    I was a NexRep contractor 9/2/22-11/14/22. Agents were sent an email regarding annual training to be completed by a certain date with an incentive of $60. I completed all training and continued to work hours. We received an email (9/23) from Operations Manager ***************************** stating that a new deadline for training completion was 10/28 and to be eligible for the incentive, we would need to complete all courses by 10/18. I completed all training by 10/17 and I emailed them as requested and never received my incentive. They basically lied to the agents.

According to our records, the Operations Manager youre referring to was out of office on the date that you notified her of the missing incentive, but upon her return on the following Monday, 11/28, she promptly opened a support ticket so that our team could correct this oversight. That ticket is currently in process, and you can expect to receive the incentive on 12/9. We apologize for the delay, and we welcome you to reach out again should you have any additional questions or concerns.
