It is very frustrating to be Loyal to a company and put lots of work into your knowledge and quality for 2 years, to then be told they can not consider you for a W2 role due to your need for a part time schedule. Everyone of my leaders have bragged on how much they want me on their side of things. I have a disability that doesn't allow me to work full time. I am very qualified for several roles on our account. It would be nice to feel valued enough to make an accommodation for my disability and allow me to work 20 hours a week. This news means I will never be allowed to grow with this company. I see new agents coming in and are not getting enough training, who can't get replies from anyone, and it only makes NexRep and their client look bad. I really wanted to make a difference and bring my training, quality, and leading skills to the account. You could save money by using part time employees who do not need your benefits. You could create floater roles for part time people who go where they are needed when RS or QAs are short handed. There is absolutely a way to use the talents of people who have a disability that limits them to part time hours.

***, thank you for taking the time to put your thoughts on paper and for reaching out to us. Hearing from successful contractors seeking more opportunities with NexRep is always positive! Helping contractors upskill and move into new opportunities with new responsibilities is something were happy to do whenever and wherever possible. We see that youve communicated with one of our Operations Managers regarding your interest in part-time, W-2 opportunities and that you applied for the recently posted Temp RS role. That particular role and the client it serves require a full-time individual to properly serve the client and contractors involved. Unfortunately, its not possible for the Temp RS role to be part-time, and its rare for part-time roles to open up in this particular program.  While you clearly are a strong and dedicated contractor, we also care about bringing contractors into roles that suit them and their needs and cant guarantee a transition from a **** to a W-2 opportunity.
Occasionally,we do have part-time roles available in other programs. While we do not currently have any, we will keep you in mind if something does come along. Our Operations Manager, *****, will be reaching out to you with more details.
In the meantime, thank you for lending your skills, dedication, and tenacity to the NexRep Marketplace and its clients! Please continue to reach out if you have further questions or concerns.

let me say this company is a scam! first they say t=you get a bonus for certification and talk time on nesting calls. They say that you get your bonus on the next xheck after you begin taking calls, but they NEVER give you tje bonus. They encourage you to BE NICE to men calling masterbating and tell you to remember theyre just lonely. If you hang up you get a compliance event. so if you enjoy being forced to stay on the liune with masterbating strangers and " be sweet" for around $6 an hour try the company but youll soon find out the lady who runs it is bipolor and sits on mondays sending compliance events to selet agents and then 5 minutes later sends another and disables your account so you cant see your hours or time worked. then they act like they never mentioned the program perks, or the bonus. also they get mad if you dont sign people up for the scam savings central and free rewards plus. even if a customder says they cant afford it, they want you to trick them into saying the word yes to bill them. its been the worst WAH experience ever, Run far away from this company, class action should be next

****, we appreciate you making us aware of your concerns. We understand that contractors who service overnight hours are more susceptible to prank and inappropriate calls from customers. We do our best to prepare contractors for those situations, and we always encourage contractors to report inappropriate callers so they can be blocked. Our records indicate that a prank caller was reported on 12/11 by another contractor, and this caller was blocked immediately.
It sounds like the savings central and rewards plus offers youre referring to are client-mandated Third Party Offers (TPOs). These are components of sales calls and service standards set by clients, not NexRep. While there is no certification incentive for the program you serviced, there are TPO-based incentive opportunities. Contractors can earn $2.40 per TPO sale, and if they convert at least 20% in a week, they get an additional $1 for each TPO sale.
Additionally, if youd like to learn about the NexRep Perks Program offered to contractors on a points basis, please refer to this webpage, where we explain how contractors can earn perks for offering great service: NexRep Perks Program - Independent contracting has its perks | NexRep
We understand that inappropriate and prank caller situations are discouraging, and we take every action within our power to prepare and protect contractors. We also realize that sales calls can be tough, and not every program is the right fit for every contractor. Our Senior Operations Manager, *************************, will be reaching out to you about an opportunity to return to service and other Marketplace opportunities. If you would like to reach out to ****** directly, you may do so at ***********************************

I was with the Teladoc program and finished 2 weeks of certification classes and passed my quizzes. On the last day of training we were barely downloading our system apps and for some reason Socrates and Outlook emails were merged but almost the whole class could not log in the systems to even take calls because the credentials didn't work. The class couldn't even get 10 hours because all shifts were taken. All these apps should have been added in our first week not the last day of class,it just seemed extremely unorganized. We were emailed about a $350 incentive I never received. I feel scammed out of an incentive and background check it was a waste of time I couldn't even log in without the correct credentials and no lack of hours.

*****, thanks for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We work hard to ensure all contractors have access to the software they need to provide successful service.  We asked our team to look into the login issues you referred to, but they werent able to find any communication regarding those issues so theyre not sure which programs you had difficulty accessing. We found communication regarding two certification courses that needed completion.
The $25 background check fee is paid to a 3rd party company that completes background checks for all contractors, it is not paid directly to NexRep and NexRep does not receive any portion of this fee.
Its important that you know you are currently eligible to provide service, and were happy to help you resolve your login issues so you can be eligible for the $350 certification incentive.
For continued support, please reach out to our Sr. ********** manager, *****, at ************************************

I tried to log on to everything else and my email and five9 had been disabled. I had technical issues with **** the prior week giving me a bad modem (which I informed of the issue) and they are actually coming to replace tomorrow, but when I try to reach out by ******** I cannot reply to anyone. I also get an email saying that we are sad to see you go that I decided to leave the project!!! What is going on like this is my source of income and you just do people like this??

