I paid $49.99 for the find a cosigner for me in 24 hours and never got one. I tries to contact people on the website and got no response. I can't even get a refund from them because their "live chat" isn't answering. This business needs to be shut down it is a scam that promised customers by a guarantee that they will find you a Cosigner within a set amount of time if you pay them a set fee. . Once you pay the fee you access to a social media chat room that is it. They have zero Cosigner zero access to support and provide only a ****** voice number that goes to voicemail. They provide no service yet they are taking personal information including social security numbers!! I just gave all my vulnerable information to con artists! Yes being honest is best and you're lying blatantly as I show in the screenshot as well as so many other places online you are guaranteeing a service that you are not providing after I paid my money you never responded to my email so you're lying never did I get a response back to my complaint also trying to contact support your number is a ****** voice number that goes straight to voicemail and says it's full and you can't talk to anyone I got no response I got a list of email and names of not one single person who replied just like going through the account and every single person saying they need a cosigner gets zero response it's just a chat forum of people not responding you guarantee a cosigner to be found instead you give a list of what seems to be fake people fake email addresses with fake pictures who do not respond do not contact you did not provide the service that you said you would provide and then you blocked me off of your website after I paid my money and you provided no service therefore you need to refund my money because you're scamming people scamming and when you go and you read your reviews online many many many other people are being scanned as well this isn't the first complaint it won't be the last because you're not a real website there's no way you can even get a hold of the people the phone call does not answer the voicemail is full and it's a ****** voice number you're stealing people's monies and personal information I want my money back and I want it back now you are size specifically says guaranteed to find a cosigner in a certain amount of time you did not find me a cosigner you gave me a list of supposable potential co-signers that's not finding me a cosigner I could have made up a list of potential co-signers too if I wanted to that's not what I paid for I paid for a guaranteed cosigner not a potential list of cosigners false advertisement illegitimate services zero support you're lying you never reach out to me I got no email I got no phone call back I got nothing and then blocked off your website this is a scam I want my money back I can't get my social security number and all my information back from you the least you can do is give me back the money you took for the service you did not provide

Hire a cosigner promised they would find me a cosigner to help get a loan within 48 hours it has been almost a week. I have initiated contact with three people on there list and all three where needing loans and not cosigners. I have not had one cosigner to initiate contact as promised by the website. I am rejecting this response because I did make contacts with people on the site, However they where not cosigners they were people who where looking for a cosigner. Also many people I contacted did not even respond. The site promised they would have people who could cosign a loan and I would get an offer in one day. The site is nothing more than a scam. They put people up on the site listed as a cosigner who are looking for cosigners. I am actually up on the site as a cosigner despite having a credit score that would not qualify for acceptance. I have tried to contact them repeatedly online and by email with no response. I have the records of every email between others and also of them. The site is a scam website nothing more nothing less.

Tried calling and get a generic voice mail stating that they are experiencing a higher than normal call volume, which I can believe because its probably all of the people they scammed calling to scream at them. I purchased the $39 48-hour plan. I did get a response and a list of co-signers. However, I don't see any orders on my account. If I'm being honest though, I placed the order before I built the account. I contacted them about this and my pending verification to ***********. I signed up trying to look for a cosigner. The website sent me to invite cosigners.. the only people who responded were also looking for cosigners. Most of the emails were bogus emails rejected or otherwise. Support did not help at all. Tried to log back in but was unable. When i contacted customer service they sent me to a different page of people looking for cosigners. They showed me a profile of a supposed person and then i was unable to contact that person. **************** response was it must be hard having bad credit. Just a scam taking advantage of people. The information that was supposedly provided was for the most part bogus. A majority of the email addresses could not be found, were rejected or they themselves were looking for cosigners. I would challenge them to provide the documentation they say and for anyone to verify it. I can provide over 30 bogus email addresses that they had listed as "valid". They have provided nothing but a generic response.

I went to hire cosigner due to credit being low and thought they might help me get a loan to pay things off. But since I paid the services, I haven't used their website /services because I didn't understand it. I sent them an email no response and I texted them no response. They blocked 3 of my phones IP address to the chat trying to request a refund. Also displayed unprofessionalism attack me about where I am at financially. Stating if I wanted free services go find a local charity. I have deemed this website fraudulently. I filed a dispute with my bank, but they keep denying me due to a contract I electronically signed but the contract signed was me being vulnerable to my situation as well as they also cancelled services / subscription. Once sent my opening fee to this website/merchant. I did have access but once gained access I logged out I never used this service . I understand they are wanting honesty during this situation but I have been clearly been honest with them from the start . I tried multiple times to cancel which my account was cancelled last month during a dispute with my Bank now I would like a refund which they are not giving me my funds back. I never gained anything out of this nor do I want too. I was treated unfairly from this website from the start. They have blocked multiple IPs from their chat forum to request a resolution thats fair . They also stated if I want something free go to a charity for what I am looking for. If they truly valued me as a customer from their website they would've responded to me with an email text or phone call. They have all of this information during sign up page. All I want is a refund due to not gaining anything and the cancellation on their end. The cancellation happened in start of October. Hey again even if the conversation with cosigners was started which it wasnt . Your support cancelled my subscription I can login but can not see anything due to private pages which means i never received anything from your website or service . Honesty is key here but this merchant isn't being honest I have records of when they did contact me which was last week before they blocked one of my IP addresses on a device . There is email records of non compliance of Merchant they didn't even contact me when I did a dispute with my Bank . This has been a skipped record they say the same thing over and over . Also again stating if I wanted free services find a charity which this isn't Professional at all. They never again gave me addresses IP addresses or any contact to cosigner's this is not true Honesty is what they want but not following through. Again all I ask for is a refund I never received anything from such site nor do I ever want too. This is the only resolution I would like .

Again i never used your services at all and your support wasnt helpful. I will keep touching on Honesty because you keep repeating yourself like I am at the wrong when you the merchant is at the wrong in this situation.
No services been used, no support , cancelled account but allowed login access no use of account, and no refund . But I believe research is key to my refund. Understanding my messages when they were sent is also key. But tops it all your company cancelled my services and the support team treated me with disrespect. Again the only resolution is a refund due to my experience as well as no services was rendered in this transaction. I just want my refund so i can move along stop being difficult about it. I wont use your website again nor recommend it either now
