I paid my yearly fee in July. Then they deactivated my account for no reason. I have spoken with two different members of their customer support (via chat) and one sales *** *** email and sending him a voicemail). No solutions worked. They said I had to log on to their system. I keep telling them I an unable to log on to their system. Then the sales *** said they would not refund what I paid even if they deactivated the account after they received and accepted my payment. Basically, they wanted to take my money and run with it.I would strongly advise purchasing software for e-prescribing from this company.

The software would be great if you could get in contact with the sales team or customer department. I have tried to call the company sales team for 5 days. I have put in more than 8 tickets. They keep hanging up the phone on me and or the sales team number just hangs up. I have submitted multiple requests to refund my money since I cannot use the software. I asked to a call back more than 14 times without resolution. The Chat with Dr.First Expert does not allow you to receive help for your issue. I literally cannot prescribe medications with my DEA number.

As a prescriber, I make my living prescribing medication as I own a testosterone center. Not only did they send my prescribing token to the WRONG address, violating federal law. The token they sent me did NOT match the token serial number they claimed I should have. For days, I repeatedly tried to log-in to send medications and kept getting locked out. The ONLY resolution they offered me was to open an Rcopia for $300+ and add controlled substance prescribing for $799. OUTRAGEOUS to have to come up with over $1000 vs the FREE iprescribe account I signed up for. BAit and Switch? Feels like it! I could use the controlled substance prescribing option on my EMR for $250 total but it will take WEEKS to set up. I should have done that to start and I wouldn't be having these issues. They have basically RUINED my business, FREE is never free. RUN from these guys if you are a physician or an NP. THEY WILL DRIVE YOU OUT OF BUSINESS with their shady and deceitful tactics!
