I paid to have a 24/hr cosigner and it took every bit of 3 days to approve my acct and still have yet to find a cosigner for an auto loan. I have made numerous attempts and the live chat doesnt work, I call the customer service number and it says high call volume and to leave a message and have not been contacted back at all. I received a list of contacts blogs and no responses whatsoever. Im still awaiting the confirmation from my 24/hr cosigner finder assistance that I did not receive!Initial Complaint

On March 1, 2025 i contacted Cosigner Finder and asked them if I was gauranteed a cosigner beforw i paid the service charge. I wanted to ensure this was not a scam and be rioped off. They gauranteed me a cosig er withon 48 hours. I went ahead and proceeded with the payment caise they where very responsive and eager to help. Well as soon as i paid the music stopprd. I went on to the website and not o ** did i not get a cosigner bit i was suspended fro. Using the platform for no reason at all. Acter that I was final** able to get o. The platfor. But there is no cosigners and the help i was receiving will not be respinsive. No emails no phone calls , NOTHING!! They took my money and they left me out to dry. They did nothing that they advertise for or gauranteed me from the beginning. They advertised being the best and they gauranyeed a service and they did neither. I woukd love a refund however I know I wont get one so whatever can be done to shut these scammers down will be appreciated. I would like an address of the companyInitial Complaint

I stumbled upon this website trying to find a cosigner on a loan. I just recently was released from the VA care after 2 months because I attempted suicide. I hadn't been able to work that whole time. I simply asked if there was anyway to pay the fee after I received the lone. If they had said anything along the lines of let me look into it, and then came back with im sorry but we don't have any means to negate the fee. Ok cool got it. But immediately going into annoince and treating me like a beggar, and then ignoring me for extended periods of time. Also I requested to speak with a supervisor. That was originally requested at around 430pm on Jan 12th. It is 7pm and still have not heard from a supervisor.Initial Complaint

The date of this transaction is 12/19/2024 This business I paid $50 to for supposed information to help me in the rental process after an eviction/ I paid $49.95 and they sent me a spreadsheet with ***** pages, unable to sort or do anything with. I immediately recognized them as a scam. Nothing else, no services for next steps unless I wanted to pay another *****. I sent a message to the support services: ************************** to cancel this account and return my money. ************* is also involved and probably has an code to steal personal information. What business send you a customer service email support and copy a coder unless they are a thief. They ask for access to SSN#, address and DOB. I will be checking my credit report. Thankfully I used my cash app card and unlinked my banking information to it. I am still waiting for my money back. I sent them a cancellation email and a request for the money. The service I paid for was misleading and not what was advertised and am requesting a refund. They make it sound like there's already a cosigner ready to go and that is not the case. No hard feelings, it's just not advertised in a clear and concise way so they buyer knows EXACLTY what they're really paying for.Initial Complaint

I paid for the service of ***** to find a co-signer within 48 hours. I filled out the application and submitted and received an email later the same day indicating that I was approved. I need to submit a photo and a small narrative and I did this. Then I simply was going to wait. I went on the very next day only to say that I did not have an account, various different messages showed up, but the ultimate problem was I had no access. The website listed a help center, I called the phone number and the message states due to high call volume try later. I literally tried every hour of a 24 hour day and the message never changed. I have written emails , sent a fax to which have never been a response. I then received a text message out of the blue , asking if I needed support this was 5 days later. I was to send a photo indicating I could not gain access. Imagine this I go to the website and I can view my account but it doesnt have anything I had on it previously it was nothing more than my name address, email and phone number. I texted back indicating this and no reply at all that was 1 day ago. I requested my money back because services were not rendered in the 48 hour guarantee and I have not been able to have access to my account or even the website or support. On January 8th of 2024 I purchased a package to help me find a reliable safe co-signer as I have done 2 times before. I paid 49.99 for them to find me a co-signer in 24 hours as I have done both times. It is now January 27th and I do not have a co-signer. I tried ever option they have for contacting them but the communication was spotty and unhelpful. They would not issue any refund but said I would continue to have access to the Co-signer search portal which is entirely new. They then wanted me to reach out to a bunch of different people in hopes one would respond which I did. I finally found a co-signer on the 24th. I verified his age, name, email, and phone, and even got a picture of the social security card with his name and last two digits. I verified the information was correct and even checked the time and date the picture was taken to make sure. I then still proceeded to get scammed out of $750 and have nothing to show for it. I then reached to let the company know that the new system doesn’t work and is faulty and they are not doing anything about it.
