I ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive any items. I've emailed them 3 times and only gotten an autogenerated email about them being busy. After complaining the first 2 times, they then moved my order into "pre-shipment status" where it's been for weeks now. I have reached out and they have done nothing to address my concerns or give a ship date. This business is operating like a ****. Made a purchase with this company December 13, 2022 online via instagram for $166. Received confirmation email immediately. I was to be charged when the order actually processed/shipped. I got an email 12/30/22 via instagram that stated my order shipped so I was then charged. I have yet to receive my product. The tracking information only displays that the label has been created but the post office has yet to receive the items to ship. I emailed a few times and direct messaged through social media, no responses at all. Very disappointed as this was to be a Christmas gift. The website still says to expect delays, around 5 to 7 days to process the order. Its now nearly one month with no product, no communication, but yet I have been charged. I also observed that comments regarding orders are deleted from their feed, including my own comments questioning this issue. Seems dishonest. If there is someone managing the social media, maybe they could help process orders instead?? I expect a full refund if I wont be getting what i ordered, but I prefer to just get my order.Initial Complaint

Ordered on 12/14/22. Was supposed to receive 3 shirts and a coffee mug. Supposed to be ready to ship within 7 days, then arrive in 3-4 days after. It is 12/31/22 and I have yet to hear, receive, or it be shipped. They will not respond to emails although it says they will respond within 24 hours. I placed an order for two shirts on 12/12/22 (order ******). The order information was given to me through the Shop app which I used to pay with. I still haven't received the items nor have they been shipped. I contacted customer service twice via email (the only option), but got no response. Order placed December 5. Promised 7 day delivery. Order still not received as of December 25. I made first contact on December 22. Autogenerated response claiming I would hear back from customer service...never happened. Within an hour of my email, notification a shipping label was created, but no movement since. Multiple attempts at contact made via email and ******** instant messaging...zero response from customer service. PaylPal dispute filed as of 12/25. Total $117.70. Upon reading ******** reviews, MULTIPLE claims exactly as mine. Money paid, nothing received. Shipping labels created, not shipped. No communication returned to buyer.Initial Complaint

I purchased from Beacon Threads on December 12th some items for Christmas gift.
My order was confirmed and according to the email I received they claim it takes about 7days for them to ship it has now been 2weeks and no update or response to my emails requesting information about my order status. Christmas has now passed and I had to purchase something else last minute to give my family member. My order number from them is ORDER #******. I ordered a shirt, (and was charged in full) on Dec 3rd. It was ordered as a Christmas present for a family member. On the website it said that item would ship 3-7 business days. Its December 22nd, 19 days later, and I'e only recieved an email that a "pre-shipment" label has been created, nothing has been shipped. Ive sent emails(ignored), Direct Messages via ********* (ignored) and posted messages on their ********* page (which they deleted). I want my money back. This company is scamming people, and covering up their scam by deleting any posts that mention that people havent recieved their promised items. That is deception on every level. Made a purchase from Beacon Threads, LLC on 12/4/2022. They took payment and status only shows "order placed". There is no communication through their email which is the only listed contact method. It is now 12/21/2022 and still shows "order placed" but no movement. I just want buyers to beware. I wish I had seen reviews prior to trusting this "God Faith" based company.Initial Complaint

This company lacks communication to the fullest. I placed an order on December 7th, received confirmation of my order and also read to allow 7 business days for processing. I have allowed that, I have sent three emails (Dec 16, Dec 19, Dec 20) that have all gone unanswered and I am completely shocked and baffled this company is still allowed to operate and furthermore that ******** and instagram allow their advertising. I understand things may take longer but they do not reply to your emails so they just leave you in the dark. Not okay. I want a tracking number on the clothing I have purchased immediately.
