Let me first start out by saying that the trainer, was incredible! However, he spent all week training us to only find out by email 12/28/2024 from the Associate Operations Manager that we didn't have a job. We went through training and now no job! Where is our pay that we are to receive for training and incentives? Extremely frustarted with managment. They should have reviewed this more before hiring over 300 of us! I have been in touch with the expedited process and they are telling me there are no opportunities at this time!

    Hi *******,

Thank you for reaching out to share feedback about your experience with NexRep. We are very sorry to hear your experience has been a frustrating one, and we hope our response here today can help offer a bit of clarity.

For the 12/16 class you were part of, qualifying for the incentive required the successful completion of multiple steps: finishing the initial 5-day certification that started 12/16, and then completing the additional 2-day certification which was scheduled for the week of 12/30. You were removed from the program prior to completing the final certification requirement. Unfortunately, prior to the start of the 2-day certification, the client informed us that it needed to reduce the size of the class due to a change in its business needs.

We understand this is a disappointing outcome and we appreciate your feedback. We will share it with our team as we continue our ongoing commitment to improving the NexRep Marketplace experience.

This place was supposed to call me for an interview and they never did. Then, I called to find out what happened and the voicemail gives you an email. The e-mail doesn't even work. This company seems very sketchy.

    Hi Raven,

Thank you for reaching out to share your experience. We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your call as scheduled. That is not representative of the experience NexRep strives to provide to prospective contactors, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We touched base with our team to look into what happened, and it appears that the Marketplace Coordinator who was scheduled to contact you on your call date was impacted by a power outage. While we did not receive the email you mention here, our team has since tried to contact you via phone and email but has not been able to reach you.

If you are still interested in exploring our work from home opportunities, we welcome you to log back into your NexRep Marketplace profile to schedule another call at a time that works best for you. Thank you again for considering the NexRep Marketplace.

If i could give them no stars i would. I have read reviews and decided everyone's experience differs, but i was so wrong. The training is soo disorganized, if you have to take even a few hours away for family time, you will be emailed right after and harrassed about something being wrong on your background such as last name, even though they should have that information, when you turn in such info they still will kick you out on the very LAST day and waste your time! They hide pay information and when asked certain questions, they jump around said question. Did i mention they take way more people for training and do not have enough hours.. you have been warned!! I passed up another job and so wished i didn't. Take if from me.. as someone who seen the horrible reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt.. DONT DO IT!

    Hi Jadyn,

Thank you for reaching out to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback as well as the opportunity to look into this further so we can do our best to provide some clarification and resolution. We touched base with our team for more information regarding the issues you've noted here, including a problem with the background check and your removal from certification.

Regarding the background check, it appears that the name you used to register on the NexRep Marketplace differed from the name that appeared on your background check, so additional documentation was requested for the purpose of verifying your identity. Background checks are required by NexRep Marketplace clients for safety and security reasons, so we are required to resolve any discrepancies that arise as part of this process.

Your removal from certification was unrelated to the background check process. Each NexRep Marketplace client has a unique set of courses and knowledge checks that must be successfully completed to move on to Supported Production from certification. Each of those requirements is assigned a point value, and contractors have to meet a specific point threshold to proceed to Supported Production. Due to an incomplete course and a low score on one of the knowledge checks, you did not obtain enough points to continue to the next step in the program.

NexRep is committed to transparency, setting accurate expectations about its contract opportunities, and providing a comfortable and informative certification experience for all contractors. We're sorry to hear that your certification experience felt disorganized and that it was difficult to obtain answers to some of your questions. That is not representative of the experience NexRep strives to provide to Marketplace Contractors, and we have shared your feedback with our team for consideration as we evaluate opportunities to improve the program moving forward.

We wish you best. Thank you again for considering the NexRep Marketplace and for taking the time to share feedback about your experience.

I am currently contacting my States ************************ in reference to this scam masquerading as a disgraceful excuse for a company. If you do the math, $25 per background check, and you get a couple hundred unknowing applicants and it becomes very lucrative. I recommend anyone who reads this do the same. This will get the ball rolling on putting this operation to rest. Same situation, Course at max capacity, no instructor 20 minutes before the course, but when I return 5 minutes before the course, its at max capacity. Very fishy and shady stuff happening here and will ask my state Ag office to review!

