      I canceled my contract for some windows. I am getting the run around on getting my $4,894 deposit back. Today I spoke with ***** twice with Homefix at 845 this morning and again at 1p and she said someone would be calling me to let me know they are coming here for me to sign to get my deposit back. After not hearing from anyone I called the Maryland number around 245p and spoke with *****. She said it takes a few weeks for the cancelation and a few weeks to get a refund. This is ridiculous. I do not understand why **'s has them as an authorized contractor. All I want is my deposit back and confirmation that I am getting it. So sorry I did a ACH payment. I have reached out to **'s to report this as well but no response from anyone there yet.

      HCR canceled my contract the day of the install, then texted me and asked if the install happened I replied back no, Then no contact from HCR. Mean while all the material has been left in my front yard since February.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NO MATTER THE PRODUCT!!! They overcharge and do not honor their warranties! Do yourself a favor and find someone else!!! Awful awful service especially for the price!!!!

      After getting pressured to give them my info (girl wouldnt take a no), they harassed ** by calling back to back, and even banged on our window! If they try this again then Im calling the cops. Appointment or not you do not bang like youre trying to break in! And yes, what they were doing is considered legal harassment and I will contact authorities if it continues.

      The crew for my windows installation was on time and professionals. I was highly impressed with the speed of the installation. When the job was completed they cleaned the interior and exterior area of the mess that was made during the install. The windows look great, cant wait to see if there is a difference in my utility bill. Would recommend.

      Contract was canceled in 2 days. I'm getting the run around about getting my deposit back. It's been three weeks and I still haven't received my refund. They tell me they will check and call me back. When i call back again I get a different phone number to call and still my refund nor are my questions answered . I should have received my deposit back by now. I would not recommend this company to anyone

      Company calls multiple times a day, despite being told not to call back. The number was received from a website posing as a local business, and now they feel the need to call multiple times a day soliciting for work that was completed months ago.

      July 7th 2023 we had a carport fire that also burn 1/2 the siding on our house. On Aug. 26th 2023 we signed our contract with Home fix. We decided to have the whole house done so everything would match. They started the repairs to our siding the first week of November, 8 days later they were done. Since then we have had someone from Home fix come out to repair problems with our siding on 6 different occasions . Today Jan.25th 2024 I have been calling to get someone out here because the repairs they did 7 days ago are coming off the house. Not sure what the outcome will be in our situation. I can tell you that the girls in the office are very rude and try to talk over you , 3 days ago I called the office to ask for some information that my Insurance agent asked me about and my request was met with a very rude NO, I continued to explain why I needed this and was told that my insurance guy did not need that info. and they could not and would not provide that information, but they will call you very often to get the insurance money. So in summary the work was not even marginal and the people in the office are a nightmare to talk with.

      worst scam in the game. offering the pilot home but they forget to tell you they offer to all the homeowners in the area. overpriced and even tho they say they do not use contractors they do. buyer beware overpriced terrible contractor.
