      TD Bank has reversed provisional credits tolling approximately $1,200. Two of the reversals I had received letters that the investigation had been completed and the credits were permanent. The last one I provided them a copy of a bill at the vendor where we were charged The same price on the same date within minutes of each other on two separate cards. We paid the other card and TD reversed the provisional credit.

      The credit bureaus keep disrespecting the law . I have showed them multiple times how they are violating the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT .According to 15 U.S.C 1681s-2(a)(1)(A) and (B)to report inaccurate informationPlease DELETE this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681i, and send the required notifications to all furnishers of this information.According to 15 USC 168i(15) the credit bureaus have to modify or Delete fraud Account that are not reporting accurately. According to 15 USC 1681b(1) the credit bureaus dont have no written permission.       This company reported a late payment to the credit bureau without informing me that the payment was even late. Despite enrolling in automatic payments upon financing, I was not alerted by the company through email or postal mail regarding the missed or late payment. It is distressing that a company has the authority to significantly impact a consumer's credit score without ensuring that the consumer is informed about their account status.The worst part is that when I found out about this issue, I paid off the entire balance and they still won't remove the derogatory ***** I attempted to dispute this issue directly with the company already, but they are focused on retaining the derogatory **** on my credit report. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, their actions indicate a disregard for the financial well-being of their customers. I find it troubling that after receiving full payment of the owed amount, the company continues to negatively impact my credit score. It appears there would be no cost to them to amend the credit report. Their decision to maintain the derogatory **** despite full settlement of the account suggests a lack of good faith and portrays an unjustified portrayal of financial loss. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to support consumers reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and professionalism. Their handling this situation is unfair and I am concerned about the potential long-term effects on my credit score.

      My partner of 39 years passed away unexpectedly March2,2024.March 1,2024 he wrote me a check for $14,500 and the check cleared **** of America I paid some bills and then a representative of TD Bank satire was fraud and will not the balance of the money. I understand from the **** of America representative. The money was legally made. I have been a customer of ******************** for 9 years.

      I purchased a vehicle 4/19/24 late in the day. Financed through TD Bank. On 4/22/24 first thing in the AM, the car loan was UNFUNDED/CANCELED. Vehicle returned at that time. On 4/25/24 I attempted to call and see the status, being UNFUNDED/CANCELED. The agent told me our systems just went down 10 minutes ago in a system outage, please call back later. I waited until today 5/1/24 and guess what? Same excuse word for word our systems just went down 10 minutes ago in a system outage, please call back later. This agent did say after 3pm ET. This is absurd. They refuse to cancel the loan, even though the dealership has already done this on 4/22/24. Its still showing a fully funded loan active, in their system and TD Bank is refusing to cancel it. Then I get the same garbage lies about a system wide outage 10 minutes prior to my call-word for word. This is now FRAUD, and this needs to be resolved NOW. There is zero excuse for this type of bad service. My credit will be negatively affected because they refuse to cancel this loan after the dealership has requested a cancelation multiple times now and UNFUNDED the loan!!!

      I would like all of my maintenance fees repaid please. I had 2 already credited but in regards of the others they said theres nothing else they can do which i highly disagree. I was never informed off a balance below 100 and i had 2 other accounts that had more than enough to make sure this nevwr happened. I have over ***** in one account. I had to go this far for what 3 maintenance fees? And im still not sure if i got one in dec because when i call they want me too look that far back and i spend how long on hold for them to do that. Please help me with this maintenance fees that are remained uncredited

      Retail card services charged a late fee $29 for being a day late then charged another late fee of $40 for not paying that late fee twice for a total of 109.

      I have been paying Yard Card on the same day every month, my bank sends out a check this was done one April 4th it showed cleared my account on the 10th and they said they did not get it till the 17th and put a late fee on the account this has happened several time with this company that they will put a late fee on with getting the money coming out of my account on or before the due date witch is the 16th of every month. When calling to talk to them about the late fees we are being told several different stories and to find out they say lines are recorded but them told they are not after we told them the different stuff we were told. Example is they said it takes 2-3 day before they do anything with the mail so it could be sitting at their location for days before they open mail. spoke with a manager ****** said no aloud to give out last names. This company is very poor with customer service and I would hate to see how many people they are taking advantage of with the no reversal late fee policy they have for their poor way of say they do not get the money on time.