Thank you for reaching out. We understand that you were able to speak with one of our Operations Managers this week to get clarification on how it was concluded that you had left nesting, and to discuss returning to the program. I worked for Nexrep from June of 2021-April 2023. The Saturday before Easter, I worked my 2 hr shift, then came home from going out of town to an email that said Hi ****. thank you for your time on our program, unfortunately due to a HIPAA violation regarding sharing membe information, we are removing you from the program effective immediately. Thank You, *****************************, Operations manager. No further explanation and I had sent an email asking if I could be rehomed to another account and she said I could. So I called to set up another phone call and the rep on he line tole me that I would have to have a release ok from my ops manager. I contacted ***************************** and she sent me an email that I was able to forward to the correct department and set up for another phone interview. The time for the phone interview came and went, and when I emailed to see if the phone call was going to come,This is the email I was sent. "Hello ****, thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to inform you that you are no longer eligible to contract with NexRep. We wish you great success in your endeavors." and when I emailed back to ask why, when I was obviously told I could be rehomed, she came back with "I am sorry but I do not have access to any other information" Best Regards, ***********************. I emailed ***************************** twice last week at different times and got no response from either email. I have all the emails that can prove my point. ***************************

I applied to next rep roughly a week ago. I had a phone interview to work for Teladoc. After excepting the over the phone off or I was asked to submit and pay for a background check through a company called ***********. There is literally nothing wrong with my background it has been four whole days since I have done the background check and it says that my criminal county record is still pending after for a whole days. The training class is supposed to start this week Thursday and I have no information on how to start. I am so worried because this company has all my information and as a **** company the only way you can get in contact with them is via email. Something is not right because I usually only takes no less than 24 hours to complete a background screening. I truly do not wish to work for this company anymore.

Hello *******,Thank you for reaching out to express your concerns. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate the opportunity to provide some additional information about this situation. *********** is a third-party vendor NexRep uses, so we are not able to control how quickly they process these reports. While background checks are typically processed very promptly, processing times can vary significantly depending on how many different counties or agencies *********** has to reach out to, and how promptly the counties and agencies respond to ***********'s request. You can view the current status of your background check, and details about what may be causing the delay, by logging into your *********** account. If no information is provided about the delay, it's quite possible *********** is simply still awaiting a response from one of the counties or agencies it contacted as part of your background check.Regarding the details of the certification class you were planning to start this week; this information is not sent until NexRep receives confirmation that the background check has been processed. If you are still interested in contracting with NexRep and your background check is not complete prior to the start of this week's class, we would be happy to add you to another upcoming class. There are still lots of Teladoc opportunities available. We hope to see you on the NexRep Marketplace soon! Please don't hesitate to contact us again should you have any additional questions or concerns.

I received a ****-*** from this company on 1/30/2023, I never worked for this company, never received training, more importantly, I never received money from them. I contacted them and heard back from a *******************************, who confirmed via email that indeed my name and SSN was fraudulently used and they terminated the services of the person.Ive requested numerous times to correct/void the ****-*** they sent me since theyve established the person who worked for them had used false documents to obtain work. How can a company like Nexrep LLC have very *** vetting processes and pay an imposter all these time? How can a company with integrity refuse to correct the ****-*** and let victims like myself be liable for taxes on income I never earned just so they can lower their taxable income?********* response: since they are not sure if I am who I say I am, and who the other person is, they cant void it. I responded and asked her to make me provide documents or even zoom call me and Ill have my documents such as passport, drivers license, global entry and SSN write next to my face so she can see its me. I never heard back from her.All they can offer is one year of Lifelock Membership. I mailed via Certified Mail a Demand Letter using the address on their website, the tracking link is still not showing as delivered, which is really strange, it should have been delivered 2/6/23-is it possible, this company is just a front and not real? Call the number on their website, no matter what extension you choose, you cant reach a live person.Ive reported to all appropriate agencies on my end.I just want them to undo what they have done, They admitted that someone else used my SSN due to their poor vetting process, the right thing to do is correct the ****-*** and **** it as void. Its really that simple. Any company with integrity would have no problem correcting their mistake.

