    Jamie was an outstanding technician. He provided clear options prior to service and plenty of helpful information and pictures after the work was completed. The office staff was helpful setting up my appointment. I will use them in the future without a doubt.

    tried to rip-off my sister when she was babysitting our girls. a simple valve needed replacing (15$) and they tried to charge for 10ft of copper pipe plus other un-needed items. my sister advised me of what was going on and I called for the manager. I never heard from the manager and the service representative kept knocking on the door and tried to complete the unnecessary $600 needed items and who knows how much they we’re going to try to charge for labor. The manager was too embarrassed to even give me a call so I guess the entire company operates this way. my advice would be to steer clear of this company

    I’m so thankful for the quick response this company had. I arrived to my office and heard water in the basement only to find that my hot water heater (made in 1973) was leaking. Larry and Sons was there within the hour and able to fix this by the next morning. Shannon helped me shut off the water as the spout was corroded and difficult to turn. The team was concerned about the safety of the space I am renting from a. Code perspective and able to provide information for my owners on how to keep the building safe. I am very appreciative of their services.
