    I am filing this complaint regarding Article Forge, a company that provides content generation services, for their failure to honor their stated refund policy and respond to my inquiries.On Dec 6th 2024 , I signed up for a free trial with Article Forge. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial, which resulted in a charge of $156 USD ($227 CAD) to my account on Dec REMOVED. As per their clearly stated refund policy, Article Forge offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who create fewer than ten REMOVEDand are dissatisfied with the service. I met these conditions, as I created fewer than ten articles and found the service unsatisfactory.I promptly contacted Article Forges support team to request a refund, explaining my situation. Despite multiple follow-up emails over the past two weeks and attempts to reach their support team by phone, I have received no response. Their lack of communication is unacceptable and contrary to their advertised "no hassle, no questions asked" refund REMOVEDa student facing financial constraints, this issue has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am seeking the full refund of $227 CAD as promised under their refund policy and a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.Thank you for your assistance.

    I wrote an email to alex@articleforge in Nov 2023 asking to not be charged and to not do business anymore. No response and no refund. I was then charged again in Nov 2024. I have an email proof of asking to not be charged.
