      Geico automatically sent my 85 dollar bill that their app would not allow me to makeforced me to pay my entire policy instead which I couldnt afford given I was just laid off because our government cut funding to university I both worked and study. Not only have I never been sent to collections so fast in my life. But they also gave me zero option to simply pay my past due when I could afford it with my side gig a week and a half later. ******. I cant believe the liberties that are given to these companiesto ruin our lives and garnish our bank accounts, as well as denting our credit reports making our lives unlivable and unmanageablemeanwhile, the Cs get rich as they bleed out our livelihood. Americans cannot even afford to drive the vehicles leisurely that they sacrifice all of their joy for, anymore, let alone the reality that most have to constantly choose between eating and living life or feeding their babies + only paying rent. Shame on you, Geico!! You used to be the one good company with humanity now you shoot to kill the vulnerable just like our lovely president.

      IGeico took my payment, cancelled my insurance the same day and now they wont answer the phone. Been on hold for a total of 8 hours in 3 different calls. Tried the website but the chat now button isnt working

      Worst insurance company out there. My car got totaled and they're making it so hard to get the correct information ot settle it. One person tells me I can email the **** another one doesn't. Now I get a text message saying my POA was denied because it was a copy. I just want answers. Already switched my new car to ***********.

      Ive been getting the runaround for several days with my auto claims adjuster. I spoke with the body shop, and they have provided an estimate, but my adjuster claims he hasnt heard from them. The first communication I received from him was today after being transferred through Geico claims. His response was, I will email the body shop. Why not just call them?I called back to request someone else review my claims, and the woman I spoke with told me that he was the only one authorized to give me updates. That doesnt make sense. She proceeded to talk over me and transferred my call while I was still speaking. I will be switching insurance companies; this is ridiculous!

      This company prioritizes white people over black people. They're racist. My car was hit and totaled by geicos client causing my truck to hit a third car. That car drove away from the scene my truck is totaled, I was hit first but they're trying to pay the white lady all of the insured money telling me there's nothing left in the policy for my car. I believe it is because I'm black and she white

      Currently seeking out a new company for insurance. 1. Insurance, we all know is a scam anyway, but to pay out all of the money that we pay these companies and then they turn around to do lower than the bare minimum is deplorable. I will give it to Geico for covering paying for the damages to my vehicle at all since I didn't have it for 30 days, but to not cover ALL of the damages that are collision related have me STEAMING. First of all, my van was very much damaged due to hitting a deer causing my van to lean to the left. It never did that before. They refused to cover an alignment or anything wrong with the fact that the vehicle was leaning. They only covered the cosmetic issues but nothing that actually made the vehicle ride differently when we ALL KNOW hitting a **** deer is DEVASTATING to a vehicle. I will never use Geico or Gerber Collision ever again

      Ive been a loyal Geico customer since 2004. On July 20, 2025, I was stopped by law enforcement and informed my car was uninsured. During the traffic stop, the officer stated that the vehicle information had not been registered with the *** and strongly advised me to contact Geico immediately to obtain verification of insurance. He warned that without proof of coverage, my vehicle could be impounded.I had previously called Geico on June 2nd, 2025, around 3:15 PM to add my new vehicle to my policy. The representative confirmed the addition and told me my premium would increase from $129 to $135.I called Geico and spoke with a representative who stated that my car was not showing on the policy. When I explained the previous interaction and payment change, he could not resolve the issue and transferred me to a supervisor.The supervisor dismissed my explanation, questioned why a premium would increase by only $10, and became confrontational. I emphasized the urgency of the situation and that I had documentation to support my claim. Instead of providing assistance, he accused me of making false claims and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back to file a complaint, I was told Geico had no formal complaint line and was transferred to another supervisor. This supervisor was courteous and apologetic, but stated there were no records of my initial call or of the vehicle being added to the policy. Upon asking about the notes from earlier, she did confirm notes left by the initial representative regarding the transferbut no notes were recorded by the prior supervisor. She was not able to resolve the issue, and promised to send information to her manager to further investigate ( after I requested) and have them call me the next day.This lapse in coverage and lack of accountability has left me exposed, stressed, and unsure of the reliability of Geicos service.

      Geico Plays Dangerous Games and Will *** Pay Was rear ended by an individual that was covered by Geico. Police came and did a report. I filed the claim with Geico. Individual refused to answer his phone and would not respond to any of their requests. As a result Geico refuses to pay the claim. So because he will not reply to their requests, he us not held responsible for it. Most of the blame belongs to ************** in **************. Officer refused to write him a violation because he felt the driver was already having a bad day. I guess I'm going to drop my insurance and sign up with GEICO. If I am ever in a wreck and at fault as long as I don't respond when they call, I am off the hook. Now we all know how it works.

      After I paid for coverage and was covered. I had a disaster hit my area the following day and I had damages. They completely denied the claim and their adjusters dont answer the phone ****** in ******** the claims adjuster and them all work together to form an opinion to deny. I presented all the facts upfront and they still try finding reasons to not pay and the dropped my coverage the next day. I couldnt be more pleased that they in fact did me a favor. People run from them the complaints are true. There are so many better options out there and the will cover you with no problem if you suffer an accident or disaster. Even if it was the next day after you start the policy. State Farm, Progressive have really been Great. ********** took care of damages to my car that happened when I was with them with 0 problems. I paid my deductible and I was treated like a professional the remainder of my insurance. Dont even bother with them. Move on.

      WORST customer service on the planet!!! I had to make over 20 calls to resolve a simple claim. I was put on terminal hold, disconnected several times, transferred to dozens of people who couldn't help me, and on and on. I left numerous voice mails for a supervisor who never called me back. They'll take your premiums and then deny your claims. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM COMPANY!!!!!
