      BEWARE FLORIDA DRIVERS!!
      I rented a SUV on Expedia for $42.65 x 3 days to drive to Tampa and I am a Florida resident who resides in Miami Beach. To pay for the rental I used Expedia points and put the rest on a credit card. My personal car insurance was sufficient, and I did not have to purchase additional car insurance. I personally have a $500.00 deductible, therefore the security deposit requested at the time of the transaction was $500.00. The requested security deposit will be based on your car insurance deductible specifically and what vehicle you rent, so you are aware, the security deposit will go up to $2500.00. You must have a credit card because they do not accept debit cards. The transaction date was 6/3/2023, I was charged $243.00 almost 30 days later ON 6/30/2023, because unlimited mileage is not restricted to travel in Florida limits EXCEPT FOR FLORIDA DRIVERS. This was provided to me in a contract when you I arrived to pick up the vehicle, unfortunately I did not read the small print. You would think that as a Florida Resident you could drive throughout Florida with unlimited miles, BUT at NEXT CAR YOU will be charged .75 a mile after 50 miles per day. When I rented the car on EXPEDIA It showed I had unlimited miles and that is what is advertised, but when you get to the car rental facility, it is a completely different story. I also requested the name of the manager in case I had any issues and THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE MANAGER'S NAME.
      In regards to the vehicle I received, it was dirty upon entering, the whole vehicle had scratches and marks on it, and it was the very basic model, so no extra perks.
      After realizing I was charged $243.00 on my card, I called to speak to someone in regards to the charge, because I seriously thought it was fraud, they told me why I was charged and I demanded to speak to the manager. They put me on hold for 52 minutes and then didn't even have the decency to speak to me, and just hung up on me.

      If I could leave a negative star, I would. I booked an SUV online and was told I owed $0.00 at counter after paying in full. I presented insurance coverage and everything needed but they wanted me to pay $500 which would’ve boosted the total to $1k. I refused and asked to cancel my reservation after fighting them for 2hrs. It was 9pm and I had my kids with me, crying and tired after a 3hr flight and waiting for them to pick us up for an hour at the airport. Ended up having to Uber to my parents house and requesting a refund that took a week to get back in my card.

      We will never rent from here again! It was the worst experience ever, we were charged more than the website and app said. They didn’t have or even know what car we were getting when we arrived to pickup our vehicle. We were a group of 7, when we got there they didn’t have our car and then told us they couldn’t and wouldn’t refund the money, then they also suggested us to go to a different rental place because they had nothing for us. If we wouldn’t have just took the 5 person car we would have literally been stranded on an island we had NEVER been to. Keep in mind we paid almost $1 ,000 on the app, and when we got there they wanted almost $300 more.

      Should be unlicensed by the Attorney General of *******. A franchise, owned by *****************************. The corporation NEXTCAR (parent company of Priceless) should shut down their business. They prey on mostly foreign tourists and unexperienced travelers. They do not honor 3rd party travel websites quotes for rentals and add upcharges for insurance, and con you into toll pass fees . BEWARE !!!

      Prices are advertised cheap but they get you with the insurance. I typically use my own insurance while renting cars and they required me to pay and extra $700 to use my insurance because it was a 7 passenger vehicle we were renting. Their insurance wasn’t any cheaper. On top of the $2500 hold on my credit card. I’ve never had that large of a hold or been required to pay a fee for using my own insurance. What a scam! Will definitely go with a more reputable car rental company next time. Learned my lesson.

      I accidentally clicked the wrong date for the rental. I requested to change the date. They denied me and said it was non refundable. I told them I don’t want to cancel. I just need to correct the date

      Nope. Never renting from them again

      At the counter, they would not accept AMX or debit mastercard OR cash. They wanted to add $200 to use the debit card. Then they would not accept our car insurance and wanted another $250 to our bill. Our original bill was going to be $385 and with all the add ons it was going to be $795. We walked away and took an uber.

      The worst rental company. I reserved and booked my car through my jobs 3rd party website. I paid for the car online plus purchased their insurance. Once I got there I was told I had to pay 500 for a deposit that was not listed in my contract. The rep was very rude and after going back and forth with them about the deposit I was given the option to pay another 100 to pay a 250 deposit instead I was never told what the additional 100.00 was going towards. After having the car for 1 day the front bumper begans hanging off. I returned the car and was given a different car with stains all over the interior on the way to return the 2nd car the tire pressure light comes on and I was told to sign a paper stating there was tire damage because I must have ran over a nail which I only drove on the highway so I know that wasn't the reason. I will never rent from them again or recommend anyone to them.

      Unethical company!! Do not use this rental car service! Worst company ever. If I could give negative stars I would, they aren’t even one star worthy. I will never refer or recommend them to anyone. Booked this car rental on price line for $165 for 5 days. Got there to pick up the car and waited 2 hours in line and then they charged us $380 on top of the $165. Biggest scam in the world.

      Price on line one price then they add more charges on top the price charge on line .
