    Classic bait-and-switch operation. While actively negotiating a vehicle listed at $25,000, the price inexplicably shifted multiple times first dropping to $19,996 with a so-called outlet discount, then jumping to $22,995 with no coherent explanation. To make matters worse, ******** informed me they would not honor the clearly advertised $1,000 coupon from their own website. As it turns out, they dont even own the vehicles theyre acting as middlemen, farming out inventory to third-party sellers. This is deceptive, unethical, and an insult to any informed consumer. ***** this dealership at all costs its a textbook example of manipulative, dishonest sales practices.

    We purchased a Yukon Denali at Global Auto. They told us the vehicle was a certified vehicle and had passed Maryland inspection. The next day the dash lights came on and the vehicle would not start. The vehicle had a defective transmission, bad water pump, bad computer system, and bad brakes. Took it back immediately and Global Auto did nothing to repair it nor take their defective vehicle back. You cannot trust them, obviously the vehicle was not certified as they stated and likely a fraudulent inspection was done. No way could that vehicle have passed inspection with that problems. They buy from Auctions and the vehicles are not reliable. They sell damaged goods and stick you with hefty repair costs. Stay away from Global Auto, they are bad to do business with and need to be investigated. Btw, if you have a bad experience with them, you can file a dealership complaint with *** and report them to the *******************************.

    Fraud Dealership they sold me a car with a bad engine. Stay away from this dealership. They need to be stopped immediately and closed and but put of business !!!!

    Horrible! I feel like I stepped into the 1980's with this used car dealership. Everything was fine on the phone. I spoke with the salesman on the phone and everything went well with the price for the Tesla. Once I arrived I continued the conversation with the nice gentleman. Then, we were cat-called to another man who raised the price to $10K. He showed me all these elevated fees which I was not ready to pay. I had the down payment and ready to trade in, you would think I'd be a go! Nope, swindlers in a smoke filled den.I kind of feel sorry for the first guy, but yeah I won't be back. I advise you DO NOT but from these swindlers!!!

    Swindlers, snake-oil salesmen, carpet baggers, grifters, and LIARS. Get your car at any one of the other local car dealers. I walked in with cash money to buy a car and they wasted my time and effort because they can't pretend to be professional for all that time they make you sit down and wait while they load up on Chik Fil-A and throw slurs at homosexuals and black people. They can't be trusted and there isn't a sliver of intelligence among them. STAY FAR AWAY!