    Hi ****,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Well do our best to address each of your concerns below:

Regarding your concern about the background check, the $25 fee is payable directly to our third-party background check provider,**********, and NexRep does not receive any portion of that fee. NexRep Marketplace Clients require that background checks are completed to help protect sensitive customer data that contractors may access when providing support to its customers. It is standard practice in the industry for independent contractors to pay for their own background checks.

We see that prior to the start of yesterdays certification, the client made changes that impacted the original start date and structure of your certification process. Such changes are rare, but do occasionally occur in the event that a clients business needs change significantly prior to the certification start date. Were sorry for any inconvenience that may have resulted from those changes to your initial certification plan.

Regarding the issues with accessing Certification, weve been made aware that there was an unexpected technical issue yesterday that impacted many attendees. As soon as this issue was identified, the NexRep team worked swiftly to resolve the capacity error as soon as possible, but unfortunately the class start time was still delayed by approximately 25 minutes. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that delay must have been, and we regret that the first day of this class fell short of the great experience that we strive to provide to all NexRep Marketplace Contractors. For that, we sincerely apologize to all who were impacted by the unexpected issue.

Between the time the overcapacity issue was identified and when it was resolved, the NexRep team received multiple emails from you containing profanity. While we can understand your frustration with the delayed start time as well as the changes that preceded the first day of certification, using profanity in communications with NexRep, Third Party Clients, or their customers is a material breach of your Independent Contractor Agreement. Due to this, you were not permitted entry into certification after the issue was resolved, and your contract has been terminated.

We wish you the best, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have contacted ********** to request that they initiate a refund of your background check. Typically,KarmaCheck processes refunds for background checks within 5-7 business days.

I too had a positive experience with NexRep that turned negative. I passed the background check that I paid $25 for and immediately the next day was told the class was filled. This seems like a scam to me. I contacted them for a refund and they advised there would be no refund as the class was not cancelled it was just full. No apology whatsoever! So I paid for nothing. No other offer of a position or another class.

    Hi ***,
Thank you so much for reaching out to share your experience with us. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further, and hope we can assist with resolution.

Certification classes are filled on a first-come,first-serve basis, which means that the first eligible individuals who successfully complete their background check are the first to be officially added to the class. Unfortunately in this case, the limit was reached before your background check was fully processed, resulting in you not securing an official spot in class.

We understand your frustration with this and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we don't have another class available to add you to immediately, you have been added to a waitlist so that you can be contacted as soon as possible about the next opportunity you qualify for.

Background checks are required by NexRep Marketplace clients, and self-funding a background check fee is standard practice for independent contractor opportunities. The fee for background checks obtained for the NexRep Marketplace is payable directly to a third-party background check provider, and NexRep does not receive any portion of that fee.

Now that your background check has been completed, the process of adding you to a new class when another opportunity becomes available should move fairly quickly since this important step has already been taken care of.

Again, we are very sorry to hear that the timing of this particular opportunity didn't work out and resulted in a less than positive experience for you. Providing NexRep Marketplace Contractors and prospective NexRep Marketplace contractors with a great experience is something that is very important to us, and we hope that you'll consider future opportunities with us as they arise.

Thank you again for reaching out, and please don't hesitate to contact us directly should you have any additional questions or concerns.

    Best,
    NexRep

I was on the ****** campaign for NexRep. Unfortunately, I have not received a written email from anyone stating that I have been let go from the program. I was trying to put more hours on the schedule and it sent me a notification stating that I am no longer on the program. I have worked for the ****** ******** for three years and have saved the campaign hundreds dollars by working off the clock to avoid a scammer from further scamming the company and yet I feel highly disrespected that no one has contacted me in regards to this matter. I spoke with the ** in charge of my cases just last week and was not given any indication of this happening. I also have not received any written communication on any warnings or concerns. Its mind boggling that NexRep would treat a seasoned agent like this! I have tried to reach out to a resource specialist and realized that I have been blocked on all avenues of communication. Its ironic that I was let go from a campaign that helps nursing mothers and I am a nursing mother that has dedicated more time and energy to the campaign than it actually deserves. The lack of communication is completely unprofessional.

    Hi ********,
Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns so we can look into this and discuss the matter in further detail.

We understand that one of our Senior Operations Managers was able to connect with you today to discuss the reasons for the contract termination, and to chat about being placed on a different program. Your information has been forwarded to our Sourcing team, who can help facilitate the rehoming process.