Hi ******,We are sorry to hear that someone fraudulently used your personal data to join the NexRep Marketplace. NexRep takes reasonable steps to verify the identity of everyone it contracts with, including conducting a full and complete background check via ***********, a third-party vendor that requires our contractors to provide a valid social security number, date of birth, and a valid form of identification. Despite our best efforts to verify the identity of everyone we contract with, it can be very difficult to identify an imposter if they know all of your required personal data including your name, address, date of birth, and social security number. The person who joined the NexRep Marketplace using your name provided all of the information needed to successfully pass our verification process. The personal details provided were complete and accurate and resulted in a successful background check. There was nothing that indicated any cause for concern or suspicion at that time.In addition to our background check, we continuously monitor for possible signs of fraud. It was this process that triggered further inquiry and our decision to terminate the contract due to suspicion of possible fraud. We understand how frustrating and upsetting this situation must be, and we apologize for the time it took to provide you with information on next steps. Our Vice President of *************** has contacted you to provide details about the information we will need to void the **** you received, and we hope that this will resolve the matter. To help you safeguard your personal data, NexRep has issued you a free one-year Lifelock membership. We understand that this provision doesn't undo the violation of someone having used your personal data without your knowledge, but we hope it will offer some peace of mind by providing you with an extra layer of security moving forward. Sincerely,NexRep

"Our Vice President of *************** has contacted you to provide details about the information we will need to void the **** you received, and we hope that this will resolve the matter." - THIS RESPONSE IS A LIE.2. Based on the email response from ******************************* pasted below it doesn't seem like their vetting process is what they are claiming to be because it seems they've only determined the person was using false documents after I contacted them. Had I not received the fraudulent ****-***, Nexrep, LLC would still continue to employ the services of the impostor. Based on the "earnings" of over $8,000 that they paid the impostor, it doesn't sound to me that they were continuously monitoring for possible fraud for the impostor to have earned over $8K using my identity. I recently had my contract terminated with Teladoc/NexRep, due to my computer glitching in five 9. I couldn't log out, couldn't unmute, couldn't do anything. It took almost an hour due to the calls being back-to-back. I had to wait for MODs to get back to me to help with my situation and I'm glad they did. I even unplugged my computer and my five 9 was still going so finally a MOD told me since I was about to go on my hour break to have my comp looked at, I informed her I will and I did. So, when I came back to do my next s*** my five 9 was running smooth. Next thing I know I received a message stating my contract has been terminated. I never understood why the Operations manager did this, she even ignored me the whole time after. Didn't even care to ask what happened and what can be done to fix the issue when I got it taken care of all she told me was " She has evidence of the call being ignored" when if she saw I was having issues while watching me not be able to unmute the member then why not help? I've been with NexRep for 4 years and I know for a fact all the systems glitch or we at a certain point don't get access to it, I've worked with several campaigns this is how I know and if anyone else that has been here through several campaigns will know what I'm saying to be true as well. Then we have to lie and tell the members it's "updating" when this isn't true. The systems are outdated and my contract was terminated from a glitch with no help or conversation or anything just ignored me. It's just terrible I never put myself intentionally in a space to not care about my job at all. They make decisions and don't care if they're right or wrong. It's really sad due to the fact it seemed about me doing what they wanted and if I had an emergency or anything else I'm being "defiant". I really need this to be looked into, it's just horrible that this is how they treat their employees.

Hi *******,NexRep is committed to conducting business in a fair, reasonable manner, and we do not make a practice of terminating contracts due to occasional technical issues beyond an independent contractor's control. The incident you are referring to prompted a review of your call history, and your historical call trends evidenced a clear and ongoing pattern of placing members on hold and then not coming back on the line.NexRep takes its commitment to both independent contractors and our clients very seriously, and we cannot in good conscience continue a business relationship that puts one of our clients in the position of paying for services that are not being rendered by an independent contractor in accordance with established service standards.-NexRep

I enjoyed the start of working for nexrep and teladoc i went through 160 or more of certifications because the first time i didn't do well with my hipaa so i tested and certified again. Unfortunately during the supported production I received some personal medical news that i did not expect and had to have an emergency hysterectomy immediately. I reached out to everyone I could letting them know I had a surgery that had to be done. They responded and wished me well. After I can back to work from surgery I know longer had a job. Which was very dissapointing to the fact that I couldn't help that I had a surgery and could not reschedule. It is almost impossible to be able to get ahold of anyone there. I had finally got contacted back and promised another opportunity and still havent heard anything back. Very frustrating I really liked this job and but I feel like it was wrongly taken from me with little to no feedback!

Hello, thank you for reaching out to share your feedback. We touched based with our Operations team for clarification on the circumstances surrounding your contract being ended, and the team informed us that this was due to your supported production not being successfully completed. Completion of the entire supported production process is an essential part of ensuring that contractors are proficient in our clients policies and procedures and able to comply with all quality and security standards. Due to the importance of the supported production process in setting up both contractors and clients for mutual success, completion of the full supported production process is required of all NexRep Marketplace Contractors. Were very sorry to hear of the medical issue you experienced, and we understand that needing to leave supported production prior to its completion was beyond your control. Tending to ones personal health is of the utmost importance, and NexRep would not exclude you from participating in the Marketplace for a situation beyond your control. While the seasonal opportunity that was mentioned to you at the end of your contract is no longer available, we hope that youll consider exploring some of our other opportunities, and we welcome you to visit NexRep.com to schedule a Marketplace Coordinator call and discuss other options with a member of the NexRep team.
