      We arrived at the airport and took a shuttle to the car rental area. Our reservations were with Sureprice. We could not find any info on this rental care place throughout the entire rental car facility. A quick ****** and I found it was under the name Nextcar. We follow instructions to wait at another pick up location for a One Switch shuttle to pick us up and take us to an offsite rental. We waited over 30 minutes while every other offsite shuttle made multiple pickups. After much time waiting we decided we would take an Uber to their office. The address on their website took us to some weird shady place that wasnt Nextcar/Sureprice/One Switch. Thank goodness our sweet Uber driver who spoke Spanish and was able to get us directions to the correct place. So obviously it happens a lot. We finally get to the correct place and go inside. This place is front for at least 10 other car rental places. I cant remember all the names. It smelled awful, and was VERY dirty, not to mention the roof was leaking in multiple places and they didnt seem to mind. There was 1 guy working the entire place. This trip was paid for 100% in advance but told us that they needed a $500 deposit. This was more than what we had already paid for the car for an entire week, but we tell them ok. After him doing something with my card he tells us to put it in the machine and it declines it. We can clearly see that it has come out of our account but declined it on his end. When asked why he could give us an answer but maybe you dont have enough funds not true. He then tells us that he can run it for just a $55 fee, not deposit. I told him he wasnt running my card again, but I would pay in cash. He told me he needed a card on file. I told him he had a card on file that charged me $500 already he told me ok your reservation is cancelled have a nice day. I have disputed the charge with my bank and they are investigating this. When I told the Nextcar this he tried to stop me.

      This was the worst experience I have ever had! They gave our car away because our flight was delayed and did not issue a refund! It took me 8 times to call before I could even get a hold of someone and there was no one available at the kiosk to talk to someone in person!

      PLEASE PLEASE DO READ ALL THE REVIEWS about Priceless Car Rental located in *****, ******* OUTSIDE of the airport. All the negative reviews are true stories and I kick myself for not doing my homework on this company after I booked it through Amex Travel Portal. No stars!! Worst experience/place ever! Ruined my entire vacation from day 1. As others have said, took over an hour to be picked up, ended up having to call them. Once there, scared to be in the location. Worst off-site run-down area. Looked more like a junk yard then a car lot. You are basically at their mercy as nothing is available nearby. This place does not accept your own auto insurance, nor accept **************** credit cards. Added fees for extra insurance, $55/day, which you clearly don't need, (read their online policy) differs from there in-store policy. Additional toll charge of $14.99 a day mandatory. Online quoted me $192 and it turned out to be $694.82 charged with $200 additional on hold out the door. It's one big scam after the other. Make sure you take good photos of the car (I did) and compare with the driver BEFORE you leave and after you return the car, because when I got home and checked my credit card statement, they charged me for no reason at all, additional $668 on the day when the car is returned. So I was charged 2x for the same car rental contract. Fighting to get money back as I write this. I have already started the process to dispute the 2nd charge. This place should be shut down.

      Rented a car to be picked up yesterday at the *********************** location at 930pm. Got there, called to get the van to take myself and the two teenage girls I had with me to their rental car office. After almost an hour and no one arrived, I called again and was told to get on to the Next Car van and it will take us to the rental office. After another 30 minute wait the next car van arrived. We were dropped off at an off property location which was not the priceless car rental. No one could help us. So to be clear, I was left with two teenagers in an unsafe situation by this company with our luggage. Ended up getting us an uber. Still unable to get the rental car I paid for, no one answers when you call. I am disputing the charge on my card.

