I went to hire cosigner due to credit being low and thought they might help me get a loan to pay things off. But since I paid the services, I haven't used their website /services because I didn't understand it. I sent them an email no response and I texted them no response. They blocked 3 of my phones IP address to the chat trying to request a refund. Also displayed unprofessionalism attack me about where I am at financially. Stating if I wanted free services go find a local charity. I have deemed this website fraudulently. I filed a dispute with my bank, but they keep denying me due to a contract I electronically signed but the contract signed was me being vulnerable to my situation as well as they also cancelled services / subscription. So now I'm here trying to gain help to see if there is anything BBB can do about this situation.Business Response

Once sent my opening fee to this website/merchant. I did have access but once gained access I logged out I never used this service . I understand they are wanting honesty during this situation but I have been clearly been honest with them from the start . I tried multiple times to cancel which my account was cancelled last month during a dispute with my Bank now I would like a refund which they are not giving me my funds back. I never gained anything out of this nor do I want too. I was treated unfairly from this website from the start. They have blocked multiple IPs from their chat forum to request a resolution thats fair . They also stated if I want something free go to a charity for what I am looking for. If they truly valued me as a customer from their website they would've responded to me with an email text or phone call. They have all of this information during sign up page. All I want is a refund due to not gaining anything and the cancellation on their end. The cancellation happened in start of October. Also even if i started a conversation i still didnt get anything due to cancellation.

Hey again even if the conversation with cosigners was started which it wasnt . Your support cancelled my subscription I can login but can not see anything due to private pages which means i never received anything from your website or service . You say they're multiple support options which i emailed no response back after i placed my fee . As well text after a day after purchase. Then i used the chat support then I got blocked from using this support option. So now i went to this website to get the resolution I feel is fair which is my refund. Thats all i am asking so i can move along from this transaction.

Honesty is key here but this merchant isn't being honest I have records of when they did contact me which was last week before they blocked one of my IP addresses on a device . There is email records of non compliance of Merchant they didn't even contact me when I did a dispute with my Bank . This has been a skipped record they say the same thing over and over . Also again stating if I wanted free services find a charity which this isn't Professional at all. They never again gave me addresses IP addresses or any contact to cosigner's this is not true Honesty is what they want but not following through. Again all I ask for is a refund I never received anything from such site nor do I ever want too. This is the only resolution I would like .

Again i never used your services at all and your support wasnt helpful. I will keep touching on Honesty because you keep repeating yourself like I am at the wrong when you the merchant is at the wrong in this situation.
No services been used, no support , cancelled account but allowed login access no use of account, and no refund . But I believe research is key to my refund. Understanding my messages when they were sent is also key. But tops it all your company cancelled my services and the support team treated me with disrespect. Again the only resolution is a refund due to my experience as well as no services was rendered in this transaction. I just want my refund so i can move along stop being difficult about it. I wont use your website again nor recommend it either now

I had paid about 40 dollars for a service I didn't receive. It's like a free for all on the site. Random people, that could be lying because there is no way to verify the information they are telling you. I've almost gotten scammed as well as contacted by very rude, nasty people. I've tried to contact customer support by email and text and never got a response. I see they use an excuse to not sending refunds to anyone. This "service" doesn't need to be offered or needs a whole new management system because it's really sad. I just want to delete my account so I won't get contacted by people anymore. Recently purchased the $39.99 find a cosigner in 48 hours. Did not get access to any cosigners or receive a response regarding any membership services they offer. This buyer has purchased the cosigner service less than a few hours ago shortly after signing and verifying their contact email address and the terms of service. The BBB has already posted a false complaint about a service that the buyer has never used. This complaint like many other is an example of how people are abusing public complaint forums like The BBB. We offer multiple support options to assist with finding a cosigner. When I purchased the services they advertise a list of cosigners or they will find you a cosigner within a certain time frame. After purchasing the services I only received a receipt via email. I then logged into my account. There you can view your orders or find a cosigner. Nothing was available. It even suggest I purchase the service again. I have proof! Screenshots were taken. That post was out of service that were not being rendered (i.e the list of cosigners or access to view what I just purchased). Seems like this business have a difficult time dealing with their customers.

24 hours has passed since the last response and no one has reached out to me regarding the services. If you log into my account; there is no update. You click on the link to view cosigners instead its a list of members who also are looking for cosigners. Instead of proven me wrong and to be a lier. Provide the services you offer. Now I'm requesting a refund for services that is falsely advertise on the website.
