i am not liable for this debt with ******** N.A.LP, they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.I looked at my report back on April 29, 2024, and noticed some things are incomplete and not accurate. I had a legal name change on my accounts and the change is showing correctly in my portal. However, when I go to order checks for the TD 60 Plus checking account (xx2827), my old name is still reflected on the checks (2nd line of the check). I sent multiple messages through my portal and instead of resolving the error, they are pushing me to walk into my branch or place a check order through messages. I have dealt with similar things before and the branch or online support always screws up and make the problem worse. I am attaching a screenshot of the check ordering page showing my old name, all I ask is that this be resolved.Business Response

TD Bank claims they will provide $200 sign in bonus after you deposit the $10,000 for 6 months. But I have deposited $10000 in September, ******************************* the $200. I called few times and still not receive the $200. This bank is deceiving and hold up my cash with low interest rate. They should compensate the CD rate for 5% and the $200 sign in bonus. ********.Business Response

Financed a vehicle on 9/13/23. Made all payments on time & well over monthly payments until I sold it on 3/23/24. Mailed in 1st check regular mail on 3/26/24. Supposedly hadnt received the check on 4/8/24 so I stopped payment on that check & sent 2nd check by certified mail. Mind u it cost me an additional $64.02 due to payoff now being $58.94 more and the certified mail cost of $5.08. The certified check reached them on 4/12 but didnt sign for it until 4/12. Called in 4/19 to check status & after a hour back & forth was told that she would expedite the ************* would need to call them back AGAIN in 3-5 days to see if it had been handled yet. Called again on 4/25 to be told there systems were down & there was nothing they could do about it. Seriously!? 31 DAYS 2 CHECKS & still it has not been handled. This is the 1st & VERY LAST time ever dealing with that so called ************************** have reached out to my attorney also.Business Response

I have been a customer with ********************** for sometime and keep a relatively sizeable amount of money in my account. On 3/20/24 I applied via the app for a personal loan and was immediately denied. The reason given was because they could not verify my identity. I called the customer service line and was told I needed to go into a branch and fill out a form and present my ID. I went into my local branch (************,**) and the representative was unsure of the form and called the 800 #. I was given the phone and spoke to a different rep who told me the issue was that personal information from Experian report *** not have been matching the info on my application and to call Experian and go over my personal info. I did that, about a week later I went into a branch to proceed to fill out the same form I was told to fill out before. The rep there was again confused and needed to call the 800 # to confirm what was needed. I completed the form, the rep ******** my identification, and told me to wait a few days and check to ensure the form was processed and I should be able to go back on the app and re-apply. I applied today and received the same denial and contacted the customer service line and received the same answer "something on my experian report is not matching" I explained that I spoke with Experian and cleared any discrepancies per TD's suggestion and this result is still the same. The rep was pleasant but could not resolve my issue as I have now done EVERYTHING TD has requested. At this point I am getting a run around from an institution I hold several products with. Additionally I applied for this same loan in Jan and was approved however the application was canceled as I did not upload my ********s in time due to being hospitalized for an illness. Nothing from the Experian report changed from Jan to April so how is it now that I went from being approved to not being able to verify my identity?Business Response

This complaint is for "Predatory Lending Practices". My adult son purchased a vehicle on 01-27-24 for $62,070.00. I would like to know how this finance company qualified him for a loan of this amount. He is on Social Security and gets a small weekly payment from a trust. In the last twenty years he has worked no more than two weeks at a time on three different jobs. Please explain to me why there were no inquiries into his past employment. Also no one contacted the trust to confirm how much money he receives weekly. My son has a severe learning disability. He reads at a second to third grade level. There is no way he would have been capable of reading a complex purchase agreement . I believe that the salesperson and the finance person were only concerned about making a sale. It did not matter to them if he could not afford this vehicle which in turn will lead to it being repossessed.Business Response

This company failed to change my billing address numerous times . They did not send me a bill today and they did not notify my payment was late . I finally got in touch with them and just paid the balance in full because this company is so poorly ran and O didnt trust them to change my address and get my bill to me . They have admitted on the phone that they are at fault and this was their mistake but they still have not removed it from my credit . We are buying a home and now they are costing me my ****** EMD and I do not qualify for my mortgage now with This on my credit . I have never had a late payment in over 20 years of me being a adult. They will not fix their mistake and they will not help to fix this issue . This is harming my three children and my family . It has caused money loss and stress because they cant do their job and manage their company accurately. This is not a acceptway to run a business . I have a home mortgage with TD Bank. In August, 2023 I paid my August mortgage payment online on August 31, 2023. I received the receipt and it confirmed that the payment was made on August 31st, but said that it would be processed by TD Bank on September 1st. The payment was processed and cleared. Then, TD Bank sent a letter to the collection agencies that I had made a late payment, even though it was made in August. It's irrelevant to me when TD Bank processes a payment. I should not be penalized for their processing times. As a result, my credit score dropped over 100 points and I have my own small business which employs 125 people - and I'm having trouble getting financing. TD needs to contact the credit agencies to show the payment as on time.Business Response
