  had my 2007 h3 picked up for a 2 week engine rebuild in may of 2023 and still dont have it back.

  Purchased an engine for resale 07/2023. End of August/2023 customer complained the engine was running rough. Diagnostics showed #6 cyl misfire and low compression. Warranty claim was started. Replaced #6 lifter. engine runs fine. The company rarely answers the warranty line and the voicemail is almost always full. There have been at least 18 emails back and forth on this issue. most of them are unanswered. on 9/7/2023 They resubmit the claim. 10/31 I ask for an update and they resubmit the claim. On 11/08 I called and spoke to Ron about receiving core credits as well as following up on the warranty claim. He asked me to email Steve and copy him. so a new thread was started. I emailed on 11/15 and 11/29 about the claim and refunds, no response. 1/02/2024 I received an email from George stating the issues were just brought to his attention. On 1/10 I received the refunds for the core credits from July 2023. I emailed and thanked him then inquired about the warranty claim again. no response. emailed again on 1/25 and got an answer back on 2/2 saying it was resubmitted. emailed again on 2/9 and 2/12 with no response. Its seems pretty clear they have no intention of honoring this warranty.

  So far, I've had a great experience. Accurate Engine's customer service has been amazing. I received an accurate quote and an approved invoice within a few hours of first contacting them. The next day, they sent a flatbed truck to my house to pick-up my truck to transport it to their shop. I received two personal calls with updates on the progress of installing the new engine while they were working on my truck. Within a week of me first contacting them, I have my truck back. The price was exactly as quoted. The truck drove flawlessly the first 60 miles from Grand Rapids back to my house.

  They rebuild my 06 super duty f350 put **** miles on it. Took it to a diesel engine shop, they found metal shaving all thought the motor, called ****** $4000 to pull the motor sent it back. They found piston scraping. They said it's there fault we will fix motor but will not replace oil cooling $400, injectors $2000, turbo $****, hi pressure oil pump $800. Which I replaced all new when I put the motor in, not only have we been out of a truck for months but I have to replace those parts again.

  My mechanic installed my engine and as soon as he filled it with coolant it started leaking out of the head gasket before it was even started. Called and spoke to Lanny, he said run it for a while and see if it seals. It didn't stop leaking, and now I cannot get a call back. I have left numerous voicemails and emails for a week but no response. They promote their warranty but it does no good because they do not respond. I wish I had seen this site before I bought from them. Very disappointing that they can continue doing business with absolutely no integrity.

  Sent a defective engine, wont answer any calls its been two weeks and still cant get a hole of anyone.

  this place is a scam, they take your money and deliver the wrong engine. Take your core with a promise to send your re-manned core back in 5 days. Still without and engine, with out $8000 and no core!They do not answer their phones, and I have tried 8 different phone numbers. wish I could give them less than 1 star

  This customer sent the engine back describing that the injection size was wrong. The problem with the claim is that we did a reman on the engine she sent to us, so what she sent us is exactly what we remanufactured.

  I ordered an engine on March 18 2023, Dealing, with Ron. I was told it would ship in 8-10 days, didn't hear anything from them. tried to call them no answer, messaged Ron and he said he was out of town. Finally got in touch with Lanny and he assured me the engine was schelduled to ship the next day, still havent seen or heard from them, now no contact. i already paid for the engine and they had my core picked up two days after i ordered the engine. 5,000.00 and still no engine. do Not order anything from these people!!

  Ordered engine on 22FEB23, was in contact with Ron, called several times for an update. On 01MAR23 I got a text stating that they could not honor the engine, because it was not in stock, and if they could get one the price would be $1000 higher than was quoted, Ron then stated that a refund would be issued, Now 13 MAR23 and after several attempt (6) to reach them, left message each time, with no call backs. WATCH this company, they take your money quickly, sell you a product they do not have, and delay weeks before refunding your monies

  Purchased a engine in September. Installed the engine and from day one to engine Blew blue smoke. Sent to a shop to have it inspected under warranty and a lot of the internal parts had not been replaced and seals had not been replaced. The only thing that been replaced was parts that was on initial appearance. The Pistons were all pitted up because they were not replaced in the cylinders were all pitted up. I was getting oil onto the spark plugs because of seals being bad. Would not advise anybody to buy one of these junk motors
