1 starI was genuinely excited to begin a work-from-home opportunity with NexRep LLC, especially since standing for long periods is physically challenging for me. I felt grateful finally, a remote opportunity that seemed like a good fit.I participated in Day 1 of unpaid training for the Panda campaign, received an email congratulating me for making it through the day, and was assigned homework due by midnight. After dinner, I returned to my office to begin my coursework only to find that all the training modules had been removed.I reached out to the trainer (no response), then emailed certifications, explaining the issue. I also noticed I could no longer log in to Adobe Connect ***** support confirmed that the email I was given for login had been deactivated.I followed up again. As of Wednesday, July 23rd (I started training on Monday, July 21st), Ive received no response or explanation. Thats when I decided to read the reviews and everything started to make sense.Sadly, my experience reflects what many others have already reported:Communication is nonexistent There is no regard for the people who apply or invest their time The system is disorganized and feels exploitative My advice:Please dont make the mistake I made. Do your research thoroughly Dont leave a stable job thinking this will be a guaranteed opportunity Dont pay for background checks without confirmation or security This experience was disappointing, frustrating, and deeply unprofessional. Im upset with the company but also upset with myself for not looking into this before making a major decision. NexRep needs to do better.NexRep, LLC

Hi *******,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Were genuinely sorry to hear that things unfolded in such a confusing and frustrating way. We know how important it is to feel informed and valuedespecially when youre stepping into a new opportunity.
After looking into your situation with our certification team, we found that your access was discontinued because your technical setup did not meet all of the minimum system requirements, specifically related to CPU speed. These requirements help ensure that contractors are able to effectively access and complete all parts of the certification process and successfully use the systems required by clients.
An email should have been sent to the address we have on file to explain this, and we regret that it did not reach you as expected. We understand how that lack of clarity could be upsetting, and we recognize how important clear communication is in moments like that.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to strengthen the experience for future NexRep Marketplace Contractors.
Sincerely,

Hi *****,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarity.
After reviewing your account with our operations team, we found that your last contract was ended due to inactivity on the program. You have not been blocked or blacklisted from our platform.
When opportunities become available, they are offered based on a number of factors, including alignment with specific program requirements that are established by NexRep Marketplace Clients. If youve seen messages indicating no current availability, it likely means that nothing matching your qualifications or availability was open at that time.
We truly appreciate your interest and encourage you to check back periodically for future opportunities that may be a better fit. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at ***************************************

1 starAVOID!!! This company will s**** you over! DO NOT APPLY!Personal experience: Got an "interview" over the phone, was offered the job working remotely pending a background check (which I had to pay for) and a date for unpaid training and "licensing" classes to begin in two weeks. I gave the job I was working at my notice because of the driving distance there, working from home would be far better for me. It took almost the full two weeks before the background check came back clean, at which time I received two emails from NexRep. The first said that the class was already full, and that I MIGHT be considered for the next one. The second email said that the client had cancelled the position and there would be no class. And yes, I still have all of my correspondence from this fraud of a company if anyone wants to see it for *************** your research if you don't believe me. There are other stories exactly the same as mine online. This company will happily ruin your life and not give a **** about you.NexRep, LLC

Hi *****,
Were truly sorry to hear about the negative experience youve had with NexRep. We also want to acknowledge the seriousness of your decision to set aside other opportunities in anticipation of joining certification thats not something we take lightly, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this outcome must feel.
For independent contractor opportunities, its standard practice for contractors to cover their own background check fees as part of the self-employment process. That payment goes directly to the third-party background check provider not to us and unfortunately, we dont have control over their processing times.
Because of the time-sensitive nature of client needs, certification classes are filled in the order background checks are ************ this case, the class reached capacity before your report was finalized.Shortly after, the client unexpectedly cancelled the session a change that was outside of our control, but one we understand had a real impact.
Our records show a refund for your background check was initiated, and we encourage you to reach out to our team if you have not yet received it.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely regret that things unfolded this way. If youd like to speak more about your experience, we welcome you to contact us via email or direct message.Thank you,
NexRep

