There were no issues with renting a car from Next Car and the price was reasonable; however, after returning the vehicle, they never processed my $150 rental car deposit so, after waiting more than 10 days, I called and they said, it slipped through the cracks and they will process it but, I have to wait another 10 business days before I receive my refund. Appears to be a clever scheme of kiting.

This company is deceptive and predatory with their pricing in an attempt to lure in customers. Cheaper rates are advertised to only be met with additional requirements and fees upon arrival. There are issues with the cleaning of their cars. My experience was horrible. The car I rented was infested with roaches and the replacement offered was also infested with roaches. I strictly advise to avoid business with this company.

I was quoted a certain rate for 2 days which came out to $77 (including my optional insurance). I have in writing (from an e-mail sent by www.carrentals.com, an ***************** that I would have to pay $38 at pick up and that would include all taxes and fees. The gentleman working the counter told me in order to get the car, I would have to pay $69 in taxes and fees. I showed him what my e-mail said, and he insisted he was allowed to charge additional taxes and fees as per Expedia's policy. That leaves the customer in an unfortunate situation. Either we forfeit the non-refundable $77 already paid, or we have to pay their hiked up taxes and fees in order to get the car we have reserved. I don't recommend this company's practice of charging hidden fees to the unsuspecting customer. Go with a reputable company where all taxes and fees stated are the actual taxes and fees charged.

I am extremely disappointed with Priceless car rental company in ***********************, I was told to stand on gate number 7 and I would get a shuttle to the car rental company, I waited for 1 hour 20 minutes , and got no shuttle, then I took a taxi and went to the company, Priceless Rental Co. *********** was closed, I then took another taxi to my hotel, as it was very late at night. In the morning I called Priceless company and they said they cancelled my reservation because I was did not pick up on June 10. How was I supposed to pick up when they did not send a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and then when I went to the company, they were closed ? They told me if I need another car the same size it would be ** $400 plus they will not accept my ******** auto insurance, so that would cost another $200. This company is a complete rip off, they hung up the phone four times on me while I was talking to them, they said they do not have time for me , I do not recommend them to anyone, this company is a scam, they advertise for less but will scam you once you book with them.

What a rip-off! Advertised on Expedia at $12 per day - ended up paying $50+ per day. Lots of hidden fees not related to local taxes. And I didnt even get the additional insurance! Nobody at the counter when returning the car; and 30 min wait when renting it. This was the *** branch, so it being offsite from that airport made it even more of an inconvenience.

Fort Lauderdale airport location - Zero stars if possible. Quite honestly, the worst customer service experience ever. Despite having made an online reservation the day before, when I arrived at the shop it took an hour and 20 minutes for them to bring me a car. When they did, the car had damage all over it - scratches, dents, etc. (It looked like a college kid had owned and abused it for 20 years). Predicting that this would result in my having to justify/defend the condition of the car when I returned it (not to mention I'd prefer not to pick up clients in a car like that), I asked for a different car. The manager (who refused to give his name or the corporate number( said he didn't have one. (We were standing in a lot of about 25 cars at the time). I asked again and he blew up, saying angrily, "I'll give you a refund. I'm not giving you a car." This left me stranded at the rental lot. Luckily, I was able to get to Enterprise where I got a car (for more money per day), and was driving away within 5 minutes of checking in. My experience was not unique; there were about 6 people in the shop with me, all of them vocal and angry about how they were being treated.

Not at ALL happy with their rental tactics-it felt like a true "bait and switch". I rented the car ahead of time online for the price of about $125, all taxes included. I brought my insurance card, which has FULL coverage for our cars at home, however, it apparently "wasn't enough" for their company. Once I got to their off-site rental place, they said I had to buy their extra insurance, with coverage that far exceeds the norm. Suddenly, the cost of my rental had doubled to $253! Will never rent here again! I thought about returning to the airport to try my luck at the onsite rentals, but was met at the door by another disgruntled person who had just tried doing the same, but the prices were more for renting on the spot, so they returned and coughed up the extra for this place's rental. The first car they brought out to me had seats full of stains and when I started the engine, a low tire pressure indicator warning light was on. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately got me another car, which was much cleaner. With all seeming to be okay (no low tire pressure warning light), I left the site. A few miles down the road, however, out of curiosity, I checked the tire pressure indicator for the four tires, and wow... one was 31 ppsi, another 32, one was 41, and the other 25. I guess they don't check/maintain their cars regularly before renting them out. My main issue with this company, though, is their advertising a low price, then forcing you to purchase insurance that's above and beyond what my own excellent car insurance, full coverage is. This place has really left a bad taste in my mouth--advertising one price and then grossly overcharging you with other "necessary" fees. Beware, and don't rent from Priceless Car Rental unless you want to pay way more than you originally bargained for! Sorry, I truly don't like to leave bad reviews, but this had to be said... Be forewarned if you consider renting from Priceless--your bill will be priceless!

They picked us up from airport after waiting for 40 minutes outside. We arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot, and there was a line. Waited for 30 minutes. Finally got to the desk and was told there were no cars to rent. They told us they could take us to airport to book through a different rental company. Ended up booking an uber and fighting for a refund. Picked us up and made us wait eventhough they knew there were no cars available even though I had a reservation.

I recently had a terrible experience with a priceless car rental and would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. Not only did they fail to return my money for a cancellation, but they also required a special car insurance that no one had in order to rent their cars, forcing customers to pay a premium for the rental. The fact that they deliberately require an obscure and unnecessary insurance just to rip off customers is downright unethical. It's clear that this company is more interested in making money than providing quality service to their customers. When I tried to cancel my reservation, I was told that the cancellation policy was non-refundable. It's outrageous that they would refuse to give me a refund.I would strongly recommend avoiding this rental car company. Their practices are dishonest and their service is subpar. If you're looking for a reputable rental car company, there are plenty of other options out there. Don't fall for their trap and save yourself the headache.

The only reason they get a 1 star is because -10 ratings are not an option. They claim to be open 7am to 9pm ..that's a lie! open at 9am and it took 55 minutes to get the shuttle to pick us up they claim to be 1 mile from airport..another lie..13 miles (25 minutes away in the ghetto)after experiencing the same additional insurance scam as in other reviews we got the car ...rear seat was broken, multiple dents and scratches, bald tires, cracked windshield...(car did run fine)on last day of rental got pulled over and ticketed by ********** police....the car registration was expired and car was not even registered to Priceless Car Rental but to a private individual...so if we had been in an accident the additional $475 in bogus insurance would have covered NOTHING!!Shame on Expedia for even representing such a scam organization. Last time dealing with either company.DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DEALING WITH THEM...any rating over 1 star has to be bogus on their part.
