    I ordered from the Sturbridge Catalog on the 23 of July. My credit card was charged on the 26 of July. I have 3 items that are still outstanding #***** $9.95, #***** $39.95, and #***** $39.95. I did not receive any notification of the company closing as I read on a website.

    Placed an order for 3 lamps and bedskirt. I got delivered light bulbs with no lamps or bedskirt.I tried calling many times with no answer. I emailed and I get and automated response telling the phone number to call that is the same number that is always busy. There is no one to talk to about my order. I believe they took my money. $579.49.

    The transaction date is Feb. 2022. I ordered a chair from Sturbridge Yankee workshop and was told it would take 8 months for delivery. On April 4th they took $915.91 on my Amazon charge. They sent me a delivery consent to sign which I didn't realize had to be sent back. On May 27th I call the company and was told the order wasn't even placed since I didn't send back the consent and the order number was S020945. There's been no communication since then so I called to see was the status was on the chair. I tried 4 different numbers and all of them were not a working number. Received my Amazon statement on Aug. 8th the $915.91 was credited back to my account. It seems everything is final but I don't know if there is a chair built somewhere. I've talked to ******** Consumers protection division ************** ************ and they advised me to precede with this complaint. I still want the chair if it is built.

    Order placed from Sturbridge Yankee Workshop Summer 2022 catalogue: I have valances & a pillow I would like to return. Items finally received without invoice or any return information. All contact phone numbers have been disconnected & any emails sent simple say they will get back to you within 48 ********* provided is no longer in service

    I placed an order with Sturbridge Yankee Workshop, reference Order No. 402-SO67399, on June 5th, 2022 for three items #***** White *** Pillow$64.95, #***** Lavender and Blueberry Wreath $44.95, and #***** American Garden Flag,$19.95. The total for the order was $129.85 and I received a discount of $45.95 and shipping was $24.99, for a total of $109.95. My **** card was billed for the total amount of $109.95 on June 20th posted June 21st 2022 and I only received the garden flag. Called to see where the other items from the order were, assuming they were being shipped separately as I was billed the entire amount. A representative explained that the warehouse was moved to **** from ***** but the items would be sent shortly. Sent follow up email on July 25th to request a refund for the items that have not been received and I got a reply back from the ******** Service Supervisor ********************************** stating the company was closing and that my request would be processed. Still have not received a credit for the missing items but I am still receiving mail order catalogs and emails from Sturbridge Yankee. This has always been a reputable company, we have received their catalogs in our home for many years. This is a disappointment to me. Checked the BBB Site and read of similar complaints.

    Date of Transaction: Aug. 6, 2022 - Sturbridge Yankee Workshop Order Number: 634-SO64019 1 -- Hummingbird Garden Hooked Wool Chair Pad (item 55726)$40.94 total with shipping **** SurePost)Shipping never took place. Telephone calls to **************** never went through. Emails from **************** were vague. Supposedly, vendor is sold out and supposedly I have received a credit as part of the replacement process. But I don't ever want to order from them again and want a REFUND.Can you help?

    A reading lamp ($286.44) was ordered on 7/10/22. I should have received it in 3 weeks. I called and could not reach a person, only a recording. When I called a week ago, the recording stated they had gone out of business!

    An order was made via the catalog on 7/12/22 for a arched canvas *******lantern lighted print for $29.95. Have not yet received the item. The contact numbers on the catalog for customer service are non working numbers, as well as the order number. Also number ************ was non working. Message given was that these were no longer in service. My order number is S073076. Would like delivery of item or a refund.
