On 4/28/2023, BBB initiated an investigation into Berlinnova to research numerous unanswered complaints on file. Most of the unanswered complaints allege unfulfilled orders after payment and poor or nonexistent customer service when attempting to address these concerns.
Over the course of the investigation, BBB discovered the following:- The business could not be reached to confirm its location or other business demographics.
- BBB received returned mail from the address the of 815 Central Ave., Linthincum Heights, MD and it appears to be a warehouse.
- Pictures on the website appear to be from other small businesses or Amazon.
- As of 5/8/2023, the business has not provided a formal response or action plan to address the unanswered complaints on file.
BBB shall continue to monitor this company for further developments.
