      I have called and talked to multiple agents with different answers to the same questions multiple times. I have been a customer for about 5 years and I cant even get a manager to call me back. Even though I was promised a call, its been a couple of weeks so I guess Ill call someone else who has answers. At this time I will have to dump Geico since they are no help!

      The worst Insurance company I ever had in all the years I've been ********** military veteran and they don't help veterans at all.I had just made a $700 in change payment to ******* I ask them why I had to pay that much, some B's story,so I ask do I have to pay again they say no you all caught up,you won't have to pay until September the 2025,mind you I made payment June 2025.Out of no where they say I owe them 700 dollars and change again,I said for what?!You owe 2 months of not paying,huh?I told them what was said to me, I demand them to check the recording made that day. They refused so I gave them $340 just now they say I still owe $400 in change and have til September ******* a disabled Veteran on a pension I just don't have it,so they want to suspend my account have no mercy.????

      I had been a customer with ********************** for many years, and up until recently, found they were a great company to work with. When my car was vandalized a few years ago, they came immediately, processed my claim, arranged a rental for me, and worked with me to get my car fixed. This past year, however, they (for undisclosed reasons) placed me in my state's re-insurance program (which jacked my rate up by $50.00 a month); and when I contacted customer service to ask why, they wouldn't tell me. My driving record is spotless, and except for two claims (which were not my fault in any way whatsoever), I've had no activity on my policy. No telling if they are under new management or what the situation might be, but I switched to another policy that was a solid third of what I was paying GEICO, and I definitely recommend shopping around and reading the fine print before you purchase insurance with this company.

      My experience with customer support was very disappointing. Y'all kept me on the phone silent for a whole hour while trying to get approval for my license which did, and everything on the computer said that my license was fine and we can move forward. Y'all tell me no after everything. Perhaps next time you guys can hire people that focuses on work and not play with their dog during a phone call, My phone call with **** was by far the biggest waste of my time that day and I will not be ever going through Geico and your s***** customer service ever. It only took me 15 to 20 minutes through national general to not only get a cheaper policy but have a far better customer support than you guys could ever hope for. My name is ***** ******* and I hope you guys get this cuz that was bogus. Well I am probably what other people have already had to go through. I hope the people that Geico could possibly learn from this and maybe not have their workers work from home and keep better tabs on their employers. Thank you and have a blessing day.

      Had these guys for auto for something like 15 years... they decided to "review" my account and add a driver that was already covered by another insurance agency that don't even live with me. They wouldn't correct my account and wanted me to prove the other person had insurance. *** *******... I got Farmers Insurance now and was able to add renters and $25,000 of medical for the same price as Geico gave me for nothing but liability insurance. If you've got a good record call Farmers you'll save money. Promise.

      Ive been a customer of ******************** for over 15 years. When I got into my wreck in May, I went thru my insurance instead of the other parties, first mistake! Second was believing Geico when they said they would take care of everything, I have full coverage. Once they got the money for the repairs, that was it. Other parties insurance adjuster said they have my check for my deductible, theyre just waiting on Geico to send a demand letter. Well, that was in June. Ive heard from the other guys insurance more than Geico! Here it is September and still no check from Geico. Radio silence. This is how they treat their loyal customers.

      Website is garbage, app is garbage (engineers for neither seems to grasp the idea that people might need to stop for a minute but don't want to get logged off), customer support is very sparse, and like a standard corporation that's gotten too big for it's competence, the prices are out of control once you're unhooked from the initial reel. Local insurance is the future.

      DO NOT USE GEICO for Family. I had a good competitive monthly premium with Geico for myself and my wife. But when I started adding my 17 old son, they increased my monthly premium by almost 3-times. What a rip-off. I do not know how they get away with such thing. The consumer protection agencies should take action. I feel stupid that I was their customer for 10 years.

      I know most people have a difficult time with claims. On the other hand, I had a great experience with my claim advisors. The key is to respect the person helping you. After all, their job isn't easy. At first the claim came up as a total loss. I wasn't going to agree to that. My car is like my baby. I love her. Instead of accepting Geico's offer, I spoke to the ********* to ask whether I could refuse the first offer. She said yes, so I got a estimate from my body shop owner, that was less than they said it would cost. He said that the part they said would have to be replaced, could be repaired. Then ********* put me in touch with her supervisor to see if they would cover the repair. **** was very nice. He understood how I feel about my car. He approved the repair at the lower estimate. The car was repaired. I just didn't give up. Stay calm and deal with people with respect. Usually, it works.