1 starI had a disappointing experience with NexRep, especially during a recent "interview" with a Marketplace Coordinator who seemed uninterested and dismissive. After going through extensive questions about my computer specs, I was abruptly told, They said not to put you in anything health-related, without any explanation of who they were or why. When I asked for clarification, she simply repeated herself and told me to contact my previous manager which is impossible if youre not on a campaign, as ******** doesnt allow direct messaging, and the **** email never replies.Ive worked on other NexRep campaigns before, some decent, but the last one was terrible. The training was disorganized; the facilitator didnt know the material and we never got access to systems, including timekeeping. For over a week, we couldnt log in or do our jobs. An MRT named ********, who seemed newly promoted and unprepared, contacted me at all hours, including late nights, for unpaid system setup sessions. Despite promises that the nesting period Zoom sessions would be paid since we lacked access, that turned out to be ******** feels like Ive been blacklisted from opportunities simply for being honest in a post-certification survey about the poor training and unprofessionalism. I wont sugarcoat my experience just to stay in good standing. I'm sharing this to caution others be wary of what you might be walking into with NexRep.NexRep, LLC

Hi Starnecia,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were sorry to hear that your experience with NexRep did not align with your expectations.
At NexRep, we aim to provide flexible, rewarding opportunities for independent contractors. We also understand that our platform and opportunities may not be the right fit for everyone, and thats okay. We appreciate those who give it a try and provide constructive feedback along the way.
We want to emphasize that all honest feedback, including feedback provided in post-certification surveys, is not only welcomed but encouraged. It plays an important role in helping us improve our processes, certification programs, and the overall NexRep Marketplace experience. That feedback is used solely to enhance our programs and does not influence program eligibility decisions.
With that said, contractor eligibility is determined by a number of other factors, including past performance, consistency in servicing scheduled intervals, and overall fit with client program requirements.
We understand it can be frustrating when an opportunity doesnt work out as expected. While not every experience will be the right fit, we remain committed to learning and improving wherever we can. Thank you again for the time you have spent on the NexRep Marketplace platform we sincerely wish you continued success in finding opportunities that are a better match for your preferences and long-term goals.
Best Regards,
NexRepS. G.

To whom is may concern,Thank you for taking the time to respond. However, I must express my disappointment that the core concerns raised in my original review remain unaddressed. It is quite apparent how NexRep operates, particularly in regard to communicationor the lack *********** of my primary frustrations has been the repeated absence of follow-up despite being advised to reach out when assistance is needed. This contradiction in practice reflects poorly on the company's internal support processes. Additionally, it is concerning that similar complaints have been voiced by other agents, as evidenced by numerous public reviews. This recurring feedback is likely a contributing factor to NexRep's sub-three-star rating on platforms such as Google.Shifting the narrative to imply that I was somehow the issue is both unfair and dismissive. I acknowledged in my review that there were some positive campaign experiences; however, to suggest that I was never a good fit entirely undermines the effort and professionalism I brought to my role. Whats more troubling is the continued disregard for improving operational qualitya responsibility that rests with the organization, not the agents.I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a broader pattern that deserves attention and action, not deflection.Sincerely,*********Review from71j

1 starHey had an appointment scheduled for today and never received a call. I chatted with someone on their website and was told that my number was disconnected when it in fact was not. Nobody had emailed me to let me know anything other than the appointment reminder I received earlier in the day. And when I chatted with her she was rude and seemed to blame me for missing the call that I don't believe was ever made . I was advised to reschedule interview myself and provided the link. I won't be rescheduling.NexRep, LLC

Hi ***,
Thank you for reaching out to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your call as scheduled and that you weren't able to obtain the information you needed via chat.
We reviewed our records, and can confirm that two calls were placed to your number and that we received a disconnected message. We've found that if this occurs when a phone number is still in service, what's usually happening is that the person's cell carrier is blocking our number via a spam blocker. Adding the number that we call from *************) to their Safe Callers list typically resolves this issue.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion regarding your call. Thank you for considering the NexRep Marketplace.71j

Well thank you for your ***ly. Regardless of what my carrier did or didn't do, and the fact that i get calls labled 'Suspected Spam' often, i still think that it was not handled properly, especially by the *** that informed me what "happened " After I reached out to find out what was going on. Nobody even attempted to let me know thru email or message in ******, as they did prior to my scheduling the interview. The way the person addressed me in chat was rude and insensitive, showing me anything but a company that I want to be involved with, especially in the **************** capacity as she didn't show any positive service skills and didn't act in a way that encouraged any further interest in pursuing a career with your company.. I never checked reviews on your company before.I applied , but I see I should've. I consider this matter closed..Review fromJ. R.

