    We always stopped there while en route to vacation in *******. Loved buying ************** dish towels and a chunk off of the cheddar cheese wheel. Fond memories!

    A great company to order home decor and always something new and interesting throughout the years of shopping. So unfortunate that they went out of business and will be missed. Sad to read so many devoted customers got scammed at the end of their journey. That is no way to leave a business after serving the public for 70 years of renowned personal business they portrayed. *************************** , ********

    I have a $120 gift certificate from them and received a catalog last summer. Another fleecing if customers. I M so sick of scams. Very disgusting. Was never notified.

    They closed, and you won't get your money back, I am outraged because they defrauded thousands of people, many elderlies that order from their catalog, this thief ************************* cashed their checks and charged CC knowing he wouldn't be able to fulfill their orders let's bring this thief to the Attorney General attention, let's do it for the hundreds of elderly people that got scammed and don't have access to the internet. please call the Maine Attorney General at *******-**** or place the complaint on their website *************************

    I am shocked to learn that Sturbridge Yankee Workshop is no longer in business. I, too, have ordered items from them over the years and was always very satisfied.

    Im so sadden to realize this business has closed ,I had ordered several items over the years and was such a wonderful outcome every single time . Never a disappointment what so ever. Just cant believe reading some of these reviews and very disappointed in people that couldnt be pleased if you just gave the mdse. To them . I loved receiving the sale booklets often and the customer service was excellent always and I would share the booklets with friends who in return would place orders with never a problem. I ordered several quilts decorative pillows wall decor from Strurbrdge Yankee Workshop. Im just at a loss not knowing where I might find the same great quality and great trust and customer care I had in this business. Best of luck Sturbridge Yankee Workshop sure miss yall!

    I have purchased goods from Sturbridge Yankee Workshop for many years. I have known them to be of the highest quality merchandise and wonderful people to deal with. Their loss is a tremendous disappointment.*****************************

    Do not order from Sturbridge Yankee Workshop. Placed an order in July 2022, never received, then told item was on back order. Still have not received. Will not refund my check or money. Also Cannot find a working phone number.

    I ordered a walnut CD storage unit in Jan 2022. They billed me in April on my credit card but never delivered the unit. Their customer service gave me the run around, told me that they have to bill first before it is built. I called again in July 2022 as I had never received the unit. I was told then that the unit was not built locally but was imported and it would be several months before it would arrive. I asked for a refund. They told me it would likely take two cycles to show up on my credit card statement. It never showed up. Last week I tried to contact them and found out they folded up shop. I am out $218 and I am sure there are many others that were robbed to by this outfit. My next step will be to contact the ME attorney general though I am not optimistic I will ever see my money back. What a bunch of crooks!!

    I placed an order on July 27. I received 2 of the items but not the third which was an expensive shelf. I tried contacting them but phones are no longer working. I would like a refund for the shelf I ordered.
