      Beware beware.....These people are the worst crooks Do not rent from these people. They tell you they're open 24 hours they will give you shuttle back to the airport 1st lie they email you and tell you VIP service drop the car off at the airport for a $150.. Then they tell you they cannot take your insurance. Because you did not bring the declaration page. Like you go on vacation with the declaration page in your suitcase. When I booked the site I had insurance that I purchased online when I got there they refused to take it because I didn't have it printed out. They stole my deposit of $500.. And they charged me their insurance. The cost was almost $800 for 4 days.... But it makes you wonder about the people that work there how desperate can you be for a job that you have to go along with their lies have these people no conscience.. Everybody should do a charge back right or wrong the company pays $50 maybe after they got burnt a bit like they are burning the tourist, Maybe they'll change their ways but I don't think so.

      Next Car was the ABSOLUTE WORST rental car experience I have ever had, and I have had a ton. I first thought it was at the Orlando airport, but no, I had to take a shuttle to get to their off-site location. It was a small lot that was jam packed, no parking, customer line was out the door for rental pick-up and here is where it begins. It took at least an hour to get to the representative and my insurance wasn't one of theirs, so in order to get my car and not have to pay for their insurance, I had to pay a $500 deposit, yes $500 to get my car. This fee is held for up to 15 business days after the car is dropped off and they took over 2 weeks to return my $500. They finally returned it after I emailed asking what is taking so long and gave a little of my opinion on how ridiculous it was to hold my money for them to gain interest on it. I then had to sit outside and wait on my car. You can't go get your car, they bring it to you. An hour later, I am still waiting and all pf the people in line behind me were getting their car ahead of me. I go back inside, cut to the representative and ask why is it taking so long. I had a one day business trip and I am now 2 hours behind schedule. They left my sheet on the printer and never gave it to the lady outside getting the cars. They then take about 25 pictures of the vehicle, before handing over the keys and check every little thing to try to avoid returning your deposit. I finally got the car and returned it later that day in the same condition it was checked out in. They check it very closely upon return and the man called out a ding that I proved was there through a video I had taken of the car at the same time the lady was taking pictures before she gave me the keys. This is just pure unethical business practices and I will NEVER, EVER use or recommend this company. Pay the higher rice and go with a reputable company. There are no words to describe how bad of an experience this was and my write up makes them look good.

      Terrible!!!!
      Was originally quoted $84 for 3 days, sounds great right…. Then after waiting 50 minutes for a shuttle, I was told since I didn’t have one of the few insurance companies that I would have to pay an extra $60 to use my own insurance. I told them to cancel and shuttle me back to the airport they refused and stated the shuttle is for customers only and if I didn’t rent from them I would not be given a ride back to the airport. They said I should get an Uber.
      Stuck with having to pay the extra for the Uber I got their car. I reserved a mid size SUV and they bring out a compact suv, a Nissan Kicks. This again was unacceptable. They made me wait an additional 45 minutes for them to bring the correct car up.
      Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR… DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

      First time I rent a car with this company and can say service is horrible.. I booked the reservation online with a total price of $360.
      Not including the $250 deposit.
      I had the car booked for 5 days but I picked up the car late at midnight which is next day. They charged me a extra $30 to now extend the return due to late pick up. When I got the car the next day There was A rotten foam container of food under the seat.. looks like it been there for weeks. Car was dirty with fries in side front passenger seat.. overall car was never cleaned or sanitized.. I called customer service and made the complaint they said they would put the complaint in my reservation in which they never did. When I dropped of the car I asked the guy in front desk about the complaint due to the car being dirty and rotten smelling food he said there was nothing in my reservation.
      On top of all that inconvenience they said I will get a discount and they over charged me a extra 100 something dollars.. I called to speak to them I send a email due to the over charge and nothing has been done . I'm very upset and dissatisfied with this company and their service. They only care about the money not customer concerns .. Still waiting on my refund of the over charge that was deducted from my credit card . Horrible Service ??

      this company Next car should be shut down, it is an absolute scam…once you book you are locked into a horrible experience of wait times, dirty worn out cars and surprise charges that you only encounter while being trapped at that stink hole of an office in San Juan….i’m being charged for a car i never got because the day of they had no employees and was told i had to wait 3 hours to see if someone came to work that day….total scam and shame on PR for allowing people to come there to be scammed

      SCAM ALERT. FRAUD ALERT !!
      Doing business as CARWIZ and HDC RENT A CAR
      This car company is also operating under CARWIZ. expect to pay an additional $75 a day over Priceline’s paid rental agreement or pay $1000+ in penatly fees.
      They claim to have a shuttle service, not true.
      Their company policies are obsurd.
      They will not refund my money even after cancelling the reservation on the spot.
      The company is currently under investigation for fraud.

      This is the worst car rental experience. Literally a scam. Hidden fees everywhere. They want to charge for the mileage, they make it almost impossible to use your insurance, and the vehicles cannot leave the state. They prey on the advertised cheaper price. I canceled my rental and they refused to return me the money. This is the first for me that a company does not provide me with the service and I get charged anyways. A lady from the UK was trying to pick up a car next to me and they were requesting her to pay $400

      I would never rent a car at Next Car in aguadilla *** **** ** ********* ** ********. They charge a fee a cleaning $130 due to a little bit of sand. The staff manager has been missing in action.

      been taking my familt to fort lauderdale for 40 years 8 times a year went to next car rental only because of ********* the absolute worst experience would not accept amex would not accept my personal auto insurance i have a milllion dollar umbrella said my deduct was to high took 50min for a shuttle with the most ignorant driver took **** to ********** 10min in and out being in business for 40 years i cant imagine treating a cust like this gene k****

      Would not except my insurance which is Allstate and charged me 180$ for 6days Total **** operation
