      I am a 7-Eleven franchisee and we us TD Bank to make our daily deposits. On April 8, 2024 between 12AM-2AM I had dropped of six bags in the bank's night drop box which is located outside in the drive thru area. They however only deposited five of the six bags and stated that they couldn't find the 6th bag. I received an email from my 7-Eleven Asset **************** stating that they noticed a missing deposit for Apr. 3 in the amount of $2860 which is one of the bags that I had dropped off in the night drop. I then reached out to the bank manager and had them figure out what happened. They stated that there was only five bags that were deposited. I asked if they could pull security cameras and figure out where the missing bag went and they stated they were unable to determine how many bags were put in due to the angle of the security camera. And even on the cameras inside the bank they were unable to determine whether the missing bag was pulled out.

      I responded to a written offer that TD Bank mailed to my home. On 8 November 2023, at the TD Bank branch at ****************************************************** opened a checking account and a savings account. Part of the offer said that if I deposited within 20 days and maintained at least $10,000 in the savings account for at least 90 days beyond the 20th day after account opening, TD Bank would deposit a $200 bonus in my account on or before 180 days after account opening. I deposited $10,055 on 20 November 2023, and maintained more than $10,000 in the account for more than 90 days beyond the 20th day after account opening, as required. I withdrew $10,105 from the account on 1 March 2024, a few days after the required 90 days beyond the 20th day after account opening, but I left the account open (it still is open) with a small balance. 6 May 2024 was 180 days after the account opening. By the written offer, TD Bank should have deposited $200 in my account on or before then, since I met all the requirements. $200 has still not been deposited in my account. I have spoken with the TD Bank branch manager (***************************) several times, and have e-mailed her as well, but she continues to report only that the department responsible for paying the bonus is reviewing the matter. She says I can't talk to them directly, and she doesn't have a date by which their review will be completed. It is clear and documented that I met all of the written requirements they imposed for me to receive the $200 bonus. I would appreciate it if the BBB would get TD Bank to give me the $200 that I am owed now.

      I open a new account with TD bank on the 10th of April. On the 27th, I deposited my first payroll check and I work for the state, worst mistake ever. 4 business days after, TD bank claimed my check was a fraud; after so many attempts to the local branch and so many phone calls to customer service and the fraud department, no one can explain to me how my payroll check is being flagged as fraud. Since they told me they close my account and I did no longer have access to my account, I went and deposited that same check to my other bank. 3 days after, I found out that same check that TD bank claimed as a fraud was cash out by them and I did not receive any money from TD bank. Stay away from TD bank, they are the biggest scammers out there. Its not yet over, they will hear from my lawyer. TD bank SCAMMERS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM those scammers. (TD bank)

      I am reporting inaccuracies on the part of TD Bank reporting. They are inaccurately reporting late information on my credit report. When speaking to several agents, I received many different explanations. My 4 years with this company has been paid on time each month. A payment was not reported, an a payment was reported late, furthermore a payment that had not yet occurred had been reported as paid. Inaccuracies have affected my credit score and they won't own up to it and fix my account. I've attached several documents.

      The explanation still does not make it clear why my payments were reported as they were.  The explanation conflicts with what was reported on my credit report.  The explanation has various late fees, then the dates continue to not reflect that it was 30 days late.  Fees and 30 days aren't related.  If March was received on March 28th, it is not late.  If the ***** was paid, it also is not reflected on the dates.  If February was reported as missed, the system was off.  I have paid late fees in the past and it has not been reflected as 30 days past due because they were not paid 30 days after the date.  A late fee comes about after 8pm on the due date, which is understood, however if the payment is made within two weeks at the latest, 14 days does not equal 30 days.  It doesn't add up and it is incorrectly reported. 

      TD has a history of mistreating its clients and it continues to happen, and we suffer from their data errors.  Following the payoff of this credit card, TD will no longer receive business from myself.

      TD AUTO FINANCE is the worst. My account no: ********** Ive made all my payments and my account is current. However, I called TD auto months ago where I spoke to one of their representatives who granted my request to extend my due date two weeks. Ive been making ALL MY PAYMENTS in accordance to what was discussed over the phone. Recently, I logged into my account and realized that Ive been being charged a late fee for all of my payments that Ive made post discussion with the rep. I get on the phone to discuss this with TD AUTO and they are claiming that they have no history of such call and that an extension wasnt granted. The supervisor basically was saying Im lying. The customer service reps are rude and disrespectful. They claim they have no record of my call to avoid waiving the late fees. Im talking over $500 bucks. I will never purchase another car using this awful finance company. I will not be paying any late fees as I spoke to your rep who granted me a due date change in which Ive been making all my payments. If these charges arent removed I will file a suit in court cause this is absolutely ridiculous as they are scammers.

      Why was there someone else's lien on my father's truck

      An associate had told me they just pop up sometime.  This caused great hardship and time consuming on my part to have this resolved.  I have never contacted the BBB but thankful for their assistance.

      Why would some associates talk to me with a vin number but the last one said she couldn't and apologized that the others did.

      At your ***************** location on US one, they are very understaffed. It took me almost 45 minutes to simply cash a check. This is nothing new and has been going on for a very long time.

      I started filing the Parole applications for some of my family in *****, it's an application where I declare myself a sponsor to support them if they come to the ***. As you can see from the news, ***** is in chaos right now. One of my cousins got shot because he refused to stop the food truck he was driving to hand the food over to gangs. Another who is far from gay and a devoted ********* was held at gunpoint and force to French kiss another man. Schools are closed, people are getting burn alive, they broke out several criminal out of jail etc.... With that being said, I apply as a supporter for my family in *****, I had 30 days to provide all financial documents that can prove I can help them if they were granted parole to come to the ***. I have contacted every institution I have accounts with, stocks,401ks, checking/savings, etc... Every single one of them came through for me within the allotted 30 days to provide the necessary paperwork except for TD Bank. I contacted TD April 4th for the verification of deposits, I went in the branch on Apr 23rd to see if they can print it out to me. I was told ***** days when I called on the 4th, 5-7 days when I went in on the 23rd. As of today, May 6th, TD Bank still haven't provided any type of documentation. My applications have expired. I will have to start over to get my family help all because TD Bank refuses to mail me a piece of paper confirming I have accounts with them. I spoke to two supervisors, neither one can give me an answer on when I can get the paperwork. They are all clueless on my requests

      I am a long term client of TD Bank. I have had several accounts over the years with the bank including Auto loans and an ***** ***** account for much higher credit limits than a $2000 treadmill. My credit history was rated "excellent" due to on time payments for the last *********************************************************** January along with a down payment. I was not sent any paper bills or sent emails. TD Bank claims they emailed my husband who: 1. Did not receive them and 2. Is not an authorized signer or user on the **********************. When I was finally contacted by collections I immediately set up auto pay (April 22) and requested paper bills. On Friday, May 3, I spoke with ******* who treated me terribly and said it was my fault for letting my husband set up the automatic pay. As a result of all of this, TD reduced my credit limit on all accounts in their system. I immediately paid off ALL debt with them even though that was not necessary and they would still not rectify the situation. I cannot believe I was treated this way given my history of on time payments with the bank.
