    Matt found a leak in our bathroom that two other plumbers couldn’t.
    He was methodical and thought outside the box. Plus he was friendly and professional.

    Larry and Sons has always been amazingly responsive and professional. They have serviced my home for the last 5 years and their technicians are the best. They are professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I have and would recommend them to anyone. They are the best at what they do and you should reach out to them for all your HVAC / Plumbing needs. The contract with them is especially awesome and I highly recommend it.

    Installing a new Digital water heater timer to replace my mechanical motorized 240V water heater timer went from thinking it would be a DIY project to calling in Larry & Sons to do the job instead. I also wanted a single duplex 120V electrical outlet installed in this water heater closet. Scheduling in advance was easy. My technician Edward appeared promptly at the start of his arrival window. He looked over the project listening to me tell him exactly what and where I wanted everything installed and what I expected when the project was completed. He gave me an acceptable estimate to approve. He went right to work and completed both tasks in about two hours. Pretty good time given problems encountered in a 41 year old home along the way. He explained what he was doing at all times. He was very jovial and happy in his work. Never any foul language nor any displays of temper. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. He worked much the same as I would have done in my younger years. I could really appreciate the work he was performing. He completed the work exactly as I had envisioned it and detailed it to him. GREAT JOB Edward!!! This is why I can trust Larry & Sons to help out this old home-bound Veteran with all my household work projects from HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

    First, let me apologize for my late submission. I was really relishing in the warmth and comfort of my HVAC system which Travis D***** worked on that I forgot to send my review. I reached out to Larry and Sons when one of their competitors performed a maintenance check and the results gave me “pause”. Larry and Sons were not only prompt, showed true concern and immediately dispatched the Angel of **** ******…Travis D*****. Upon his arrival, Travis was very courteous and personable. He examined the unit and concluded and confirmed what was needed to repair the situation. He explained the situation to us clearly and concisely and went about resolving the issue in an expeditious manner…giving us an honest and reasonable estimate and ordering the part so that we would not be overly inconvenienced with cooler weather approaching. The part arrived quickly, and Travis almost immediately was here to install it. Again, his pleasant and professional demeanor is beyond reproach. He tested the system, checked this display and corrected why the outdoor sensor was not working. Because of his and the company’s response and professionalism, we have signed up for their annual service agreement (and ditching their competitor)! We look forward to being a part of the Larry and Sons family.
