    WE PURCHASED TWO ENGINES FROM THIS COMPANY IN 01/2022 ON INVOICE #***** FOR $5,790.00. ONE OF THE ENGINES WERE DEFECTIVE SO WE RETURNED IT TO THEM IN 08/2022. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY RECEIVED THE ENGINE FROM US BUT HAS GONE SILENT SINCE THEN. THEY DO NOT RETURN ANY CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS. AT THIS POINT WE DON'T EVEN NEED THE ENGINE ANYMORE AND JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK. OUR NEXT STEP WILL BE TO FILE SUIT IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM AND RECEIVE OUR REFUND. SO VERY FRUSTRATING!

    My car had engine trouble about nine months ago. We brought it to Accurate Engines and it took them about a month to "fix the car." The warehouse manager, *****, was absolutely terrible to deal with. He made fun of COVID-19 when my mother-in-aw was just getting out of a coma due to COVID. It is also incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone who works there. Once we received our car back, it was not driving correctly. The car started turning off randomly while I was driving it. We brought it back in to be fixed and it took them a couple week to get it back to me. Once again, when we received it, it still was not driving right. We brought it back to them and it took close to two months for us to get it back. It worked fine for about three weeks and then the engine issues started up again. We brought it back to them again and they told them that the car needed to be fixed with no issues. At this point, it had been around eight months after spending thousands of dollars with them. After a few weeks, they told us that it was good to go and we would not have any more issues. After three weeks, my car has issues again and I can no longer get ahold of them. They are completely ghosting me. They took close to $6,000 from us, wasted nine months of my time and I have nothing to show for it. This place is a complete scam. They take all of your money and ghost you. I cannot believe a place like this is allowed to stay in business.

    Never completed work. They told me to go get a lawyer because I said it was ridiculous it was taking over 9 months for them to put an engine in a car.