      Be very careful doing business with the Tallahassee branch of Priceless. Make sure that you walk out of there with an actual rental agreement. They will say they are emailing it to you, but what you receive in the email is not going to be the correct daily rate. If I could give this business Zero stars, I would. I rented a car through Priceline. I was quoted $36/day after taxes. 3 days into the rental, I called the main customer service number and spoke with ****** asking to extend the rental. The only information she gave me was that the additional charges would go on the same credit card. At no time did she tell me that the cost per day was going to jump from $36 to $54. At no time did anyone at this very unprofessional *********** branch of Priceless tell me that the cost was going to go up by nearly $20/day. Imagine my surprise when I dropped the car off and the bill was about $200. ************************** was quoted. They tried to show me my contract, which was never provided to me at the time I picked up the car, which has the $54/day rate on it. I never saw this before I dropped off the car. I never would have agreed to rent a car from them for $54/day. I went to them because their name is Priceless and I didn't want to pay Hertz/Enterprise prices, which is about $54/day. I was told by the business that I had to contact their corporate office. I did that. I even sent the manager at corporate, ***************************, the email I received when I picked up the car, which says $36/DAY. Guess what ***** did! He called the ****************** and simply asked them. Surprise! They said, no of course we gave her the correct rate. And so ends my experience forever with Priceless. Good luck to any of you who use them. Get everything in writing before you leave with a rental car, and get a physical copy of the rental agreement.

      Terrible rental car company. Returned the car on time, clean, no physical damage, and full tank of gas. Upon return, nobody from Nextcar was there to check me in, early in the morning. Then, according to their photos, there was damage. If there was any damage, it ocurred after I returned the car. Getting no answers or responses from Nextcar. I have asked them to check the security cameras at the airport, but they have failed to do that. Not sure where this is going, but I am out another $150, on top of the $480 I paid for the rental. ??

      I would give this Zero Stars if I could. My family and I thought we could save a buck by renting a car through DiscoverCars.com when going on a trip to ***** **. What a huge mistake. They offered discount cars rentals. However, what I was not told was the janky, lying, dirty company's they partner with. Specifically Ecovia/Priceless. We had to purchase coverage through them for $200.00 + a security deposit of $200.00. Not including what I previously paid for the rental. My husband this was a aha moment. He knew something was off but we were already deep in the process to decline the rental. He took before and after pictures of the vehicle to be on the safe side. On April 2nd five hours after we checked the car back in, Ecovia/Priceless charged our acct $838.50. We immediately called Ecovia/Priceless, Of which we were meet by no one answering or a full VM. For two full days myself and my husband continued to call to no avail. We even tried calling different city branches of which we were told that the only the location that could help was the ***** location. Finally with frustration we reached out to DiscoverCars.com So we did just that, emailed CS via DiscoverCars.com . We placed a dispute with the bank and on 4/4/24 we reached out to DiscoverCars.com, It took Ecovia/Priceless 21 days to respond to DiscoverCars.com. Of which we were told that the additional charge was due to damage on the vehicle. AGAIN we have before and after pics of the inside and outside of the car. NO Additional Damage was not there. I do not recommend DiscoverCars.com as they fail to take ownership with the company's they work with and to definitely avoid Ecovia/Priceless. They are a scam that is just trying to rip off hard working people that are trying to save a buck taking their family on a vacation.

      No stars!! Worst experience/place ever! Fighting to get money back as I write this. Will be taking legal action. As others have said, took over an hour to be picked up, ended up having to call them. Once there, scared to be in the location. Worst off-site run-down area. Added fees for extra insurance, which you clearly don't need, (read their online policy) differs from there in-store policy. It's one big scam after the other. Make sure you take good photos of the car (I did) and compare with the driver BEFORE you leave, because when I got home and checked my credit card statement, they charged me $1064.00 for damages they said I put on the car. We drove the car to our room and used free island services provided for the remainder of our trip. So it didn't happen on my watch. This place should be shut down. I am not getting the results I was hoping for. This is not over. I can see why they are not BBB accredited or ever will be. Apparently all their companies run this way. Hard to find good reviews throughout the franchise. That's sad.

      HORRIBLE customer service!! Would not let an 86 year old use their restroom and took over 1.5 hours to get a car in which they tacked on ****** more for their fees which WERENT on Expedia and with full coverage we were still told we had to pay $40 EXTRA PER DAY for theirs!!! RIP OFF! Scammers!! Sneaking in extra fees then when you show them Florida law they still have their own rules theyre making!