Again, we are sorry to hear about the miscommunication regarding the termination of your contract with this client, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We appreciate you being part of the NexRep Marketplace, and were glad to hear that you are open to exploring other contract opportunities with us.

Please dont hesitate to contact us directly should you have any additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,
    NexRep

****************** I had a positive experience with NexRep, but it turned negative when I applied for a work-from-home position. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and paid for a background check, only to find out the position had already been filled. I'm frustrated and would like a refund for the background check and an apology for the inconvenience.

    Hi ******,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your experience with us! We're sorry that you experienced this frustration. Our team has looked into this and determined that there was an issue in our system with onboarding, and that you are now confirmed for the 7/22 certification. Thank you for giving us a chance to resolve this, and we look forward to seeing you in certification!

Hello, *****. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Were glad to hear you enjoyed your time as a NexRep Marketplace Contractor. Our team looked into your servicing records and found a history of call avoidance, which makes contractors ineligible to return to any program. Additionally, when contractors are removed from NexRep Marketplace programs for call avoidance, Marketplace Coordinators do not continue correspondence.

We work hard to ensure that Marketplace Contractors are meeting our clients quality standards within their programs, so that both customers and clients are receiving the best service possible. Unfortunately, based on your history of call avoidance, we are not able to place you in any Marketplace programs at this time. We wish you luck on your future endeavors.

DO NOT USE NEXREP ! I worked for Nexrep for 1 month. I was doing there Teladoc program, and I was fired right after the supported production. I made it to regular production and got to work a total of 2.3 hours before their systems started messing up. I messaged them to let them know that I could not service due to their systems logging me out. They just kept sending me random messages about trying a different room. I had tried all the rooms, and they all were messing up or full. So the next day I log on to work and the room is finally working, but I cant log into their call system. I messaged them, and they told me to check my personal email, and come to find out they had fired me that morning. They claimed I did not pass supported production, but how did I service part of the day of regular production if I did not pass the other. So I go to email them and they have blocked me from messaging them, and they have blocked me from sending emails from my personal email. I messaged the main email for NEXREP and they said to message the manager over that program(which I cant because im blocked). So this is the second time Nexrep has randomly let me go after doing all their "training" without explanation. I also know another person who has also been fired without explanation. If you want a legit work from home job, DO NOT USE NEXREP!!!!!!!

Hi Ruthie, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We’ve spent some time looking into your concerns regarding the technological issues you faced, and we are unable to find any records of Adobe or VDI outages on the day you reached out about the system troubles you were experiencing. It could be that your home office system was not fully compatible with Adobe or VDI.
While we see that you completed certification and two weeks of supported production, you did receive an auto-fail on your HIPAA quality form, which is why you were removed from the program and would have been unable to send messages in SOCRATES.  Due to the sensitive nature of customer needs for the healthcare client you were servicing, HIPAA compliance is of the utmost importance and we take it very seriously. Our certifiers take time to explain HIPAA compliance as quality competencies and our Nexcelleration platform provides information on this in some of its quality modules.
Our records do show the 2.3 hours you serviced, which you will certainly be compensated for. As a courtesy, you will also receive the $350 certification incentive on your next invoice. We do appreciate your interest in contracting through the NexRep Marketplace, and hope you find an opportunity that better fits you and your needs in the future.

I worked with Nextel for several months with Teladoc campaign. I communicated with them we had a really bad storm and the internet was down for nearly two weeks so I was unable to fill several shifts and was unable to really do anything. I worked a full day, the internet went back down around 8 that night, the next morning I was finally able to reach someone from windstream who also sent me and email stating the internet issue was their fault and had dates included. However when I went online to log in the had removed me from the program with no explanation as to why. And was told to email ops I couldnt because they had removed the option from ********. I really like working for Nextel other then the kids communication, and would really like the opportunity to continue

Hi *****, thank you for taking the time to review your experience with NexRep. We know that home internet issues can be frustrating, and were glad to hear youve resolved those. While we appreciate the services you were able to provide during your time as a Marketplace Contractor, our client and team determined that you may not be the best fit for the NexRep Marketplace based on our records of your call performance and quality data.

We know this is a disappointing outcome, and we assure you we dont take these decisions lightly. We wish you the best, and welcome you to contact the NexRep team directly at ***************************** should you have any additional questions or concerns.
