I bought a 2018 f150 with ***** miles on it presented as a low ****** well maintained, untracked. Vehicle with no known is***s I go a truck that has had a 34 thousand insurance came and been retitled back to them instead the truck has had body work all over it ,it also has rust inside the cab area so bad the console **** is rust locked and the rear right seat back is held up by baleing wire there appears to also be rust inside of the doors with is a indication of it being a flood truck and a lot more.not the. Clean low millage truck as advertised when I tried contacting them I got told not our problem pretty much,so now I'm stuck having to get a lawyer to atemp to *** them for missrepcenting the vehicle, and ***** having a fraud investigation opened on this matter

My husband and I thought it would be fun to open undeliverable packages, so I found a auction on liquidation.com for a small lot - 2 boxes that were 50lbs each, so 100lbs total. I knew I was taking a risk that the contents would be total junk, but I was willing to take that risk. The listing said it would be 2 packages that were 18x18x24" and each was "approximately" 50lbs. I won the auction and paid for 100 lbs worth of shipping. What was shipped to me was one 18x18x24 box that was about 24lbs, and another box that was about 6x6x17 that weighed 4lbs. This was no where near "approximately" 50lbs each and the smaller box was not what was described in the listing at all. The marketplace seller "surplusandreturns" misrepresented the items in the listing. *************** sided with the fraudulent seller and denied my claim and request for a return/refund. They gave me a partial refund on shipping, but would not refund any % of the purchase price or allow a return/refund. Liquidation.com does not care at all about the customer and always sides with sellers who post scam/fraudulent/misleading listings. I am doing a chargeback (and oh no I'll get banned from buying again), I'll get my money back, but I wanted to share my experience so others aren't tricked and scammed by liquidation.com. They're not worth it and they won't even honor what's in the listings on their site.

This company (All Surplus Auction) will run your bids up (or allow it to be done) with no other bidders bidding. See below. I was 2nd bidder and had top bid at 9:07am. During afternoon and night 6 more bids show up with no other bidder showing up as bidder. They stopped at my max bid amount entered so next it knocks me out requiring me to bid higher instead of waiting for other bidders to get to my max bid. CROOKED PRACTICE! They will see to it that you do not get a great deal. I'm sure they do it on any item with any value at all. I asked for explanation with no response. This was the day before auction ended. Apparently, they ghost bid you up to your max so they will get more $$ for the item. Total scam for the bidder. Company is trash. As long as they get money they will let people rob consumers. Disgusting.

Attention Attention Attention DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW SO NO ONE ELSE GETS SCAMED This people are running a scam I have all the Prove you people be the judge I purchased a used welding machine paid almost 800 dollar then I started calling them couldn't get hold of seller so I called the lLiquidity Services Inc letting them know that I can't get hold of the seller I get told they will call me back didn't get any call back so I tried calling the seller end of that week Friday I asked if i can pickup my item upcoming Monday I get told that they are still using my welding machine for another month the item that I paid in full in the action announcement and the agreement was 10 day's after the purchase I hope Authorities get involved and shut down this scam operators

The worst place to bid and buy. I won a lot of two computers, and I paid the seller to ship them to me because it was 2000 miles away. According to the listing, the computer's hard drives are removed for their protection. Everything else was not touched. However, the batteries were removed. I contacted govdeal.com, and I was told govdeal.com is not responsible for anything, and they can not enforce the listing. Do not buy or bid anything from them. eBay took on its responsibilities with both buyers and sellers. In addition, they did not charge a 12% bidding fee to the payment.

Liquidation.com is the most dishonest company that I have ever done business with. They advertise an auction valued at 21,883.00 of Walgreens shelf pull. First of all the advertised MSRP was a total lie, going over the manifest it lists a 5.5 oz can of Pringle's MSRP of 24.78 and a 2.13 oz of animal crackers MSRP of 21.93. These numbers are not just honest mistakes these numbers were put there to increase the value of the auction. And it gets worse, after receiving the merchandise most all of the candy had melted and had zero value. And they had the nerve to offer me a 17.30 refund. They refuse to acknowledge my inquiry regarding the true value of the auction, This business needs to be investigated and held to answer for the crimes it committed.

As the other person making a complaint said DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! It a fraudulent company that sells trash and uses big brand names to sell their product. They use fake pictures and do not stand by their products because they are all generic items from *****. Save your money because you will never recover the loss of buy product from this company. They are scam artist. If there were no stars thats where this company would land.

Be very wary of the descriptions, very inaccurate and misleading. Paid for some iPhones and cant get any of them unlocked.

I filed a complaint due to a missing package. I purchased a lot of 22 packages (returns, lost mail, etc…) . The box was busted upon arrival. The UPS guy told me he had to tape it up when he put it on his truck and he wasn’t sure if anything was missing. Well, there were 21 packages, so I was missing one. I was refused the missing package. I don't guess it helped telling them the items were junk. They state the value is $5000. The majority of items in that box were from Temu and placed in Walmart packages as returns. Stay Away !!!
