4/3/25- placed and order for a prom dress, the dress took a month to get here. Once it arrived the color was not the same as what was shown online and the dress was cheaply made. Immediately sent an email to start the return process was offered $19 to keep the dress or a store credit, once I refused the have not responded to my last 3 emails. On 7/28/24 I ordered the v-neck glitter beaded homecoming dress with fringe. Cost total ***** Order # WBBLNUSSL ***** Once we received the dress it did not look anything like the picture. I request return information. They offered a 30% coupon or 50% coupon and I opted for a full refund.I was given information for return. Was given a bogus phone number and asked to send pics of the dress. After I returned the dress to the address provided I contacted the business about a week later to see what the hold up was because I could see by the tracking number they had in fact received the return.I was then asked to send a picture of the return label and package. Which is kind of hard to do since Id already sent the package. It was never relayed to me before the return that these things were needed to process the return. Yet another hoop to jump through to not give me my refund. I have provided a picture of the receipt and the tracking number two times and now they no longer respond to my emails Im just asking for the refund for the dress I returned.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a Homecoming Dress, online, on 07/28/24 at 7:44 am. Order # WBBLNUSSL10032. We paid for shipping in 6-10 business day - $14.99. I received a notification that a shipping label was created on 08/13/24. When I put in the **** tracking number **********************************, it says: A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries. When I contacted the shipper on 08/19/24, the response I received on 08/20/24 was: "We are glad to inform you that your order has been shipped out via **** with tracking number **********************************. You may check the package delivery status through this link: **************************************************************** or you can contact your local logistics company for more shipping details. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to message us. They have not shipped the item! They are making me run in circles instead of doing the work to find out where the dress is currently at and if it wasn't shipped, then expedite shipping on another dress! The day you contacted BerlinNova on our behalf, 08/20/24 by 4:00 PM, must have applied enough pressure for them to put the dress in the mail the same day by 8:00 PM! We received the dress yesterday, 08/23/24. I am so thankful to know that the BBB is there to assist the public with any issues that arise with businesses. This is the second time I've had to use the BBB and have found immediate satisfaction from the businesses I was having difficulty dealing with. Thanks for all you do!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 different prom dresses from this site (Berlinnova). My first one came in during the middle of march 2024, i ended up not liking it but it was too late to return so i kept it and ordered another dress from the same website. I had ordered 2 dresses for homecoming. These dresses cost me 236 dollars. There were two dresses. Said to be coming in two weeks and they didnt arrive till a month after the date of homecoming. I requested a return and the company never responded. So I opened a dispute with the bank where I was then able to get in contact with the company and return the items. After the return I never received a refund. I ordered 2 formal dresses 3/24/24 (over a month ago). The website clearly states regarding its shipping:" Processing Time: The processing time is 7 -12 working days for Homecoming Dresses, Cocktail Party Dresses & Special Occasion Dresses.Shipping Time: It takes about 3 -10 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company ***** ***, ************ etc) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.*************:Standard Shipping Time: (6-10 business days)Shipping Cost: $14.99"I have sent THREE emails (April 13, 24, 30) to the only email they list as how to contact them. ********************************** I have received no response or communication indicating when my dresses will come.