1 starMy name is *****, and I'm dedicating this time to express how unprofessional and lacking in ethics some Marketplace coordinators are, especially one lady who starts the call like if you are being questioned or interrogated by a law enforcement agency. Questions such as "To which state do you report taxes?" or "From which state is your driver's license issued?" or "In which county are you currently living?" are just a few examples. I understand some of these questions are to determine if you are really at the address that was entered in the application, but there's a limit, and that's something that some of them don't respect. This is a job interview to work from home and must be conducted in a professional way by asking about previous job experiences and if your skills are a good fit for the opportunity that they are recruiting for and not treating candidates like they are in an interrogation room looking for you to plead guilty. Management should start monitoring or auditing some of these marketplace coordinators; they are exceeding their functions and disrespecting candidates by asking them inappropriate questions to the point where the candidate feels harassed.NexRep, LLC

Hi *****,
Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate you taking the time to share feedback about your experience with NexRep. Were sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable with your Marketplace Coordinator call experience, and we hope we can provide some helpful context for the types of location-related questions youre referring to.
As a U.S.-based Marketplace platform, NexRep does not contract with anyone outside of *****************. Due to an increase in popularity and brand recognition over the years, weve also experienced an increase in people attempting to join our platform from abroad using false contact information. We take the privacy and security of our third party clients, their customers, and their data very seriously, so in response to this trend we have taken additional steps to verify location as needed. For example, when a prospective contractor has a VoIP phone number, which can make it difficult to confirm which country theyre located in, they may be asked some additional questions for the purpose of verifying their location and eligibility to contract on the NexRep Marketplace platform.
We would never want to make anyone feel disrespected or harassed by such questions. Providing prospective Marketplace Contractors with a great experience is a top priority for NexRep, which is why we do monitor and audit Marketplace Coordinator calls on an ongoing basis to ensure adherence with service and quality standards. We will share your feedback with our team as we evaluate opportunities to optimize our processes moving forward.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. We wish you all the best in your search for a work from home opportunity.J. R.

Thank you for the response but this comment is lack of sense and very incoherent. If by any chance you determine if it is a VoIP number, simply ask for proof or documentation that shows the number being used is a legit or VoIP and avoid playing hide and seek with candidates. If that were my case, other companies wouldn't offer an opportunity or simply they wouldn't hire me. Besides, there are other protocols and procedures to determine if the candidate does not qualify or if identity couldn't be verified but never harass or disrespect a candidate by asking absurd questions. These bad practices that your company is committing to are being claimed by many people like me who waste their time submitting applications for certain positions and then being dropped and/or rejected for nonsensical reasons. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in the hiring process, as it not only affects candidates' self-esteem but also tarnishes the company's reputation. Implementing fair and respectful practices would not only attract better talent but also ****** a more positive work environment.Review fromJacqueline C

1 starI have not received payment for services rendered. The first payment is from 01-06-2025 and for 01-13-2025. I have spoken with the operations team several times and was promised that this would be cleared up. Today is 2-14-2025 and I have yet to be paid. Who can I contact to help resolve this issue?NexRep, LLC
Date: 02/18/2025
Hi **********,
Thank you for reaching out to express your concerns so we can look into this further and assist with resolution.
We shared your concerns with our Senior Operations team, who reviewed your recent certification and invoice history and determined that based on the 11/18 class you were originally part of, you should have received a total of $650 in certification incentives. Two payments have been issued to your Branch account thus far: the first one in the amount of $250 for period ending 12/29, and another in late January in the amount of $350, for a total of $600. We apologize for the oversight, and the outstanding $50 will be issued to your Branch account on the next scheduled invoice date of 2/28.
Should you have any additional questions regarding your payments, you can contact ****** ******, Senior Operations Manager via email at ************************************************************.

