    i buy a software with fysofts.com about 2 years before and now i had a problem with my computer and had to reset byfabric and reinstall the software and the licenses and the website is not working anymore

    I purchased ***** *** ******* 2022 from their website and got a License code. I checked with ***** *** and they said this code is not valid, as it is already associated with another account.

    Yes, license code provided associated with your software download provided. License code to activate the software. Complaining without installing the software purchased and activate it make no sense.

    You had contacted us for a return request and we have immediately issued a refund and close your case. Pls see the picture for reference. Please feel free to contact us if you want further assistance.

    Hello Mr. **** *****,

    I understand how software works. The link you provided is for a file server on a website called filecamp attached here within this message, and in the screenshot linked (*************************************************). I, and anyone with a little common sense, would not download an installer for ******** off of a fileserver online, install it on my computer and proceed to enter my social security and use it for my tax return. If the license code you provided was legit, it should work on the ******** software that ****** (the developers of ********) provide, not a special installer that might be modified and is shared on a fileserver.

    After purchasing from you, I went ahead and purchased another copy from ****** and used the license code they gave me on the ******** website and it worked perfectly.

    As of writing this message, I have not received a refund for the $69.99 I was charged on your website.

    Normally refunds take 5-10 business days to show up on your account depending on the bank you use. Yes it’s file sharing service but we host in the page only. The file that you would have download are stored in most secured servers in the world. Hosted by ****** ***********. Please the domain on the root file. One of the 2 authorized hosting providers for Intuit. If that was the issue you should have contacted us directly and we would have give the direct link. We have no reason for you to give all the technical reasons from our end. We have bee selling software for over 7 years.
