Go to another company that is reputable! This company will steal your deposit they will lie to you they will not treat you with respect they will downgrade your concerns and most of all they will not refund your deposit knowing there's nothing you can do about it.

I had terrible experiences with Priceless Rent a car two different occasions. The first time, I arrived late because my flight was delayed, the agent said, he did not have any cars left to rent because I was late. Furthermore, he closed the agency and left me stranded outside in the dark. I was so horrified that I was going to get mugged. Luckily, my friend lives an hour from the airport and drove to the agency to pick me up.
The second time, I approached the counter to be told that my car insurance, ALLSTATE wasn't sufficient to cover my rental. I had just rented cars six month ago with HERTZ and with CarMAX. Not only, did they reject my insurance, they rejected everybody else's insurance and turned them away. I felt very bad for the three elderly couple ahead of me, they had to ride back to the airport and find other car rentals. That's just what we all did, we rode back to the airport to get another rental after wasting 3 hours of our valuable time with these scammers. These people should not be in business taking advantage of people and wasting our time.

It's a scam. Read all of the fine print before booking. Not sure where you can even find it. They will shuttle you away from the airport, then make it nearly impossible for you to not pay 2 or 3 times as much as your booking. $2500 hold on your CC, can't use debit for insurance, limited insurance company's (mine was a qualifying company that sent all the documentation and I still couldn't use them). Don't let them ruin your vacation/trip like they did mine.

This company wrongfully received and kept two payments for the same rental from me. They refused to approve thr refund request made by Carrentals after instructing me to initiate the refund. The reason they cited for the rejection was for invalid ID policy. Even though they rented the car to me under the same ID and apologized for initially thinking Canadian drivers license was invalid ID. It is a scam to rent with them because they willfully misrepresent policy information to exploit consumers.

Worst car rental experience ever.Waited for over a hour to be picked up at airport shuttle. Not until I got through to Priceline rep who called priceless did someone finally show up to pick us up.Arrived at car rental office 90min later did we find out that we didn't have one of there insurance carriers that they were going to charge $39 a day extra. Then was told we had to also have Sunpass for another $19 a day. The car rental was going to cost another $200-$300 difference from what I agreed to when I made the reservation. Originally the rental was $149.They didn't know how long it would be to get us back to the airport after we canceled reservation so we just called lift.Got back to airport tried to call to get refund for the car rental we didn't use and was told it was pass check in time and we can't get a refund. If it didn't take so long to pick us up we would've had plenty of time after finding out the extra cost they were charging. We called Avis at airport and had car in 15minutes. Don't use priceless your not saving money believe me. Priceline wouldn't help us either. $150 lesson.

Rental process in Kissimmee, FL was average. No one on line anyways. They charge your credit card $300.00 for the rental deposit, which is customary, promising they reimburse your card if no damages are found on the car. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my deposit. I just filed a dispute for the charges with my credit card company and I'm filing a complain with FL's Attorney General.

Walk if you have to, but DO NOT rent a car from Nextcar. I rented a car in Ft. Lauderdale from Nextcar through Expedia. Upon my arrival by shuttle to the Nextcar facility (?) I was surprised to learn that, in order to not pay for their own insurance, I needed to provide a copy of the declarations page of my own car insurance. Who ever heard of that? Who packs THAT when traveling? Normally one needs only to sign a waiver stating that their own insurance will serve to cover them. Then I learn that Nextcar only recognizes 12 insurance companies and my Hartford Insurance Co. is not one of them, although Hartford has been in business since 1810. (Yes, I looked it up.) By then, they know they have got you over a barrel and you need to get going, so you cave in. Finally, their address on the receipt is not the correct address, so getting directions through your cell phone will not work for returning the car. None of this is the fault of Expedia, but Expedia may want to re-think about recommending Nextcar in the future. I'm just sayin'

Do not rent from this place it’s a total scam I gave them a $250 deposit and was told I was going to get it back with 5 business days of returning the car. I returned the car in good standing and actually put more gas than what they gave it to me with and it’s been like a month and I still haven’t got my deposit money back !! There is no way of contacting them. The phone never works. I also had to wait at the airport for at least an hour and ended up Had to pay $30 for an Uber when I get there even worse I had to wait five hours for a rental got charged to use my own insurance $153!! Please avoid the headache and don’t waste your time renting here. They even got black mold on the ceiling. Staff is extremely rude. It is just an all-around nightmare. I need my $250 back that I was suppose to get back I have the proof and paperwork !!!!!!
