  FYSOFTS price was excellent, and they had exactly what I wanted. With the online download I was working with the software only minutes after the purchase!! Could not ask for any more of a time saver!!!

  I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the ***** *** ******* product because I have been unable to download it onto my lap top. Equally dissatisfied with FYSOFTS which failed to respond to my inquiries for assistance. Overall this has been a very negative experience. The only way for FYSOFTS to make this right is to refund the ***** *** charge ($69.999) for the product I did not receive and certainly cannot use.

  I purchased a tax software in November 2022. The price was the lowest I had seen. Perfect download and implementation. Today, I wanted to share this software with my sister who is not in a hurry to pay her taxes. Documentations indicates I could load the software to 5 different computers. When I tried to activate my second copy, and error message was noted that the code provided would not permit me to activate any other installations. I contacted the vendor at 9:00PM at night, expecting at best a response the next day. Within 60 minutes, I received a response and provided me a valid new code. I give them a WOW!!! I was impressed. I give them a 15 out of a 10-point system. Very responsive to my needs. Unbelievable customer satisfaction from my perspective.

  I unfortunately had a problem. After FYSoft purchase ******** immediately downloaded. First screen after down load asked for 16 digit code to open program. I could find no code. Then went to ***** and downloaded ***** ***. I stupidly thought that the two companies were conjoined. After finish of taxes ****** payment screen appeared. That is when I realized my mistake. I paid ****** so I could finish up tax work. Then I called FYSoft and described my situation concerning code problem and agent opened a screen that contained needed code. ***** *** opened. Should have called right away when code was needed. Couldn’t find their phone # but ****** gave it to me. So my goof up. Bottom line: I paid twice this year for ***** ***. ****** told me FYSoft might reimburse me, but…