1 starSimply put, Nexrep LLC, is a very unprofessional company that needs restructuring and new management. I was kicked off Teladoc campaign without explanation, them told to logged into acct and schedule a phone call for a different opportunity, which I did. I did a phone interview on the 28, of January, and was told that they had a certification class starting Feb. 10, 2025, and I would be placed in that class. Got the email for W-2, and Independent contractor 2 days after the calls. I completed and submitted all docs.. I didn't get any confirmation emails, 3 days later I got an email from ID@********************** asking me for drivers license, proof of address, which i submitted same day, 5 days before certification. Fast forward 2 days before certification, i am getting worried, checking all my emails and folders for instructions on how to access certification class, and noting. The day of certification, nothing! Finally I searched my phone and called the number that called me for intake, the message instructed me to email beyourownboss@nexrep, so I did.. 5 minutes later, 1 hr before certification is suppose to start I got a message saying they never received my ID, and to check for message. I told them that all docs was submitted same day, they told me that it hasn't been approved as yet? 5 F****** days ago!! So I cannot join the certification class. Mind you it is an error on their side. I asked how long does it take to get approved, I got no more replies. I was so furious, because I wasted my time, waiting for this class, and nothing was said to me prior to me reaching out.NexRep, LLC

Hi ******,
Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate you taking the time to share feedback about your experience with NexRep.
Were sorry to hear about your recent unsatisfactory experiences with NexRep, starting with the lack of clarity regarding your removal from Teladoc. We touched base with our Operations team to obtain more information regarding this, and determined that your removal from the program was due to two HIPAA fails and a non-passing score.
We appreciate you bringing the delayed processing of your proof of residency documentation to our attention; we understand your frustration, and we apologize for the inconvenience. NexRep strives to process all such documentation well in advance of certification class start dates and communicate with contractors proactively in the event of any delays, and we are committed to the continuous improvement of the NexRep Marketplace Contractor experience. We value your feedback, and want to assure you that we will carefully consider the information youve shared here as we evaluate opportunities to enhance our communications moving forward.

1 starI applied to NexRep with the assistance of an employment agency. I believed I was on track to secure a means of supporting myself and my children. I reached out to the Onboarding Team several times via email to confirm if I would be compensated during training. Instead of directly addressing my inquiry, I received an email stating that incentives would be provided after each week of training. Following the first week, I did receive a $150 incentive. However, after successfully completing a second week of training and passing my Certification Exam with a score of 105%, I did not receive the $350 incentive as promised. I thoroughly checked my inbox and ******** account to ensure I hadn't overlooked anything. One of the final emails I received from NexRep mentioned upcoming information about scheduling our Certification Upskilling, which I never received.Upon reaching out to the Onboarding Team for clarification, I was informed that I had been removed from the *** program without further explanation. This was a significant financial setback for me, as I could have used that time for job hunting or pursuing a more stable career. If NexRep had been transparent about this policy from the beginning, I would not have applied, especially during such a critical time of need.NexRep, LLC

Hi *****,
Thank you for reaching out to share your feedback and concerns about your experience with NexRep. Due to some complexities of this program launch, a number of contractors were not able to complete certification and qualify for their full incentive as planned due to unforeseen circumstances. After further review of this situation and all the incentive eligibility requirements, we have concluded that your outstanding incentive for PPL will be paid, as your removal from the program was not within your control. We apologize for the delay in reaching this conclusion, and we understand how this situation may have caused frustration or disappointment. Our team is currently working to ensure this payment is processed as soon as possible. You can expect to receive it between Wednesday, January 29th and Friday, January 31st.
Thank you again for your contributions to the NexRep Marketplace, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.Review fromTeressa C

1 starLet me first start out by saying that the trainer, was incredible! However, he spent all week training us to only find out by email 12/28/2024 from the Associate Operations Manager that we didn't have a job. We went through training and now no job! Where is our pay that we are to receive for training and incentives? Extremely frustarted with managment. They should have reviewed this more before hiring over 300 of us! I have been in touch with the expedited process and they are telling me there are no opportunities at this time!NexRep, LLC

Hi *******,
Thank you for reaching out to share feedback about your experience with NexRep. We are very sorry to hear your experience has been a frustrating one, and we hope our response here today can help offer a bit of clarity.
For the 12/16 class you were part of, qualifying for the incentive required the successful completion of multiple steps: finishing the initial 5-day certification that started 12/16, and then completing the additional 2-day certification which was scheduled for the week of 12/30. You were removed from the program prior to completing the final certification requirement. Unfortunately, prior to the start of the 2-day certification, the client informed us that it needed to reduce the size of the class due to a change in its business needs.
We understand this is a disappointing outcome and we appreciate your feedback. We will share it with our team as we continue our ongoing commitment to improving the NexRep Marketplace experience.
