told me they were waiting for a camshaft before they can ship it, they sent me the refund for the company thats doing the install trying to get my engine returned to me now they tell me that it is not covered because **** will not cover which I dont understand involved said we used aftermarket injectors we have the receipt for original **** Motorcraft injectors I believe its just another excuse. Theyve been stringing me along for 10 weeks now Im starting to get bills from the installation company for the vehicle sitting on their lot. I cant even get my original motor. Returned to me.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered the engine in October 2023 (told it was in stock). After numerous phone calls, vm’s, e-mails, when we would finally receive a return call we kept being told they were waiting on parts. Fast forward through this headache to January 2024, when the engine FINALLY shipped to the dealership. Engine installed, thousands of dollars in labor paid for installation, engine is faulty and needs repair. Never returning our mechanic’s calls to discuss the error and the repairs needed. The company then states per the 3rd party warranty, the engine must be pulled, returned, fixed, then shipped back for re-installation. All of this paid at $55/hr to the mechanic, and us footing the bill for the remaining balance ($65/hr. at our shop), up-front. Their customer service is garbage, their engines are garbage. STAY AWAY & don’t make the same mistakes we have. This is a joke, and before I pay to have an engine returned and sent back, we will just as well cut our losses on original install price and return the engine for a refund then go to a reputable company for the engine. I cannot believe this company is still in business!

    I had to pick a star rating to submit my review, but unfortunately, they didn't have a zero star, as I would have selected zero (0)!
    Do not do business with this company! Run away as fast as you can!
    Their warranty is a joke. They say they use All Data for estimate of their warranty reimbursements, and All Data info is also inaccurate and a fraction of the time it takes to pull, send and replace an engine. And they only pay $55/hr,, if and when they pay at all.
    They said they use All Data for hours to replace, and didn't even honor their estimate - short pay, months after emailing with no response, voicemails with no response, mailbox full, and downright lies about "we'll cut the check this Saturday, and mail it on Monday". Check wasn't sent.
    Also, when I was able to reach the warranty department live, the person flat out lied to me, that "they just started two days ago", from the same person who said the same thing three months ago!
    I'd say horrible service, but NO service is a better description!
    No wonder their not BBB Accredited.
    I'm leaving zero (0) stars, as they shouldn't be allowed to operate as a business at all!
    No ethics, all lies, no response, no service.
    Again, run away and tell all of your friends that this is the worst company in the world!
    Angry doesn't even come close to how I feel about this company!!!!!
