  tldr: I am never going to use this agency again and I would advise anyone else to plan their trip themselves to avoid the hassle and extra charges.
  My girlfriend and I had decided to use this site for our Scotland trip, because we thought it would make it easier to consolidate the bookings for all the different cities we were going to. Unfortunately, the day after we booked everything with tripmaster, one of our managers disapproved our vacation time, which was previously approved. So we tried to move our trip two weeks further out. Tripmaster refused to help us even though the trip was scheduled for over 5 months in the future and we had booked it the previous day(on a Sunday and not even 12 hours had passed). They would not refund any of our money, because it was "non-refundable", even though we didn't want a refund; we just wanted to reschedule. After calling and emailing multiple times, tripmaster finally agreed to make the change, if I was able to get all the hotels to agree to the changes. I spent the next few days emailing and calling the hotels in Scotland and spending extra money for international calls in order to get the documents they asked for. The hotels themselves were very accommodating and said it should not be a problem because we are giving them so much advanced notice. Which was the complete opposite story than what tripmaster told us. They said the hotels would not agree to making the change. Even then it took them weeks to finally update our trip. I had to email and call tripmasters multiple times before they finally responded with an update. Then, they had the audacity to charge us an extra $1k, which they claim was the difference in flight ticket prices, when I was the one that had to do all of the leg work. They even changed our flights in such a way that we would land and would not have a place to stay the first night and I had to book an extra night at the hotel on my own anyway.
