      I rented from the Belair Road Baltimore location….unprofessional…renting damaged vehicles with maintenance required. Called headquarters and spoke with the manager who was rude and hung up on me. I have never encountered such disregard for a customer. Go yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT from this company.

      DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! We waited 45 mins for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. At the desk they added all these extra charges and because I was using a debt card the price went up even more. They told me to wait outside for my car and there was 4 guys just sitting there laughing and talking for about 5 mins before one finally got up and got my car. At drop off they were so busy and only had one guy checking in the cars; he told me to just leave the keys on the dash board and leave. Customer service sucked and the hidden fees were the worst.

      They are the worst, they did not accept my insurance company, and their insurance company's approval list is not disclosed online. How are we supposed to know they have a list of the approved insurance companies? My insurance policy has all the coverage that I needed in order to rent and cover the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I wish I could leave 0 stars for them.

      Never seen such a poorly run car rental business in my life! Waited over an hour at airport for shuttle THEN when arrived to pick up car (pre-paid) had ALL kinds of fees thrown at me (including a $1,000.00 fee that they would "waive if i Paid an extra $80.00). SCAM SHARKS! Never experienced anything like this then the CAR? Is all dinged and dented! Wont EVER trust Priceline with car rental again!

      I made a reservation through Travelocity and got Next Car at the Sanford airport. They are off premises and it took them several phone call and over an hour to get picked up. When they took me to their offsite facility to sign the paperwork, they told me they had to have a copy of my auto insurance dec page or that I would have to pay an additional $279 for supplemental liability insurance. I showed them my auto ID card but that wasn’t acceptable. I told them to forget it. They told me they were charging because I didn’t comply with their rules which I was never provided. Someone needs to investigate this company for not telling customers what is required and then charging them extra insurance fees. Very disappointing.

      The worst experience of my whole life!!
      I prepaid absolutely of my trip! Me and my mom booked a vacation through priceline. We were both on the package.
      Nextcar refused to allow me to put the car on my insurance because I didnt have a major credit card . My mom did and had planned to have any incidentals on her card. Remember, this whole vacation was booked with both names! Then she refused to simply transfer the booking to my mom. The only way to get our PREPaid car was to pay 436.00 (their insurance)- for 5 days. Where is the logic?
      Oh....and 12.99 a day for ez pass! Worst vacation of my life!

      Bait and switch at the window. We paid in full online, then were forced to pay for extra insurance and fee's. It was like getting robbed. We asked for a refund to go to another company, they refused. Do not rent from this deceptive company.

      I would not even give this one star but zero is not an option! It is the worst car rental company we have ever dealt with. The customer service is nonexistent. Our flight was delayed and we called each time to change our pick up time, when we finally made it to next car they did not have the car we reserved, even though they promised me that they would when I called to report the delays. Then they tried to charge us an astronomical amount for a different kind of car. They were gouging every customer in front of us for insurance and toll passes. It was a terrible experience. We never got our car and they will not refund any of our money that we had already put down. We will never ever ever use this company again!

      I am a service member who needed to rent a car while on duty. Next Car overcharged me by $50 and refused to reimburse. Absolute worst rental vehicle agency I have ever dealt with.
