      I've been getting called from this company for over a year, might be close to 2 years. I've asked them so many times to place me on the Do Not Call List, as I'm not interested and already have a new bed. Never once have they placed me on this list... there number is different every time and comes up as spam. I'm not sure if this company is even reputable due to their contact tactics. Please remove me from your call list. Thank you.

      Later the same day of making my original complaint, a representative from this company called me again, I let them talk, and responded that I already have a bed I like, and I'd like to be taken off the calling list. The representative hung-up on me without letting me know if I was put on the Do Not Call list. Very unprofessional and making me think this company is more of a scam. Please, someone audit them and see if they are an actual business. Thank you.

      I can assure you that we are a reputable company and you have been placed on our DNC. As I stated, it does take three business days to cycle the phone number through our system where the calls will stop.

      I apologize if our representative was rude and hung up and will forward this information on to their supervisor.

      I receive several phone calls a day displaying Easy Rest Adj on the phone call. Each time I block the number, a new one appears. I do not want to receive any more phone calls from this company. Here is one of the numbers:

      We have placed the phone number in the complaint on our Do Not Call List. It takes up to 72 hours to cycle the phone number through the system.

      If the phone number in the complaint is not the number being called, then we need the phone number they want added to the DNC.

      The calls are not blocked by name, but by phone number.
