      Horrible experience with Priceless car rental in *****.. I reserved the car online and upon my arrival, the price is $400 more than the online reservation.. they said it was an insurance fee which was not written in the original contract. Its a scam. They make you take a shuttle away from the airport and in the middle of no where so that you are at their mercy.. I left the office and several other people left for the same reason. This is illegal and priceless should be held accountable.

      Rented a car from the *** location., returned it on time but only for a partial refund because they say I returned it LATE!!! By 1hr which was a LIE!!!I was told by the attendant to give him the key because he was checking other cars in!!if he got to it a hour later why should I be charged for it?? Over $100..if I could give them no starts I would!!its under review lets see where this goes..I will never ever do business with them again!!!

      They are forcing people to purchase the Sunpass when this should be totally optional. When you waited on the line for an hour then they say it's mandatory to purchase their Sunpass for $15+ per day, it's hard to say no especially when your two kids are tired of waiting and suffered enough. This mandatory Sunpass policy was not informed to us over the phone nor when booking. I believe this is a bait and switch tactic where they post low cost to lure the customer in and then hit them with all different fees to make a profit. Please do something about this business so they don't scam another victim.

      A bait and switch scam. I was expecting to rent a vehicle for $20 a day with Priceless Rentals down in *****. I went on Kayak and then that out me through Economy bookings to find cars at Priceless. Unless you have insurance coverage for $500,000, they will upcharge you am additional $50 a day. Turned away many customers that day including myself. On top of that the shuttle service took over an hour to return, having let a full group go before me. They all returned and warned us ahead of time. Stick with the in airport rentals like Thrifty, National, and Dollar for low costs.

      Worse experience ever . Went through Expedia and purchased insurance . Nextcar didnt except . So I had to buy nextcars insurance but then I needed proof of mail because I had a debit card not credit card . No one you can talk to . And also no refund available . So 300$ gone down the drain for reserving a car that I wasnt able to drive . I feel robbed and looking at the reviews Im glad Im not alone

      Nextcar rented me a wonderful car and getting through the contract process was very pleasant. The problem with this Company is once you have to deal with what they call customer service. I was told 2 days after my rental that I was do a refund because I paid an amount up front but the Company charged me for the complete rental. I even got a receipt showing what they owed me but it never showed up on my credit card. I called the the number giving me to resolve this situation and was told it could take 5 to 7 days to return. I waited the 7 days and then called back. I was put in line to talk to someone and then when I got to talk to someone, he put me on hold and then the phone system told me I was in line to talk to the next available person. 10 seconds later I was switched to voice mail where I was asked to share my concern and someone would get back to me. 3 days later I called again and was automatically switched to voice mail with the same message. At that point I turned it over to my credit card company and disputed their charge. 3 days later they refunded me the amount they told me I had coming in the first place. I dont call this customer service when you take a positive experience renting a car and make it a disgusting experience. Their response says they take every comment seriously. That is a total dishonest reply because what I experienced was absolutely no customer service and I will never use this Company again and I will never recommend them to anyone. This was a very disappointing experience.

      Note: This review is for the car rental company called ************************* / Routes (on Expedia) / Priceless. They use multiple names so that people dont know they have bad reviews.They are scammers!!! There was only virtual assistance, which was super annoying from the beginning. They wanted to charge us 350 USD extra for car insurance even though we told them our credit card included car rental insurance. When we insisted that our credit card covered car rental insurance, the agent said she was sure it didnt. As if she worked for our credit card company. The agent was extremely rude. When we asked to speak with her supervisor, she said: Im my supervisor. The agent said if we didnt want to pay the extra amount, we should just cancel our reservation.There were multiple people that had bookings with them and encountered the same issue. All canceled their reservations in the ********* Look at the security deposit amount: 1,000-2,000 USD!! I bet theyll find ways to keep your money in the end. Also, if you are a Texan, you are only allowed to drive 50 miles a day! What a joke! PLEASE avoid them at all cost!

      Horrible experience and bad customer service. Reserved a rental online with them through Orbitz. Original pick-up time was 1pm for the rental. However, we didn’t make our morning flight and wasnt arriving until that night.
      I called and spoke with a gentleman from their customer service and advised that we still needed the rental but wouldn’t pick-up until 9pm. The guys advised they couldn’t adjust the pickup time because it was the day of, but they would notate we would pickup around 9-9:30pm. He said the vehicle we requested might not be available when we get there and that we may be placed in another vehicle. I told him that was fine as long as we could still get a vehicle and the guy said, yes a vehicle would be available.
      Long story short when we arrived at 9:30pm, a female associate looks up the reservation and says it was canceled. I explained what happened and that I spoke with customer service. She said that Orbitz was the ones that canceled it and I’m like we need a car. And she says that maybe one of the other rental companies in the same building could help me out.
      I called Orbitz customer service and explained what was going on and they tell me they didn’t cancel the reservation and it was still showing in their system.
      My wife speaks to a different associate at the rental location who tells her that their notes said we were a “no show” and that it automatically locks them out of the reservation and it couldn’t be reinstated, but we could go back online and rebook…… be mindful if I rebooked their was going to be a $400 increase in price from the original reservation.
      I ended up just getting a rental with a different company which cost us more money. Requested a refund through Orbitz which was processed.
      Definitely slick of them. I wouldn’t recommend using NextCar and I won’t ever spend a dime with them.

      Wanted to leave a report about NEXTCAR. Worse experience in my 40 years renting cars. A warning should be posted against renting from this company. Total scam. Shouldn't be in business.

      We booked a reservation with this company (Priceless Car Rental Tampa FL) in February through Economy Bookings and paid in full for a one week rental. The day before our arriving in Tampa we were informed that our flight would be delayed beyond the original pick up time. We then notified Priceless Car Rental of the situation. Their response was that we the car rental would be canceled if we could not pick it up. We again informed them that it was paid in full. They submitted to that fact and told us we could pick it up the next morning. When we arrived we were again told the car rental was canceled and that we would have to pay an additional weeks rental fee or take it up with the booking agent. We declined, feeling we'd been scammed. If we'd gone along with their scam, we would have paid double.
      Priceless then told us that the only recourse was to contact Economy Bookings the booking agent via email ....
      A weeks vacation planned in advance, paid in advance... they took our money and no car provided
      NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE.... EACH PASSING THE ISSUE ON TO ANOTHER....

      To add insult to injury the booking agent then charged us an additional $ 200.00 with no explanation .
