  I have never written a review but Priceless car rental in Tampa forced me to. I have no words how horrible this business is and would give it negative 5 stars If I could.
  1. It started with a long airport pickup of over 30 min
  2. The pickup van is labeled "York Rental" not Priceless.
  3. At pickup they didn't have a compact car so gave us a mini Suv. It had a low battery key fob that we were promised would work fine if we hold it close to the start button.
  4. The gas tank was slightly below 1/4.
  5. The low tire pressure light was on when we left, we didn't realize what it was.
  6. The battery then died on us while we were inside the car and we had to get a jump.
  7.Priceless Tampa kept us on hold and never answered so we had to drive almost 2hrs back to get another vehicle. We were not compensated for leaving the gas on 3/4 after getting it at 1/4.
  8. We were not compensated for all the extra trouble. Instead we were given another busted vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas and a missing hubcap.
  We strongly recommend not to use this company.

  SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!!! Regrettably I'm not able to give 0 stars! They lure you into an online PREPAID contract with very competitive price but , when you get there , they use any possible trick to scam you : "contract has been cancelled", "computer down" , "car is not available" , etc. and , trying to sell you a new contract at double the price . They won't allow you to use your Sunpass and , push you to purchase their Sunpass at $25 per day! They won't accept your insurance , unless you show the "declaration page" with a *********** coverage and , try to fit into the agreement other useless/expensive items. After more than one hour at the counter , you have to threat them to call the Police to get your contract respected. Clerks barely speak English an are very very slow , rude and arrogant. They even tried to charge me a $500 "additional deposit" ! **************** after 35 minutes on the phone is inexistent!

  Zero stars. This car rental company is a scam. We got charged $3,000 in addition to the car rental rate, for a two-week rental, supposedly because we didn't have enough ******************************** The insurance cost was not advertised on *******, where we already purchased car rental insurance and we thought we were fully covered. We've been dealing with our credit card company for more than two months to get these scammers to give us our money back. Do not rent a car from these people, anywhere they operate.

  Thieves. One rents from online for unlimited mileage and insurance. Then, when attempting to get the vehicle, informed MUST get additional insurance. Furthermore, since the vehicle is to be used locally, restricted to 50 miles per day. One way to my sister-in-law’s is 37 miles. THIEVES!!!

  They get zero stars. They are thieves, they are borderline not legit. They give you no other choice but to purchase their insurance at $30 a day and the tools at $25 a day and the deposit of $200. Making it over $600 at the time of pick up. When I thought I paid for everything in advance. I was alone on my trip due to an emergency. They are scammers and offered no other alternatives to make my rental easier. I asked to charge me for specific days for tolls and was told no. I had to purchase it for the length of the vehicle otherwise it was my responsibility. I was very disappointed **** it created a financial hardship for me **** I didnt have the extra funds especially with this economy. They make it so youre lured in with extremely low price for renting then they hit you with all the extra costs at time of pick up. Very unfair to not be transparent upfront not knowing someones financial and current situation for the rental. I dont recommend them at all!!

  This company ---> Priceless Car Rental AKA ****************** is located at ********************* IS A STAIN ON *******'s REPUTATION and isn't entitled to a single BBB star. The owner ****** E. ******** who lives at ****************************************************************** (per ************ website) should be investigated for potential ******** NOT rent from them. They try to force you to buy extra, unnecessary insurance; they charge you almost $20/day for a SunPass - the difference between actual toll and their fee is lining their pockets with cash; their shop looks like a chop shop and probably is as many of the cars they rent have obvious body damage which I'm sure they are claiming to their insurance company, receiving a payment, but never fixing the car and then repeating the process over and over again; The customer interaction is HORRIBLE; You have to call them multiple times to pick you up from the Central Rental Car location at the airport; They only accept insurance company from a few select companies otherwise you have to pay for their insurance ($$$$).I've also filed a complaint with Florida's Attorney General located here: ********************** DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. AGAIN --> DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

  just now New I wish I had looked this place up before I booked it through Expedia. This place is a SCAM. Do not book any car through them. I book the car through ******* for about $250. When I got to the airport, I called them to get there shuttle bus. I have to wait 30 minutes and when they finally came. The ride the to rental place was only 5 minutes away. The Drives name was ****. He was very unprofessional. Then when I told him my reservation # from Expedia he said that I owed $500 left. I should him the receipt from Exepdia that I had already paid. He said that ******* was only charging for the reservation. (Why would a reservation be $250). **** said he would not give the a car unless I paid $450 (with his discount) and I had to pay $150 for a down payment. I called Expedia to complain about this and they said that I should have not paid anything because I had already paid through *******. Expedia is now try to get in contact with these people but they are not answering the phone. I called these people to see when will I get my deposit back of $150 and they said ***** days.

  Racist, price gouging, terrible customer service, very unprofessional, criminal behavior, deceptive and scammers. The associated company who referred them or affiliated with them should also be responsible. They put people in danger and cause lasting emotional and financial distress. A company with such operating practices should not be allowed to continue. Please spread the work and help others.

  First of all they state they are located at the ************** car rental facility. THEY are NOT. You have to walk all the way through the airport with your bags and across the main street in the open air , and, if its raining you will get totally wet before you get to the office of this rental agency. Then the vehicle I rented ( ****** yaris) looked as if it had just come out of an impound yard. It was dirty outside and filthy inside and smelled like a homeless family had been living in it for weeks. There was food on and in the steering wheel , food on the console and floors, the seats were stained with I dont even know what, the steering wheel was sticky and filthy. I asked if they could clean the car and the attendant said it had just been cleaned. I had already paid for the car so I just took it . I asked what happens if the car breaks down the guy responded " Dont you have auto club .. you can call them". I left and drove the car and it made rattling sounds every time you went over a bump and the brakes grumbled like an angry whale. The first thing I did was spray the entire interrior with LYSOL DISINFECTING SPRAY to kill whatever was stinking up the car and any bio hazzards that were living in it. I had to drive with all the windows open until the smell somewhat dissappated. I drove it cautiously for the rest of the week waiting for it to break down. Luckly it did not. I returned the car back with no incident. I called a few days later to see when the credit card HOLD would be removed. I was told in 7 days from date of return and then I was informed that I was issued a $50 fee from the company because I got a $3.50 toll charge. I asked if that fee would cover ALL TOLL charges if there were more and the man stated "NO that would be charged for EVERY toll fee" so each TOLL would get a $50 fee. THIS IS THE WORST CAR RENTAL I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL THANK ME .. TRUST ******* of experience: October 15, 2024
