      I was out of the country and was paying my bill before it cancelled. Called customer service and was ON HOLD for about 5 minutes, but could not hold longer because of service limitations. Then, when I returned to the states, my policy had been cancelled for non payment and was on hold again over 2 hours and still did not speak to anyone. I was able to finally get a customer service representative online 3 days later with chat and that took forever. Paid my premium and still had not spoken to anyone because of a major run around set up on phone and on line. I asked for a policy renewal and they said someone would be in touch to continue... I'm over GEICO and will be changing soon!

      LOOK FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE PROVIDER. PROBABLY THEY HAVE MORE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE OF THEIR FAULT I HAVE YO PAY FINE TO DMV GOR NOT SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FTOM THEIR SIDE. TALKED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID ITS MY FAULT NOT THEIR. AND IF I WANT TO TALK WITH MANAGER I HAVE TO CALL. WILL MOVE MY BUSINESS TO MORE PROFESSIONAL PROVIDER. AVOID THIS INSURANCE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM O. WEEKLY BASIS

      Terrible (lack of) customer service. I had a simple glass replacement from a chip and it turned into a major hassle. Their 3rd party app Nuro something or other is even worse. It always times out when attempting to take photos. This company should be expelled from selling car insurance in Mass and NH. Next Im filing a complaint with the NH insurance commissioner as I live in ******

      ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! Scammers are intercepting GEICO calls and pretending to be agents. GEICO is aware and will not do anything about it. GEICO agent confirmed this to me, and I have the recording. I tried to pay my bill online and my card details were stolen and used to pay for Electric bills in ** and other purchases were made. They were even able to label one of the charges as GEICO Auto and took over a thousand dollars from my account. ********************** has been very useless in providing any help or assistance in this situation. I have been on hold for a total of 4 plus hours since this happened. I was only able to speak with a Geico agent once since 07.26.2025. I have sent emails to GEICO but all I get is an automated response thanking me for my interest into GEICO products. Meanwhile GEICO has cancelled my policy again and is expecting me to get a new quote, almost $700 dollars more than my existent policy.

      My father's truck was sitting in his yard when someone was going 80mph in a 20mph residential neighborhood, lost control and ran head on into the truck. The driver ran and the passenger was hurt but wouldn't tell the name of the driver. The car seems to be leased out by the owner who is insured by Geico. It has now been 3 months and Geico is still giving my elderly parents the run around because they say they can't contact the woman who owns the car. My father is almost 80yrs old and has to go outside daily and see his truck completely crushed from front to the cab. He has worked hard all his life and that truck was only thing he every brought for himself. The car that hit his truck was never reported stolen by the owner so it wasn't stolen and has already been picked up from the tow yard to be repaired. Geico is still being paid insurance premiums so why does the victim have to suffer and pay out of pocket to get a resolution by hiring a lawyer. Victims and the elderly being victimized again, suffering emotional distress while bad business practices by Geico and criminal reckless drivers continue to get away until someone is killed!!SHAME ON YOU GEICO!!!

      I had the worst experience with All the Adjusters that was working my claim and when I reached out to their supervisors ***** ****** and ******* ******* they was just as worst no compassion, they released my car from the Shop where my car was getting serviced without checking the mechanic work, Please spread the word ***** ****** and ******* ******* are horrible people

      thought geico was a prestigious company , but full of let downs and horrible people who don't want to do their jobs . ******* and ****** , for ****** just go listen to the call smh , she definitely doesn't need to work there , just a horrible person , try to get a supervisor , was given to ******#****ending in decided to ignore my calls for two weeks , mine u i was in a accident in march , and just now hearing from the people who i pay monthly , in august . way to let ur customers down

      Horrific service. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. These reps are totally incompetent. Ive spent over three hours on the phone trying to handle my 89 year old mothers claim. I would t get GEICO insurance if they offered it to me for free.

      Ive had GEICO for around 12 years or so. My car was hit by debris on the highway, leaving damage that needed repair. So simple to start my claim through the app, uploading photos. Picked one of their body shops which ended up being the absolute best body shop ever! Car rental was delivered to me at the shop. Only downside was having to pay my deductible since there was no way of knowing where the huge pieces of metal had come from but I had complete coverage so it barely interrupted my week. Very happy with the service I received!

      I called about a quote for another state, they switched my policy without my permission. Agent also lied about coverages that I had to have when I did not have to have them
